DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE! After spending $12,125 I'm left with a service department that never returns calls. The installation process seemed pretty good at the time. There were a couple of small and obvious issues that is where my nightmare begins. I thought I was supposed to have four shelves. He only brought three. They are very small when the installer left there was a broken part that holds the door in place. He did not have another one and said I could simply call the service department and they would take care of it. I called the service department several times over the next week. They never returned my call so I spoke with the main number who transferred to someone who said she was not in service but could help me. She said she would need three weeks to get the shelf and set up an appointment for me Two weeks later the lady called to confirm my appointment and said she would have the shelf. I took the day off of work when the technician showed up. He replaced a really small piece but didn't have the shelf. He needed to go back to the warehouse and look for it again. I left multiple messages for service, but no one returns my calls When I was finally able to reach someone, I was told the shelf was never ordered. A very nasty man. They knew nothing about it. Fast-forward a few weeks later the shelf was installed. Six months later a corner grew black bold it was not on the surface. It appeared to come from underneath. I tried to call for weeks. No one returned my calls. Again I called the main number. They sent some sort of inter-office memo someone called and a tech. was scheduled to come out. I took another day off of work towards the end of my appointment window. Someone called to say the would not be making it and rescheduled me. I took another day off of work for my next appointment, he came and said that the silicone had failed and replaced it. It seemed good enough but lo and behold eight months later the in the exact same spot only what he had replaced. I again tried to call the service number for two weeks before asking the main number to send an inter-office memo someone did respond to theinter- memo and called She set me up two days later for an appointment between 2 and 3 PM. No one came. I called at 3:15 transferred to the service number left a message. I called the main number again the gentleman who helped me sent another inter- office that someone was definitely coming. I continue to wait but no one came. I left multiple messages for the service department, but no one ever returned my call again I called the main number. Spoke to the same person. I had spoken to on Friday. He said he remembered me and cannot explain Why no one called or came. I demanded to speak to a supervisor me she would make sure it is taken care of two days someone did actually call me from A new customer service She said she would look into it, but never called me back. I called her again. She seemed confused that no one had returned my call. She then told me that the silicone and many other are only covered for one year despite the lifetime warranty proudly displayed on the website, even though it is the same recurring issue over and over again they want me to pay out-of-pocket while the installation process seemingly went fairly well Except apparently an underlying issue. The service department is a nightmare and the sales department was much like haggling for a new car no 2 people pay the same price. read more

Buyer Beware... I signed a contract with bathroom pros on 3/17/26 and cancelled the contract within the 3 day recision period on March 19, 2026. .. They charged my credit card $4,000.00 on March 17, 2026 and have yet to refund my $4,000.00 as of April 26, 2026. I filed a dispute with my credit card company which is now in arbitration. Everytime I called and spoke to a manger named Dawn in Toms River , NJ several times, I was told I would be refunded within 30 days. Now, they wont even take my calls to get my $4,000.00 refunded. I just had my bathroom done and can't believe what a fantastic job Ken, Tony and Dom did. I was worried that I would have to repair the walls outside the shower, but they cut and trimmed perfectly. I booked a job in November 2023 and cancelled it. I was going to finance, and was approved. I started to receive emails from loan company about paying it off during a promo period. I contacted Bathroom Pros and was told I had to speak with someone who works remotely, and they would call me back. No return call. This happened about a half dozen times over the last year. Yesterday, loan company calls me to say my promo period is expiring and interest is coming. I called and l/m with Customer service manager on 4/20, 4/30, and 5/1 with no return call. I am infuriated that this is going to ding my credit score that I have worked for years to improve. This company is bogus. I will call every business day and leave a message until this is resolved. Exceptionally good job with shower installation and flooring overlay. Vanity also good, though 6" hole left in wall that I will end up repairing where old vanity was removed and another sizable gap next to ceiling fan. Well, I can honestly say that after over a decade of home ownership and home renovation/remodeling projects, this experience was unlike any other. I called to set up an in-home estimate, asked a few questions first and when we got to the part of setting up the appointment, she asked me if I own the house with a spouse (for greeting purposes). I said yes and she informed me that he must be present for the appointment. I tried to explain in various ways that this is both unlikely and unnecessary, but she insisted that this is company policy. She offered to have me call back when I've discussed with him and found a time that would work. It is Friday, March 25, 2022... they may need some new policies. Updating February 25 2022 - for those keeping score, we started this process in MAY. December - Bathroom pros came out and redid the entire bathroom because they finally acknowledged it was jacked. Redone top to bottom, new everything, very pleased with how it turned out. But we're not done yet. Glass guy comes out to measure for door - 3 weeks later glass is in and installed. Take first shower, all is well. Take second shower, leak from door (which we TOLD them was going to happen because they pointed the shower head at the freakin hinge of the door...hello? You guys didn't KNOW that would be a problem and you do this for a living???) Call Bathroom pros, call glass guy - glass guy proceeds to no show/no call us FOUR FREAKIN TIMES. FOUR! Excuse for every one of them ranging from 'got tied up at another job' to 'my wife fell on the ice' - meanwhile you can't make a phone call or send a freakin TEXT??? We rearranged our schedules to be home for this butthead and he NO SHOWS WITHOUT A CALL FOUR FREAKIN TIMES. Call Bathroom pros, let them know. They call glass guy - not another peep. P.S. Renewed my shower last year 2021. Over $8,000. In the beginning small issues resolved immediately. New problems like RUST on shower door and the rubber bottom part of shower door has MOLD. (which happened before but was replaced). Have called several times!!! This is the store in Toms River, NJ. It seems to have a new management team. No FOLLOW THROUGH & NOBODY CARES!!!! I have spoken to 'Mike" several times. He seems to be the new person @ front desk.. Connects to a "manager" who as of now never returned my voicemails. Also, the salesman representing the company gives you erroneous information where the price or promises are not the SAME as contract. This is an absolutely horrible company! If you want a bathroom reno do not call them! They have no idea what they are doing! My bathroom ceiling is cracking... they came back a few times (there's other issues besides the ceiling) and now refuse to make this right. Even though 2 of the hire ups of the company were here and admitted it was a bad job and that they wouldn't want to show pictures of my bathroom to anyone they were trying to sell a job to. Bathroom Pros ruined my home! After partially installing the shower in my upstairs master bedroom, the shower flooded my floor and caused SEVERE water damage to the point of having to rip out walls in two rooms, replace ceilings in three rooms, and redo the flooring in my entire first floor! I called them repeatedly to come fix the damage and finish the install of the shower and they have yet to do so! This led to mold and I had to get a remediation company to fix this as well! My home owner's insurance company got involved and after Bathroom Pros failed to return contact with them, my home owner's insurance company took legal action against them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They didn't finish the job and I have their third party payment collection company demanding payment on a job that was never completed AFTER damaging my home. It is in their contract not to receive payment until the job is complete. Again, the job was not complete, AND they ruined my home without remorse. They have NEVER reached out to apologize or rectify the situation. Do yourself a huge favor and seek out another company. read more

