On March 24, 2020, our next door neighbor had a gigantic tree taken down. Approx 125 years old. It covered 5 backyards. Our houses are all close together vertical and horizontally. To get into the neighbors backyard, where the tree was located, the DuJets men needed to use my driveway for the Crane Truck, and another neighbors driveway for the Bucket Truck which carried the climbing guy. There was another Truck with a gigantic wood chipper parked along the other neighbors sidewalks. I think 6 men and 4 trucks in total. This is a very very professional team of men who quite obviously have worked on some big and difficult trees together for years, because it was like the Navy Seals rolled in, did their job precisely, cleaned up without a trace, and left quietly. They had to roll back my chain linked fence and when they finished, they put it back together more securely than it was since it was installed. Every crew member knew exactly what their job was. They communicated via helmet and head set and there wasn't one issue. Not one misstep. That's pretty amazing since our houses are so close together. I have had large trees taken down myself on other houses I lived in. I thought they did a good job. But they can't compare to these guys at all. DuJets did this job in 1/2 the time, with a very good quality crew, very good equipment and the crew got along like a professional team!!! My neighbor said they got several quotes from other businesses and all were similar. So if you are thinking about quality, efficiency, and being truely happy with the job, and not worrying about the workers yelling at each other or their chain saws breaking down, call these guys~they worth every single penny!! I would highly recommend Dugets Tree Experts for any type of tree work - big or small. Greg came and assessed the status of all of our trees and made recommendations. He was very professional and knowledgeable. In the past, we have used them to remove a huge maple tree and more recently, to remove an apple and a pear tree. Dugets 'crew of Elvis, Ramon and Eduardo did a fantastic job of removing the two trees and pruning four trees. They arrived on time as scheduled. Elvis did an awesome job at pruning our Magnolia tree which had branches that had grown very near our wires and cables. After Elvis' magic, it looked like a brand new tree again. We hired Dujets to prune two pine trees in our backyard. We were at work at the time and Dujets listened to our neighbor who asked them to cut branches on only one side of the tree to the trunk. We were shocked when we came home. The tree was completely lopsided and not surprisingly, a huge branch fell the next day during a storm. The branch hit our house and shattered our grill. We then received a letter from the town to fix our tree. We attempted to contact Dujets for two months by both phone and email but company would never return our calls/emails. We had several other companies come out to give estimates to fix the trees and all companies were shocked to learn that a reputable tree company had pruned our trees that way. Trees have now been fixed by another company but still look very bad because of Dujets initial work....and we have spent more thank $1,000 to have them fixed.
