Toast is one of my favorite breakfast spots in all of LI. I usually get something off their vegan menu and I am never disappointed. Went there last in October and they had these delicious pancakes. Their coffee is to die for as well. They are served in these beautiful mugs they get locally, so you get a new one every time. Ever staff member I've ever encountered here has been great. It gets really packed on the weekends but they have an online queue that is usually pretty accurate. 10/10 recommend any of their locations read more

I revisited Toast today to enjoy their classic avocado toast with salad. You can choose French fried, home fries or salad. The balsamic vinaigrette was delicious but the whole grain toast with avocado is savory. A little too much red onions but overall a very tasty yet healthy dish. One of the best spots on Long Island to get brunch. Vegan and gluten free friendly. Come early because by 9 am this place will be slammed. My sweet friends threw me a baby sprinkle here this month. We were given a separate area, which we greatly appreciated for our group of 11. I mean, pregnancy cravings had me wanting the cinnamon French toast with a side of home fried potatoes (no onions please!) And since I wasn't able to be drinking mimosas I got my ever-faithful chai tea latte. The chai came out barely warm but I was thirsty and didn't feel like sending it back or whatever, so really that is the only complaint I have from today. The French toast was delish and so were the potatoes. Everyone raved about the food and everyone enjoyed their meal a lot! The service was also super sweet, our server was wonderful - friendly and accommodating. I would love to come back, when baby is a bit older. Even though we got on the virtual waitlist an hour before we planned on being there, we waited another hour and a half for a table of 4. Somehow our name on the waitlist mysteriously disappeared just before it was our turn. We were put back on the list as the next table of 4 but it was another 10 minutes. Was it worth the 2 hour wait, absolutely NOT. The food was okay but after standing around in a VERY crowded entrance way (it was only 20s degrees outside), we just could not enjoy the food. Second time coming here for brunch! Definitely join the waitlist before you arrive because it gets busy on the weekends. I would join the wait list a bit earlier than what the "estimated time" says on the website because my 5-10 min wait turned into 8-13 min into 20-25min (not sure how accurate this is). I returned because I really enjoyed my Domingo burrito last time I came. Unfortunately, it was not on the menu when I went today (maybe its a Sunday menu only considering its name? - not sure). I got the Southwest Breakfast Burrito this time around. I didn't love it as much compared to the Domingo Burrito and the burrito fell apart in my hands and had to eat it with a fork and a knife after one bite. Otherwise, the food is cooked very well, alot of flavors! Also, I love how everyone gets different unique mugs for their cup of coffee. But if not, you feel like there's a lot of room between you and the table and there's not much you can do about it. If you slide the table closer to you, the other person is way too far way. On Weekends the crowds can grow. Music can be a bit heavy for breakfast. They should mellow the tunes in the morning. Cleanliness: 4/5 - Not bad. Bathroom needs a bit of work but overall it's in good shape. Wiped my finger in an inconspicuous area and there was dust. Value: 4/5 - Some items are a little pricey but given the amount of food it's a good value. Parking: 5/5 - There is plenty of lot parking nearby. The one closest is paid parking but it's a short walk to free parking which is just past the paid one. Nice little walk past a water-way. This is such a cute place. It's trendy but not too trendy that you don't want to bring the kids and not too casual that you don't want to come. It's CUTE and the coffee mugs don't match which I find to be adorable because that screams unique. What's better is that they have vegan menu with quite a few options so my friend who is vegan was thrilled. My dulce de leche cappuccino just left me so happy and giddy inside that I think I'll make the trip here again just for that. Did I mention the food is great? Came in for breakfast with my boyfriend. We had an absolutely delicious breakfast! From start to finish everything was fabulous. To start, caffeine is a must. Raspberry latte for him, vanilla latte for myself. Both delicious. For my breakfast I got the avocado blt omelet. Big, fresh pieces of avocado, bacon, white cheddar...soo yummy! Also came with a choice of toast. Cinnamon toast it is! So delicious! My boyfriend ordered corned beef hash and eggs. He enjoyed it. I had a bite and it was quite tasty. The only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is that no one came to check up after dropping the food. We needed jam for the toast, but went without. When she did return to see if we needed anything else I asked for another coffee (which btw is great coffee), but I never got it. Another person came by with a card reader and the check. It jumped from a 10 minute wait to a 50 minute wait very quickly. We ended up sitting at the bar to help cut down on the wait. - Our waitress/bartender was incredible and every staff member I encountered was very friendly. - The restaurant offers seasonal specials and you can't go wrong with any of the menu items. I thought I knew what creme fraiche was but MAN, whatever they put on my French toast was heavenly. - This place has its liquor license. DEFINITELY take advantage of that! Went here for brunch this past Sunday for my birthday. They get packed early and there will definitely be a wait. We were lucky and two seats opened up at the bar for us. We had the mimosa flight, one of their skillets, and the Nashville fried chicken and sweet potato waffles. Waffles were nice and moist, and already sweet, so there is No syrup needed. There is cinnamon sugar sprinkled on the waffle but it didn't need it. I dusted mine off as much as I could. Next time I'll ask for it without the sugar on top. The mimosa flight is a must try. My girlfriend and I went for lunch and sat outside as it was a beautiful day. Not only did the waitress forget about us but I had to go inside to get what we had asked her for. She was sitting at the bar of an empty restaurant and eating while I waited to get what I needed to eat my lunch. I have been a server for 35 yrs. I would have been embarrassed if my customer had to come inside and then saw me eating with not one other table there. Clearly she didn't care because we had to go in for everything after that. Our server on the other hand (Colleen receipt says? blonde hair in a ponytail) was extremely rude. We had to ask for syrup, ask for napkins and she kept rushing us through our meal and to pay. We were celebrating a birthday and asked if there is anything that they can do to make it special and confirmed ahead of time that it's something they offer. I love toast coffee house. I have been going to the one in Fort Jeff for years. I've been to the one in Patchogue as well. The food is always solid and doesn't disappoint. Great breakfast/brunch/lunch place! Each time I've come, the food has been excellent, service has been quick/attentive, and the setting of the place is casual for sure. I got the egg sandwich today which was AMAZING: fluffy bun, delicious chorizo, super fluffy scrambled eggs, and fresh avocado. I've previously gotten the chicken and waffles which was fairly good for the north (I'm from the south and have high standards). Portions are massive so you'll be super full. Finally getting around to reviewing this place. Came to check it out quite some time ago with my coresidents from the hospital. The place is quite spacious and we were welcomed right away. They had a large menu with many options for food and a really nice menu for drinks. The corned beef hash combo was just calling out to me and I had to try it. It was delicious and just the best form of comfort food. It definitely needed more spice in my opinion and the staff were more than accommodating with multiple options of hot sauce. They also had some nice drink options. I forget what they were but I do remember that we all enjoyed it quite a bit. Definitely a fun place to come try for brunch. read more
