The staff were so friendly and empathetic. The doctor himself was knowledgeable, down to earth and truly cared about my eye. He even snuck me in again for follow up right before he was going away for a week and got me into a specialist to keep treatment going. Stellar employees and great selection…read more I was looking for a specific pair of frames that were not in stock at the other LensCrafters store I went to, so I called ahead to check if they had them. One of the employees quickly let me know that they did, and they put them on hold for me too! When I went into the store, I was helped by the employee who had them on hold for me. He was super friendly and kind and made sure that I got the best deal possible, which I really appreciate as a grad student on a budget. He was quick and efficient with the fitting and the whole sale. The other employee working at the store was also super friendly and helpful when I picked my glasses out and when I picked them up the day they were ready. She made sure that the fit was perfect and that everything looked good. While this location isn't the closest to where I live, it's entirely worth the trip. I'll be back at this store for any future eyeglass needs. I wish I could remember both of their names - they were absolutely amazing and a great team worthy of special recognition. I.e., "I can't adjust them anymore". She rolled her eyes wen she thought I wasn't looking. My glasses still don't fit right. I won't EVER go back to vision works.
