The two workers there were not friendly at all. When I asked for my son's prescription, (antibiotics and inhaler) they told me they didn't have and that I would have to wait until tomorrow . Since my child had already been running a fever for four days and was diagnosed with bronchitis, I wanted to get the medication the same day. I told them to forget it, and they didn't say another word--just gave me cold stares as I left. Also, they did not transfer our prescription to Ralph. For this event, we call our Doctor's office for many times and wait until almost 5 pm but still no show of it. Finally, the lady call the Ralph's for sending prescription. To be honest, they were not friendly at all! I will never go to this pharmacy again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! As a healthcare professional, I was VERY disappointed back in September to get my Covid booster. Only to find out they were providing an updated one within days and I was never told when I came for my shot. So I got a useless vaccine and now have to wait until AFTER Thanksgiving to get the current one. On top of that, I'm reading information about how poorly matched this year's flu shot is at actually tackling the mutation that is becoming dominant. I wanted to ask if there were any supplemental boosters in the works. The woman I talked to kept saying "we are just told....". She finally put me through to a temporary manager. And the moment I started asking HER questions, she said "well, you can talk to the manager in charge tmrw". I joked that was an easy way for her to shove me off onto somebody else too. My pharmacy at the time was closing and I needed to find a replacement. I had all my current info sent over and they started filling immediately and have been providing needed refills since. I have been with them for about 5 months and have not had any issues so far, they seem friendly and accommodating to my needs. It's been a few things that I was not able to refill but it's not their fault, it's an insurance thing. There were many people who stopped by to get medication and it seems like everyone gets in an out pretty quickly. They were nice enough to offer my grandma some nice hot tea as we waited and labeled and explained very thoroughly every bottle of medicine my grandma needed, which was really nice of them since my grandma can forget sometimes too. When I walked to the new pharmacy, they informed me that the 2222 Prescription Pharmacy already billed my insurance and I can not get my medication covered now by my insurance. I had to pay cash to get them. I called 2222 Pharmacy the next day, not even a single apology, totally defensive. It is borderline fraud to charge an insurance when the patient has not even set foot into a pharmacy.
