After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work. I have a child with ADHD and autism, that was the main reason I did the backyard and fencing. I begged him countless times but he never came back. It's been 7 months already. Now, I'm trying to find someone else to cover the holes before God forbid, he falls in and injured himself. Vinny was the most knowledgeable and with the fairest prices. From the start, Vinny understood the complexity of the grading, while his competitors did not. His team followed the exact manufacturers specifications when installing the walkway (it is essential not to skimp on these base materials). Additionally, his team didn't simply seed the lawn, they sowed the seeds and seeded at the same time, essentially double seeding the front yard. They also took the extra step to use shade grass seed for the areas that did not receive direct sunlight. His team was prompt, efficient, and tidy.
