This pharmacy is 100% running a double dipping scam with insurance. I went to pick up my prescription whereupon they stated "while my insurance will pay for my prescription it doesn't pay for the entirety of the prescription so then therefore I have to pay all cash". The staff are kind and are quick to refill prescriptions and....THEY DELIVER, which is amazing for a working mom who never has time during the day to go wait in line at one of the major chains where the employees are disengaged and then...wait again (often several days) to get your prescriptions. They also have medications in stock that many other pharmacies don't. I never knew I could be so excited by a pharmacy, but the customer service at St. Antony's Pharmacy is phenomenal. First of all, I have to get this compounded script done and there are hardly any compounding pharmacies that will do it. Right away St. Antony was like "We do that one". Not only that but they deliver locally for FREE!! No more calling in, driving to the pharmacy to pick up a script that has a 2 week shelf life. They bring it to me, ring my doorbell and I put it straight in the fridge! Also, their advice and information about the script was solid. Our last pharmacy was only filling it once a month and we noticed that the symptoms were worse at the end of the month, so clearly St. Antony's knows what they are doing and have quality control measures because we no longer have that issue. Lastly, I kid you not, the doctor put in a script at 12 o'clock today and within 3 1/2 hours St. Antony had delivered it to my door without so much as a follow up phone call. Like what?!?!! Never in my life have prescriptions been so easy. They have taken what was a stressful part of my life and turned it into something I barely need to think about. I have spread the word to friends but wanted to share this with others. They are simply the best. read more

I do not write a review unless a person or company is horrible OR outstandingly amazing! I just don't have to time to write about every single place I go to. I have to say that St. Antony Pharmacy so far is absolutely AMAZING! All I ever have to do is ask ONLY ONCE in a text OR email for a refill or new prescription, I then get a confirmation from them and I get delivery same day or at the latest, the very next day! For example, I emailed early this week for a refill, I was told immediately that it was not avail until the 15th. Without me having to remind him another time, it was delivered this morning (the 15th if May) with the refills! First thing in the morning at the door! If this does not tell you that this is a trustworthy and respectful pharmacy, I don't know what will! Other companies and individuals need to start catching on to the way St. Antony's conducts their business and gives stellar support to all of their consumers,or not do business at all! This place is fantastic. It is a small pharmacy that feels like a mom and pop type of establishment in small-town America, which is challenging to find in LA. I am a physician and a patient and I send patients here frequently for local compounded items in particular. My family could not be any happier with the service from SAP. Emad and his staff are professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately we have had to use them often in the past 1.5 years and I rely on their delivery service which is extremely efficient. If you are tired of bad service and long lines at CVS and other chain pharmacies I highly recommend you try St. Antonys. Their customer service is great and they seem much better at getting discounts through with coupons. My copay was supposed to be forty dollars and the night before I picked it up I put a coupon in online. When I picked it up they had already processed the coupon and it was only $10. This place goes above and beyond. Emad knows all of his customers and will bend over backward to get you what you need. Erin and all the other technicians are extremely friendly and helpful. When you walk in the door they see you and start bringing your filled prescriptions to the register. You just won't get this kind of service at those chain stores.
