The clothes are overpriced and not really great quality. But hey I shop there for certain things. This location just has bad service. I bought a pair of leggings two days ago with cash and yes silly me I didn't hold on to the receipt. People make mistakes. The leggings were totally not opened at all. I went back to the store and then the one clerk was super friendly and told me it was an even exchange. Great so I head back to get my exchange item and get stuck with another clerk. She rolled her eyes at me and asked me where my receipt was. I explained I lost it but I paid in cash and the leggings were unopened and it was just a different color. She wouldn't do the exchange then and said if I wanted to exchange it they would mail me a credit. So you take my item I bought immediately ... and I trust that you'll mail me store credit in two weeks. Yeah.... right. Bad service and overpriced clothes. No thanks.

    Clean much?

Honestly the worst Old navy I have ever been to. The slowest service with one person ringing the register. The floor is messy as hell and it is overall a bad shopping experience.

This old navy is great for bathing suits, such a giant selection! But other than that, it's honestly not really worth the trip.

I visited for the first time today in order to look for some cold weather clothing for my daughter…read moresince we're expecting our first really cold days and probably snow. The stars aligned because I got some great gear and fantastic prices. One piece I picked up was a Patagonia snow bib and I can't believe my luck because my daughter, who's been in the 90%+ percentile since she was a couple weeks old, fit it perfectly even though it was a size 3. It was $60 at Gabriel's, and the same or a similar snow bib was $100 more at the Patagonia store. I also got a pair of nice mittens, and a great coat for my babe... really great finds. They have more than just clothing. There are toys, I saw some babywearing baby holders, shoes, books, and so on. They carry things by season I think, so definitely worth visiting every few months at least! They also post their items online, so you can purchase and arrange for local pickup or ship. I think the employee said that for orders over $75 shipping is free, otherwise it's $9. If you order for pickup, they ask that you do so within seven days. It's super helpful that they have a small gated area with some kids toys, which kept my daughter busy whilst we were here (kept her attention so well that I struggled to get her to try on a few things). The one thing that I wish they did have was some sort of dressing room. I don't like having to return things, so I want to make sure they fit on the spot! Also, since their return policy is 7 days for store credit only, making sure things fit properly is even more important to me. If the shop has any dedicated parking, I don't know where it is. Luckily, we were able to find some street parking right on Prospect around the corner from the store. It's also located in Uptown, so there's a good deal of free 3-hour parking in the area by the library and the other shops down the block.

It made it so much easier for me to make this order, especially with a kid who's potty training (so I wanted to be as efficient as possible with the trip). I don't have the app or a login but they were gracious enough to help me anyway and indeed were very helpful. The clothes I picked up are super cute and fit kinda well now but will fit very well in a couple months. Lots of parking since it's in the middle of the Village Crossing shopping center. It's on the side near Michaels and Jewel. If you use curbside, they have a couple of dedicated parking spots for you.

Price does come down with all their discounts and you can check online for additional discounts. The stuff here is completely amazing, Susie was amazing she remembered us from our last trip in and was an amazing help. My daughter has an amazing personal shopper. I would shop at this store again. Would definitely recommend it.

The store is not very large at all but it was very clean and well organized. A lot of it is baby stuff, but I did find a few cute pieces for my toddler to make an adorable Valentine's Day outfit. I also got a pair of pants that were really cute and well priced (I think I paid $15; the tag said they were originally around $45). The shop employee was helpful. This was the first time I've been to the Fashion Outlets and I probably wouldn't come here solely for this since I'm not much of a mall person, but if and when I do make it to the Fashion Outlets again I will check in here to see what I might find.

Each place has a theme, or a charm all its own and Grind N Gears Cafe is one of the latter. When you pull up you immediately recognize the place as a former body shop or service station. Not a as station, but a body shop. They have their own small parking lot in front with special motorcycle parking on the sides of the lot. It's a small place. When you walk inside there is a runner leading up to the counter with their case of delicious looking eats and a platform above with an old Indian motorcycle perched looking over the place. To the right of the counter are some toys for the kids, including a kids motorcycle and other funs toys to keep the kiddos busy while their parents enjoy a magically concocted coffee drink by the shops artisans. There are comfy little sitting areas composed of oversized furniture from your parents basement. The front has a few racks of leather jackets that feels like your at The Alley's northern location. They do have some hats and apparel for their own shop and I almost bought a hat. On the left side, they have another seating area, but it looks more like a table in a cozy kitchen than a sitting room. It's quaint no matter where you look or sit. Lastly, their drinks and food are quite good. With all the stand alone coffee places popping up, Grinds N Gears is one of the cooler places and I don't mean hipster.
