Had a giant, massive tree removed in front of my property…read more 1. Little to no communication. Was told I needed to have police come (an extra not cheap cost) at 8 am. So why didn't A & H's team show up until closer to ten? "They're coming, don't worry." Easy for him not to worry; I'm the one paying. When I asked Javier about it, "don't worry, you'll get reimbursed back for the time." -Never happened. Never saw a dime of that back. 2.-A year later, needed to get the remainder of the stump ground down. They wouldn't commit to a day or time, or time frame. Told me they'd give me notice. They texted me an hour before. I wasn't home. Did they grind it? -Hardly. They were there and left within 45 minutes, and lo and behold, the stump was not ground sufficiently. 3. We had to have them come back, further cost, and at no point do they EVER remove the mulch. So this is just cost upon cost. And yet again, no communication. 4. At no point do they communicate clearly. Javier seems bothered, constantly. People are dropping thousands of dollars for services, and he seems annoyed, quite frankly. Would leave messages, for about 2 weeks continuously getting told someone would call back. -I'd wait a few days, no call back. The most frustrating experience.

They removed both trees and were able to take them out through my gate. Both trees were at least 24 inches in diameter. This is the second time they have done work for me. He called Lars and was given things to say to me , like it's a personal preference how to shape an ornamental tree. Incidentally the tree was already done shaped however overgrown about. Next the worker started to tell me that the original plan to cut a branch above the weeping cherry was wrong, and 10 branches needed to be cut. I called him for an estimate and hired him on the spot! I just felt my property was in the right hands with him, and I was correct! I have massive trees on the back of my property....and my front driveway is steep. They have to jack the front of the crane up to level it out, and then the crane lifts the trees over my home.
