Came in on Wednesday night! They weren't busy and we got our order in right away! The cashier was patient while our 5 year old ordered for himself, and was kind to him. Food wait was short! Grilled chicken sandwich and cheeseburgers taste amazing. Portions are big as well. This place is on the pricer side but that's expected for a fast casual restaurant. Service was not long at all. My only con is that the fries were very bland and unseasoned. read more

Ordered from thier pages (Not an app). Food arrived in 15 minutes, before the estimated delivery time. Food was hot, and everything was exactly as ordered. The fish fry was huge, and not greasy at all. There was a napkin tucked under the fries so they didn't get fishy. Plate was fresh, and a pretty big portion! Wayyy overrated and overpriced for what you get. $5 for a hot dog?! The $8.00 tuna melt was the skimpiest thing, barely any tuna at all. The junker plate just doesn't compare to the competition. The 1950s nostalgic theme is cute, but really doesn't nothing for me. Service is as mediocre at best. I'll give them this much, the place was rather spotless. read more

Earlier today I placed my order at the drive-up kiosk and drove to the pickup window. There was one car ahead of me and it took forever for them to get their food. I pulled up after they left and waited while the cashier stood with their back toward me. He eventually walked away and when he came back several minutes later he shouted rudely "are you picking up food". I said yes and he looked irritated and confused. I had been waiting at the window for close to 10 minutes at this point so I told him to forget my order and left. read more

Yeah. Wow. Not the Tom Wahl's I remember. Two cheeseburgers and two fries ordered with various add on's, lettuce, tomato, onions, meat hot sauce etc. Both completely wrong. No help from the counter people. Burgers were paper thin and tasteless. We could have got twice the amount of food at any diner for the amount paid. Big money for burgers and fries. Completely underwhelming experience. Lesson learned - we won't be back. read more

I don't understand how the Avon Tom Wahl's always serves delicious, juicy burgers and the Greece location continues to serve dried up overcooked pieces of shoe leather! Was so excited to have a Tom Wahls open up around the corner! Our trip there T 430 pm was less than satisfying though! The fries had a nasty after taste, like they were cooked in old oil and the burgers were very crispy, not really burnt, more like very well done and dry. The dining room tables were dirty with food residue on them and the staff wasn't very friendly, well I should say our cashier. She just stood there, not a greeting or can I help you, just stood there until we ordered our food. Disappointing. I will go again in hopes that this was just a bad night! read more

Ordered for the first time from the new Greece location and was completely dissatisfied. We ordered a Holywood burger which is suppose to have lettuce tomato , mayonnaise. It came with a pickle and few sprinkles of lettuce and meat sauce. We also ordered the value meal cheese burger. It was cold, suppose to have onions, mustard, ketchup, cheese and a pickle. It came with mustard, ketchup, lettuce and a pickle. The fries were ice cold. After calling and talk to a makeshift manager, I was told "sorry we are training new people" . I went on to tell them their web site said meal would be ready in ten minutes, we waited 25mins once we got there. I went to explain that their web site should be at least accurate with when your food is going to be ready, her comment was "Would you like the phone number of Corporate" Don't open if you don't have your act together!!!!! This was the worst Tom Wahl's we have ever had. Looks Like we aren't the only ones that have this opinion of this location. read more

If I could give them a minus, I would. I ordered a 55 Wahl's plate and it had a hair in it. I tossed it and reordered chicken tenders and fries and surprise surprise another hair. This time I took it up to the counter and they told us there is nothing they can do about it. I spent over $100 between the kids and I. Never will go back again. First, the Food was awesome! The service lacks, they had to at least 12 people at the front and 3 three at the ice cream. Only one person taking orders, who needs more training! Went through the drive through on 2/19 around 1:40pm. The person operating it could use a lesson in customer service. My husband ordered a burger. She asked do you want to make that a meal, he said no. She then said, anything else? He said yes, give me a second, and gestured to me to order I said I'd like a Hollywood burger...the women then said "I already put your order in, so I'll have to cancel it if you want to order more...I did ask you if you wanted anything else..." We opted to go inside to order rather than keep working with her given the attitude. Imagine our surprise when we got inside and it was the MANAGER at the drive thru?! Just awful customer service. No wonder it took one of the 6 young people behind the counter a few minutes to finally take our order. Poor leadership. read more
