During my last visit, for a prescription lens replacement, I was very disappointed. For a simple single prescription it was almost $200 for lenses only! when they were ready, I did not receive any call back that my prescription was filled and ready to be picked up. when I picked up my glasses. I was asked to try them to make sure I could see out of the prescription which I could. But in the past, the technician would sit with me and make sure that the arms of my glasses were aligned, and he would bend them to make sure I had a good fit, he made sure that his customer was satisfied . I didn't find that this past week. Basically they wanted to make sure I could see and sent me off on my way. My car was frozen and had to defrost which messed me up. So I got there and was told to be seated and that they would call me up when ready to assist me. They were too busy chatting amongst each other at the front desk. So 5 minutes later, I'm finally called up to check in. Then the rude lady at the front desk says "your appointment was at 7:15?" I then say yes, she then goes on to say "sorry we can't take you because there's a 5 - 10 minute grace period" in the rudest tone ever. I'm confused because I was never notified of this grace period and they took so long to check me in which I'm sure added 5 minutes to my arrival time. So then I try to explain to them that my car was frozen and I got here 15 minutes which is 5 minutes over the grace period. They then say no. I was so upset because no patient was inside there, I was the only patient there. So I pointed that out to them and they said it doesn't matter and their patients will come after. So I walked out after I was given an attitude and rude behavior, and told them to not even bother rescheduling my appointment and I will never return there. When I got back to my car, I had to wait for my car to defrost again. As I waited for like 15 minutes, I did not see any patients come in. No one showed up for 7:20 am, 7:30 am, 7:45 am What a joke of an establishment!
