He connected me with David, who did a really great job keeping in touch with me during the process. When David came to do the estimate, he was a consummate professional. He made sure to explain to me some of the finer details regarding my job, and why the job would cost what he was estimating. Between the estimate and the day of the job, David was in touch with me regularly to let me know about his schedule and what time he expected to return from his current job to come to our place. David and his team arrived promptly on the day of the job, and did a fantastic job carefully removing a large oak that was sick, covered with poison ivy, and dangerously hanging over our garage. It was a pretty delicate operation but the team did a phenomenal job with the removal and clean up - my neighbor even came over to let them know how good their work was. Blown away! David is a GENIUS of Trees. I initially wrote because I was impressed with how quickly they responded to our emergency call when half of a huge tree fell an inch from the house. I cannot say enough positive things about Drew and his team. They did an excellent job with our property. Removed 3 trees and heavily trimmed 3 others. It was a big job and I'll be honest I was worried about the cleanup because there was a LOT of wood on the ground but the day after you never would have known they were even there. They came quickly after the permit was approved, it took 2 full days to get it done (expected) and they made sure to keep communication open about what was done, what they could finish that day, what they had to come back for, etc. The crew was courteous and professional and kept checking in to make sure I was happy with the trimming. I asked them to do some additional work beyond the estimated stuff and they were great about it. I had called a couple of other companies and ultimately went with Drew not only for pricing purposes but because I just got a gut feeling that this was the way to go. All around a very positive experience and if I ever need tree work done again I will absolutely call Quality Tree again. read more
