TJ Maxx is the place to go to for name brands for less. They used to have a lot more stuff to choose from but they seem to have less now. I also like to shop at Ross. Prices seem to be good there too. But TJ Maxx is much to my home so I end up going there more often. My happy place this is the best place ever! It beats any other store if you are looking for great prices. I went in expecting nothing, just like everything else in my life. I needed a dress for some honor thing, and as a really thin person it is hard to find a dress that fits proper. I actually found a few at TJ Maxx that fit perfect. I left there so happy and was speechless. The staff was friendly, and the dressing rooms were clean. The only thing I had issue with is that I wish they had more clothes in my size. They have some really good clothes, but a lot of the time it is for sizes way bigger than me. But, I enjoy my shopping trip every time I go. I love to,go to different ones because they are not created equal and if you see something you like, you better get it because there is a small percentage that you will find it at another TJ Maxx. But they all do pretty much sells the same stuff but some stuff I regret not get at other TJ Maxx. As I was here, I took pictures of stuff but I hope that cookie sheet is still there when I visit again. I also love that little chair they use to I'm guessing put up items on small shelves, I wish I had that chair at Walgreens when I used to do resets.

There were a lot more nearby.

Horrible selection. The idea behind this kind of store is to save you time and money. Waste of both. Fashionista my behind.

Each place has a theme, or a charm all its own and Grind N Gears Cafe is one of the latter. When you pull up you immediately recognize the place as a former body shop or service station. Not a as station, but a body shop. They have their own small parking lot in front with special motorcycle parking on the sides of the lot. It's a small place. When you walk inside there is a runner leading up to the counter with their case of delicious looking eats and a platform above with an old Indian motorcycle perched looking over the place. To the right of the counter are some toys for the kids, including a kids motorcycle and other funs toys to keep the kiddos busy while their parents enjoy a magically concocted coffee drink by the shops artisans. There are comfy little sitting areas composed of oversized furniture from your parents basement. The front has a few racks of leather jackets that feels like your at The Alley's northern location. They do have some hats and apparel for their own shop and I almost bought a hat. On the left side, they have another seating area, but it looks more like a table in a cozy kitchen than a sitting room. It's quaint no matter where you look or sit. Lastly, their drinks and food are quite good. With all the stand alone coffee places popping up, Grinds N Gears is one of the cooler places and I don't mean hipster.

Parking is convenient and easy to access, though some spots can feel a bit tight. What stood out most was the quality and variety of stores. I loved seeing favorites like Calvin Klein, American Eagle, and Bath & Body Works, along with many luxury retailers. It truly feels like there's something for everyone, no matter your style or budget. Overall, this mall offers a wide range of shopping experiences and does a great job catering to different tastes so I'd definitely come back.

We all know you're too cheap to install actual kiosk boxes, so you've offloaded the work onto the customers. You think it's 'convenient' because we don't have to download an app and can just 'text to pay,' but that's just a clever way to link my phone number and credit card to your invasive computer vision surveillance. Standing in a drafty garage, scanning QR codes, and handing over my personal data just to spend money at your stores is not 'innovation'--it's a data-mining chore. Between the constant plate-scanning and the 'AI' tracking my vehicle, you've turned a simple shopping trip into a privacy nightmare. I'll be taking the 'convenient' route of shopping online or driving to a suburban mall that still understands what 'free parking' means and doesn't treat its patrons like test subjects in a tech lab.

No one greeted me, no one acknowledged my existence for 15-20 min after I was wandering the store. It's funny because there were A LOT of employees working. Most were just standing around either doing nothing or chatting amongst each other. One of the employees actually said they need to figure out how to get more people to the store. More people in your store won't do anything if your staff doesn't offer to help your in store customers. I asked 2 people for help and neither were helpful. I tried to ask someone if all the sizes were out and with her back turned to me, she barely muttered yes. I would have placed an online order, but decided not to based on my store experience today. Happy Returns decided that my order was a gift, and so would not allow me to get my money back, only a store credit. (Hello in there - even if it's a gift, if it doesn't fit, someone (the person who paid for it) should be able to get their money back.) Hmm. I call the customer service number. Rep says there's a discrepancy between my billing address and shipping address. I ask what the difference is. My name on one is Margaret M, and just Margaret on the other. My street on one is XXX Ave, and just XXX on the other. It's a pretty stupid system that can't figure out that the bill-to and the ship-to are the same person. Rep tries to start a return, and can only send a UPS label. I've read horror stories about that online, and so I hold on to the items until I can get to a store. I go to the store. No signage indicates that online returns are done at a little desk in the back of the store, but no problem, someone came up and told me where I had to go. Clerk lady tries to start a return, but can't do it, says it has to be sent to Dodgeville. I have to agree to this, there's nothing else she can do. I give her credit, though, she did try to help me. This is way too much to go through to return things. I've been a Lands' End customer, off and on, since the '80s, but no more.
