They did remove the branches--and maybe one more than expected--but overall, the work itself was fine, and they cleaned up the debris. That said, the customer experience left a lot to be desired. Communication was lacking throughout, except when they repeatedly followed up for the deposit. They didn't tell us in advance that our driveway and front street needed to be clear for their truck, so my partner had to rush home from work to move the car. After the job, no photos were shared, and when I asked about the price and 3% credit card fee, they pointed to the contract. Fair enough--but it would've been helpful if they had mentioned that upfront. I offered to send cash or a check to avoid the surcharge, but they said credit card is now the only accepted method. Between the lack of communication and inflexibility, I wouldn't recommend them based on customer service alone. Hopefully the residue left on our vinyl fence comes off with a hose.

They are reliable and quite capable in tree topping, removal, stump grinding and overall, meeting your expectations. The only time I didn't use them was because another company beat their estimate by a small margin. It was a tough one, but I suspect the other company really needed the work. When you have big jobs with big trees, there is generally going to be some sort of property damage in yard holes or damaged bushes. My last job had holes and track marks. I told them and they filled the areas with topsoil. They are a busy company so there can sometimes be delays. I was a bit worried about them taking 3 weeks to remove a stump following removal of my tree. However, after expressing my concern over and over, they came through and completed the job. I've also had mulch delivered from them on two occasions. Again, reliable and fairly priced. When it comes to tree services, in this area, they are as good as it gets. I'm happy they're around.
