Jose Rodriquez the manager begged me to pay in full because he needed money to buy materials to finish the job and he never came back. He only completed 80% of the job. I contacted him several times after that, and he never came back. Around my trees, there's at least 2ft deep holes. He never came back to cover the holes with grates for safety. I have a child with ADHD and autism, that was the main reason I did the backyard and fencing. I begged him countless times but he never came back. It's been 7 months already. Now, I'm trying to find someone else to cover the holes before God forbid, he falls in and injured himself. Moreover, they also installed a few dead plants and they told me brown was their natural color. In addition, the sprinklers they installed never worked. They scammed me big time. Vinny was the most knowledgeable and with the fairest prices. From the start, Vinny understood the complexity of the grading, while his competitors did not. His team followed the exact manufacturers specifications when installing the walkway (it is essential not to skimp on these base materials). Additionally, his team didn't simply seed the lawn, they sowed the seeds and seeded at the same time, essentially double seeding the front yard. They also took the extra step to use shade grass seed for the areas that did not receive direct sunlight. His team was prompt, efficient, and tidy.