As a busy family of 4 with 2 full time working parents, a school aged kid with activities, and a toddler we found it impossible to find a time for both my husband and I to be present for an estimate and they decided to cancel the appointment all together than speak to just me. Sexist? Maybe. Pushy sales reps? Probably. We would not have been signing that day so that kind of negates your whole "trying to avoid coming out twice" problem. We know what we want and have a leak that needs to be fixed. We missed 2 weeks due to COVID and couldn't find a time for at least another 2 weeks. They were not flexible at all for our needs. I wish this could have been ZERO stars This is about Bathroom Pros of Lakewood New Jersey. Our salesman was very helpful with the whole process. It started really well a little problem getting everything at the same time because of Covid-19, but it all worked out. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME THINGS WORKED OUT. We started the project February-March, 2021, things went smoothly in the beginning. They were going so well we decided to do our other bathroom (which was smaller). Then we started to have problems with the shower in the first bathroom renovation, for example, the door sweep then came apart. Water started leaking from the door and then my wife and myself found that the glass was warped. So we contacted Bathroom Pros and they were very quick in getting someone here in a few days. The repair guys said they had to order the shower door sweep because they didn't have them in stock. We waited over 12 weeks for them to order the part and Bathroom Pros had sent several people to take pictures, exam the sweep and told us they were ordering it before they ever did order it. Also other people came to our home many times to look at the door and never seemed to see anything wrong with the door and took more pictures. I think taking pictures is what they do to make you feel that they are doing something. Then they sent a representative out from Cardinal ( they supply the glass to Bathroom Pros and support and materials) This representative us like were crazy; he didn't see anything wrong with door and took some pictures (are you seeing the picture thing). He then called Bathroom Pros and spoke to Jen and told her he would order the sweep (which he didn't) and have to review the pictures and we never heard from him again. We contacted our sales person about the situation a few times and he sounded concerned, but he didn't do anything. He contacted us once to tell us what he and what was going to do but it never happened ( I was surprised he didn't want to take pictures). We never heard from him again not even a follow up call. Two week ago the glass guy and the owners son (BTW the owner has been kept up to date on everything, he was good in the beginning) came to look at the shower door. Guess, they said the door was warped!!!!!! We were told that they were going to replace the door because it's warped (Duh !!) 7 months later and more pictures. The glass guy showed up yesterday to install the door. We were never told that was he was coming. There was no communication to us about this. My wife and I were going to our Nephew wedding so we didn't have them come in, we were leaving in less than an hour! So now we are in a waiting game. I called the owner at around 4 pm, today, he said he would get back to me in a few minutes get back to me in a few minutes, it's 6:30 with no call back. If you try and call you will get their answering service. When you leave a message for the person you requested and YOU NEVER HEAR BACK. I just had my bathroom completely transformed by Bathroom Pros NJ; new bathtub/shower, shower walls, vanity and toilet installation and new flooring. Everything is perfect. Anthony & Joel were great, they were on time, worked tirelessly, were personable, friendly and cleaned up like they were never here. the job turned out to be much more work than anticipated as the water damaged flooring went right down to the joists. this did not deter them and they did what was necessary to make it right, at no additional cost to me. It was obvious they took great pride in their work. I would never have hired this company if I knew the poor quality workmanship, the lack of response when you leave messages and the total lack of respect and complete disregard for the customer. They replaced my old shower and it has been a nightmare ever since..I totally regret it! They have been back for shelving falling off, changed grout numerous times because there was mold. They told us there was mold because they used the wrong caulk. The installer of the glass apparently did something wrong because we have water leaking out of the shower onto the tile floor. We use the shower hose to clean the shower of soap scum after showering and their answer to that was we shouldn't be hosing the glass! So don't clean it???? A shower is a totally enclosed system, I don't care what you do it should not leak. I requester the glass installer come and check the door and I was told by Santo and Larry that he had a heart attack and controlled his cell phone and would get to me!! What??? What a circus! They are con artists and conivers..DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING! I will now have to find another company to come an evaluate the leaking and incur an additional expense after paying Bath Pro of Toms River $9000.00 for a very small shower! read more

Salesman was pushy and lead me to believe I was getting a different set of shower doors then what was installed. Going on three years and not happy or satisfied at all.
