They did remove the branches--and maybe one more than expected--but overall, the work itself was fine, and they cleaned up the debris. That said, the customer experience left a lot to be desired. Communication was lacking throughout, except when they repeatedly followed up for the deposit. They didn't tell us in advance that our driveway and front street needed to be clear for their truck, so my partner had to rush home from work to move the car. After the job, no photos were shared, and when I asked about the price and 3% credit card fee, they pointed to the contract. Fair enough--but it would've been helpful if they had mentioned that upfront. I offered to send cash or a check to avoid the surcharge, but they said credit card is now the only accepted method. Between the lack of communication and inflexibility, I wouldn't recommend them based on customer service alone. Hopefully the residue left on our vinyl fence comes off with a hose.

Sean was extremely knowledgeable and personable, as was his team as they proceeded to take all precautions to not cause any damage to my driveway and landscaping. Once they started it was like watching a well worn machine operate. Each worker knew their job, and it was a pleasure to watch! A couple of hours later, the tree was gone, and they too were gone and they left everything as if if they were never there. They were able to remove the fence in order for their equipment to come through AND put it back together afterwards. This included digging and pulling a post out of the ground and putting it back in place afterwards. They were very careful with their work and knew just where to cut and segment the tree into portions and lowered each one down to the ground without destroying anything. They were also able to grind the stump and any other exposed roots down into the ground, and were helpful in cleaning up the debris and soil in their work area. They were quick, too, arriving promptly and finishing before end of day. For a job as big as this, we are totally impressed and highly recommend them for your tree services.
