They charged my credit card $4,000.00 on March 17, 2026 and have yet to refund my $4,000.00 as of April 26, 2026. I filed a dispute with my credit card company which is now in arbitration. Everytime I called and spoke to a manger named Dawn in Toms River , NJ several times, I was told I would be refunded within 30 days. Now, they wont even take my calls to get my $4,000.00 refunded. I live in Holiday City West, in Toms River NJ. I have tried getting construction help, most of the time no one replies or replies but doesn't show up. Porch King, replied to my request immediately, came out and reviewed the roof installation and gave me a very acceptable price. I was told the project would start in about three weeks, to my surprise it was moved up to a week. I was given a 9 to 9:30 am start time, and they were on the job at 9:15 am. It was expected to take a day or a day and a half, the whole job was completed in 6 hours. The installation looks great, the area was totally cleaned up. All the workers and the boss were polite and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a professional job and a reasonable price. Two things to note: The site for Porch King claims they accept Credit Cards, they do not anymore. Also, even though an address is given, there is no office to visit, you have to give a call for someone to come out.
