Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even found a charm that had fallen off in the chair and kindly texted me to ask if it was mine, letting me know they would safely hold onto it for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. His insurance was checked a week before and confirmed again the day before the appointment. The dental office had the billing lady working the front desk she did not know the process , instead of asking a coworker what to do she simple said we don't take your insurance. I then called and spoke with another lady that was very nasty and argumentative she advised me that the fill in lady messed up and did not know to look in his file for the approval. She then proceeded to gaslite me to make it seems as if it was our fault. I then told her you wasted my son time and mines. My son is handicap . If you do not have good customer service skills you should not work with the public . Every one deserves to be treated with dignity and self respect.

I just had 2 small cavities taken care of yesterday and I went in there with such ease knowing I was in good hands based on my previous experience with Dr. Akkari. Once again, the whole process was completely pain free and I was out of there in less than an hour (the procedure itself was at most 15 minutes). Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.
