He and his team used a cherry picker to remove a few medium to smaller sized dead trees and to trim a very large tree back, and they climbed a few very tall hemlocks to remove dead branches (when the machine couldn't reach with the access he had from the neighbor's yard, since ours couldn't accommodate it). Bob was professional (trees look great, and the yard and driveway was cleaned up well afterwards), courteous and very fairly priced, and importantly, from what I've heard compared to other tree services locally, he returns your call and shows up on time. I've heard many a cautious story of others not taking your call and/or charging unreasonably high fees...but happy to say Bob exceeded our expectations. We'll be using Bob (and his team) now and in the future and we'll highly recommend him any chance we get.
