You see, my mother-in-law was never great with technology, and as she ages, technology just gets harder for her. On more than one occasion, she and technology...just don't get along, and everything went FUBAR. Here's where Sam comes to the rescue for both my MIL and me. My MIL can trust that Sam will get her tech up and running, and I, from 3600 miles away, have complete confidence that Sam knows what he's doing and then some. At at the latest tech incident at my MIL's house, Sam went above and beyond the call of duty. The fact that he has great with older folks is a big plus in my book. I was seen very quickly, had diagnostics done within 5 minutes, and he suggested alternative solutions while discouraging me from doing unnecessary repairs on my phone as it was in good health, despite that costing him business and income. I inquired about time for diagnostics and the guy on the phone quoted 15-20 minutes. She went twice, including once with an appointment, and both times the employee was late to open the store or meet her at the scheduled time. If you are taking appointments, you should at least be there on time. Second, she went in because her iPhone was having battery issues. They told her they could replace it with a "universal battery," which is misleading. After the replacement, her phone started having black screens, overheating, and other performance issues. When she went back, the employee then said iPhones do not take aftermarket batteries anymore. That makes no sense. Why offer that solution in the first place? Instead of properly fixing the issue, they offered a cash refund and said they did not want to get in trouble. That is very concerning. Between the unreliable hours, questionable repair practices, and lack of accountability, this place does not feel trustworthy. I would not recommend coming here.

I dropped off my PC at 10 AM and he had it completely diagnosed and fixed by 3:30 PM - same day service when most shops would have kept it for days. But what really impressed me was how Garnik actually took the time to explain everything instead of just doing the work and handing it back. He didn't just slap on new thermal paste and call it done. He properly reapplied the paste, then noticed my fan configuration was all wrong and moved everything to the correct CPU pump headers and fan headers. He walked me through exactly what was causing the thermal problems and how he fixed them, then stress tested the whole system right in front of me so I could see it was running properly. Garnik was super knowledgeable, friendly, and got everything done way faster than I expected. It's honestly rare to find someone who knows their stuff this well and actually takes the time to make sure you understand what's going on with your build. I did not know it at the time but the pump had failed leading to my CPU (i9 12900k) redline for the subsequent 4 months - by the time it was May, my computer would regularly screen tear during VR, crash during games, and I was at my wit's end.
