He said he'll send his other worker Yucute. He came the next day to give us an estimate and said he can come back in a few days (this week). We were impressed because the other places we called had up to a 3 week wait. Yucute did the work for us yesterday. Our front yard went from looking like the entrance of a haunted house to perfectly pruned/trimmed. Our back yard is no longer like a jungle. We have more work that needs to be done so Pat Landscaping will be the company we go to. We need some ivy to be removed so i can start a garden. Yucute said he can pull all the ivory and put some top soil down for the garden. That's really nice because this is my first time trying a garden and i wasnt even thinking about top soil. We hired A&H Tree Service based on a neighbor's referral to remove a few branches from a large tree…read morein our yard. They did remove the branches--and maybe one more than expected--but overall, the work itself was fine, and they cleaned up the debris. That said, the customer experience left a lot to be desired. Communication was lacking throughout, except when they repeatedly followed up for the deposit. They didn't tell us in advance that our driveway and front street needed to be clear for their truck, so my partner had to rush home from work to move the car. After the job, no photos were shared, and when I asked about the price and 3% credit card fee, they pointed to the contract. Fair enough--but it would've been helpful if they had mentioned that upfront. I offered to send cash or a check to avoid the surcharge, but they said credit card is now the only accepted method. Between the lack of communication and inflexibility, I wouldn't recommend them based on customer service alone. Hopefully the residue left on our vinyl fence comes off with a hose.

Called Arbor…read moreAce for a non-emergency possible tree removal for a pin oak tree that was over 3 stories high, in between power lines, 2 sheds, a shared fence, and was starting to lift the ground around it. They gave an estimate on when, how long the job would be, and what to expect. They were able to also address all of my questions i had. At the end, we decided it was best to remove the tree. The job was finished in 3 half days (its December, so days are short now), stored and cleaned up the all the branch debris. I was expecting to come home with tree twigs everywhere the day they took down the branches and chipped the wood. I thought i would have to do some light sweeping but was surprised to not find branch/tree debris in my backyard, front yard, drive way or street. They were swift, thorough, efficient! They were able to cut the tree and grind the stump with no damage to our shared fence, sheds, or bushes around the tree. They were very friendly and courteous. They called ahead, reviewed logistics with our schedule, street cleaning, and where to park their vehicles. They also contacted our neighbors ahead of time with permission to use their backyard and block the drive way. I would absolutely recommend them as they went above and beyond expectations.

Removed a previous patio, added a new large Cambridge paver patio with retaining wall/two steps, added lighting, two additional walk ways, and worked seamlessly with Well Done Paving Contractors to connect the pavers to our new driveway.
