DO NOT waist your time and Money!!! Never ever come here!!!! I were using yelp more than 10 years, but it is my second time to write a negative review. Here is the story. My 7 years old pc was not boosting so I went to a PC repair shop and found out the mother board was broken,but they said the part should come from china and It will take too long time. So I found this shop from yelp and I told the worker the mother board is broken and If he can found one. Few days later, the worker said he found one and cost $320 and I said ok to repair. But a week later he said I have to pay another $120!!! I said why?? He said the graphic card is broken too,but he did not knew when he did diagnostic last week,So total $440!!! Oh man!!! I can almost buy a new one with that money. So I said no thanks and I went to pick it up today. And guess what?! He(employee) said I have to pay $80 for diagnostic. I said I told your boss at the beginning, the mother board is broken and I just need the mother board to reboot the PC. Also, he never told me to pay the $80 at the beginning.(By the way, the other shop cost $25 for diagnostic).I show him the receipt(attached in the bottom) and tell him to check the CCTV if you do not believe me. but he said he is not gonna check the CCTV ?!!.( I still do not get it.****why he and the owner(he came later) are refused to show me the evidence--CCTV.***********There will be no argument if we checked the CCTV!!!!***********). Since I knew the argument will never ends and I am waisting time there, I told him I can pay $40 but no more. But He(employee) repeated again and again " you pay $80, cash or card??!!".he said he will send me to the court and even lock the door later!!!My wife and 9 months old Baby was waiting out side in the hot weather. I did not want to waist any more second there and do not want to put my family in danger, So I just paid $80 and left the shop with my PC. It was such a horrible experience for me ever!!! I just want to tell whoever is want to come to here. Never ever come here!!! Do not even think about it!!!!

It breaks my heart to write this review. THEY BROKE MY LCD DURING REPAIR. PICTURE BELOW. I believe in doing honest business with professionals. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very unprofessional. I took my company's iMac in for repair and diagnostic testing. I was told it is either a Motherboard issue OR a Power Supply issue. Nothing else was wrong with this iMac. 5 days later- I got 2 quotes. One for power supply, one for power supply and a motherboard. 7+ days later- I got a call that the worker BROKE MY LCD SCREEN during repair. Stop and think about this- this supposedly professional company- BROKE MY LCD. PICTURE ATTACHED. My iMac was delayed 2 weeks+, with a new broken LCD, a inaccurate diagnosis testing and a bill for $400+. They replaced my LCD for free, replaced my power supply and the computer still doesn't work. Then had the audacity to quote me $600+ for a motherboard repair. They show a lack of empathy and remorse. I will be filing a complaint with small claims court Los Angeles. PLEASE BEWARE. GET SERVICED AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE DAMAGE THEY DID TO MY BUSINESS IS UNFORGIVABLE.

These guys are amazing. This is the second computer I've bought from them and I must say that they really outdid themselves this time. From the PC case, to the RAM, to the Motherboard, they built my PC to my specifications and the end result is amazing. Eddie has the best cable management in the game, his work is amazing. My PC looks clean and I can tell he took his time. Jose is very knowledgeable as well, he likes to inform his clients as much as possible so that in turn they could make informed decisions about their builds. This was of tremendous help during the consultation process as I was unsure about one brand over another for specific parts. I couldn't be happier with the end result. We needed a computer for our son and I wanted a custom built gaming desktop. I had a budget to work with and I'm very pleased with the build I spoke with Jose but I met up Eddie who built the computer. Very clean build and I got the computer the next day. Eddie was very helpful, maintained great communication, and photo documented the build so I could see his work. My computer after being cleaned and built

I took my computer to get diagnosed because of an issue I was having but they were quick to contact me back and let me know my problem I needed a new mother board and a new cpu They then gave me options on a mother board and cpu that they were able to swap out for me but not only did they do that they had taken the initiative to cleaning my computer that was in storage for nearly 5 years I'm very pleased with how they took care of my computer when I arrived to pick it up I wanted more testing to be done and they were fully willing to pleas my needs even found out I needed a new ssd so they also took care of me on that I definitely will recommend them to my buddies who will be having their builds soon I'm now running Motherboard: msi mpg z490 gaming carbon with WiFi CPU: Intel i7-10700k

I finally came around to writing this review. About a year ago, I spilled coffee on my laptop. I immediately turned it off and brought it to APlus for a cleaning over the weekend. It took longer than expected to get it checked because they wanted to make sure it's dry, which I thought was good. Anyway, I came to pick near their closing time so I didn't want to spend too much time examining their work. The laptop turned on and it was good enough. I did notice some ugly scratches in various areas of the keyboard where I'm guessing they poked around to open it. I asked about it and I was told they were gonna order one and they were going to call me when they had the part to replace it. The next day when I started using it again, the trackpad would get stuck and I noticed a few coffee stains were visible which made me question their work "under the keyboard". I use a mouse so the trackpad wasn't too much trouble and thought I should just wait until the top cover was replaced. Well, it's been over a year. I was charged $100. My keyboard cover is lose around two corners and trackpad still gets stuck. I'm positive the overall body was compromised as it sometimes glitches. I don't even want to bring it back to "get their work fixed".

This week a great technician named Vic came out to our home to replace all of my batteries and update the firmware on my system. He was very friendly, efficient, and informative. He explained everything to me and made the process incredibly fast and easy. I could not ask for a better experience. I appreciate how responsive San Marino Security has always been to my needs. They always respond very quickly and their customer service really stands out from most other companies. I can't say enough good things about them. First, let me say this has been the most expensive lesson I am ever going to learn in business. The…read moresupplier sold me 22 DVR's only to have 14 of the motherboards go out within 60 days, these units were shipped to four different states and installed in 7 businesses. We call our supplier to only to be told that there was no advance replacement we would have to charge the replacement units, pay shipping to send back the faulty units, pay to ship for the replacement units and of course pay our techs to go back out and installed new DVR's, this was a very expensive process, through no fault of our own. We had to call Mastercard and use our fraud protection (have the charge reversed) in order to get them to move on it. They do not stand behind their products, even if the equipment is under warranty? Who needs this, you just get fast talk, delays and all the reasons why you can't get the faulty equipment replaced??? In the meantime, your customer has a system that does not work, do you want to be the guy who sold this equipment to your customer? NOT A GOOD FEELING, WE ALMOST LOST THE ACCOUNT. The other issue we've had with this supplier is, my rep went around me to my customers ruining long time relationships. This company and it's rep do not value dealer relationships at all and will bite the hand that feeds them (Their dealers), watch out for them they will steal your customers and start selling to them directly, cutting you out. FRANK FLORES I am sure is just doing what he was told to do by management. They also put their marketing material in the boxes when they drop ship, while telling you that they blind ship, don't trust them, anyway they can come between you and your customers they will, don't trust them, they will ship & leave out parts when they drop ship? it's like having a 5 year old as a partner, you have to watch every part of the transaction all of the time. Wait until they go through the same issues, I sure wouldn't want to be the guy who bought equipment from this company when the equipment goes down, he will be stuck just like we were, he will never be looked at the same. Why would a wholesaler compete with its dealers??????? I would not trust this company, there are lot's of other companies who sell the same equipment, use them if you value your customers if they're not going around you, they're putting their marketing material in your dropships. They are not your partners they are your competitors. I am going to spread the word to all of the security company owners and industry organizations that we are a member of, and I have posted a note on the dealer message boards at my local ADI stores, to warn all of my fellow dealers. This is greed at it's worse. I have since found that other companies have bought faulty equipment, and gone through the same thing, so this appears to be a wide spread issue.
