I had my first appointment at The Solution yesterday, (they were super accommodating as I had to reschedule last minute). The front of office girl and nurse were both really sweet and welcoming but I didn't have the best experience. Shortly after my IV treatment began, a small group came in for treatments. I checked on the progress of my bag a couple of times and noticed when it was almost done. I kept thinking that someone would come check in but after 45 minutes...still no one. My bag was empty and I continued to wait and enjoy the quiet time. But I guess too much time passed because several minutes later, I looked down at the IV in my arm and the tube was filing up with blood. Feeling slightly panicked, (not knowing if this was supposed to happen) I unhooked my IV bag and brought it to the front desk. She was on the phone but looked surprised when I came out with a blood filled IV. She quickly turned the dial and assured me the nurse would come see me soon. A few more minutes passed and the nurse finally came in. She said she promised this was normal and apologized for the wait as she got caught up with the other patients. The treatment went fine and nothing was "wrong" but I was surprised that they let the bag go empty for as long as it did and that I had to go out and find help when I started bleeding! read more

I came for the Ultimate IV today but unfortunately was not able to receive it because the women they had inserting the IV definitely seemed inexperienced in what she was doing. I was pricked several times and they were literally moving the needle around in my arm! As she was moving the needle around the other nurse was giving her directions on what to do. When the First Lady couldn't figure it out she asked someone else to come help out. After a few minutes of them moving the needle around in one arm they switched to the other arm where they continued to do the same thing on the other arm. I don't doubt that the IV has some benefits but this experience made it so uncomfortable that I was not even able to experience the said benefits of the IV. My boyfriend was able to receive his IV but we both agreed the process was much more painful than it needed to be. Overall, I will not be back read more
