They left the stumps too high which resulted in the mounds of shavings. Clearly they should be responsible for the mess they created. But refused to properly address the problem. Anyone need shavings? I've got about a yard of them in total. Avoid them. Customer satisfaction clearly isn't in their vocabulary.

When he came out to give us a quote, he pointed out a few other trees that looked fine from the outside but actually had cavities inside. Once he cut them, we saw insects and worms crawling inside and realized those trees were hollow and would have eventually fallen, potentially damaging our home. He truly knows his craft.
