I've been here twice now with my sister and we enjoyed both shopping experiences. They tend to have limited pieces that are more unique and not as trendy- you're paying a fair price for a more timeless piece imo. Staff always greets you when you walk and are helpful. For example, we wanted a specific size in a jacket, and the associate text the owner and got an answer for us within minutes. Now that's service! The store itself is on the smaller side. Kind of like a French time capsule- they even hand write their receipts. A beautiful shop for gifts and they carry an even more limited children's section. It's a nice little shop. The folks who were here were super friendly and very welcoming, and two folks came by to ask me if they could help. It's chock full of clothes, gifts, and even some baby clothes and items. The clothing and whatnot is definitely too small for me but I would come back if I was shopping for a gift for my mom or someone else. They had some pretty scarves and stuff that would make a nice gift for almost anyone. read more

Came in here for the first time yesterday, and I must say, it's not my type of boutique, but the workers were very nice and welcoming. When we walked in, there was a very strong perfume smell and it was cramped to walk through the store. I understand that boutiques are normally small and cramped, but it just wasn't my cup of tea. I *personally* didn't think the clothes were cute, especially the clearance rack, and they have some cute shoes, BUT the shoes all have weird rubber soles... I didn't ask any questions in here and I didn't need any help with anything, so I did not have any problems with the workers, as some reviews are mentioning. I would most likely not come back here, but I can see why some people would love it because of helping out local business and the clothing is unique (if that is the type of style you enjoy). read more

I love Camp WIllow. I have to say though, I am disappointed to read these other reviews and I hope that the owner of Camp Willow reads yelp! My experiences at this store have always been positive. I do love their clothing, it tends to feel a little more unique than where I usually shop. It can be pricey for sure, but they have a pretty good sale rack, and sometimes I like to invest in fun tops to pair with jeans, etc. Also fun accessories. I don't have kids but they have fantastic kids clothes! Not a huge store, but what they have is so, so, so cute. read more

Still Love This Place! I stop in this store (and also CW its other location a few doors down) four or five times a year. I find that the staff members are helpful and great at assisting in putting together a full outfit for me. The selection is always unique and you know you won't see half a dozen other women wearing the same thing. There have been times when I have been in this store and have seen the staff trying to help rude customers and I have never seen the staff be anything but professional. I must say that I am always suspicious when I see a review by someone on Yelp who has only written one or two reviews. I wonder if they really were ever in the store or were a plant by a competitor. I highly recommend Camp Willow and CW if you are looking for a basic wardrobe piece like a tee shirt or tank top or need a special occasion dress. read more

After driving 35 mins to return/exchange a dress, I was informed by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff that although my garment had the tags in and I had a receipt that I could only get a refund or store credit if the Camp Willow tag was still in the item. I unfortunately took the Camp Willow tag out while attempting to figure out why my 1 year old daughter was screaming every time I put her in this dress. I figured if I kept the other tags in, it would work out. Sadly, I was mistaken. I would not recommend this store at all, especially for a gift. Maybe I just had a bad experience. Just leave your tags in. And maybe take a picture of yourself buying the item as proof. read more

My favorite store in Park Ridge. It has the most interesting and unique designers in Jewelry and women's clothing. The staff are always so sweet and friendly. They will even call me if they get in new items from my favorite designers. I can always count on finding unique gifts for everyone on my list. I especially love their jewelry collection for gifts. I get countless compliments on the clothes i buy from Camp Willow. I have a black jacket with ruffles that people off the street often ask if they can buy if off my back :) read more

Hodgepodge store. But cute baby clothes and accessories. The clothing seemed a little "old" for me. So I didn't buy anything. But they did have some cute little nicknacks and gift items I would have bought if I needed to. The store is charming, nice to walk through on my way to Starbucks. The workers were not nice. They did not even seem to notice I was in there. That is such a pet peeve of mine. Get it together ladies! I went to Camp Willow on a Saturday morning with a friend of mine and was treated very poorly by the sales lady. My friend wrote a review of this store that I can see has been taken down. The sales woman was very, very rude to us and was very unwelcoming. I'm not sure if it was because we had our workout clothes on but I have been in this store many times before and made purchases and was never treated this way previously. The sad thing is my friend wanted to purchase something and was so turned off we left the store. They really need to rethink their customer service. read more

Rude Blond Saleslady!!! We came in on a Saturday morning and was she snarky from beginning to end. It felt like a scene out of "pretty woman". We came in our Saturday after workout clothes and apparently it was not good enough for this sour blond saleslady. She was put out by questions on dresses, told us where to stand, huffed and puffed over getting a size off of a display. I wouldn't spend a dime in here ever. Over the top...get over it ma'am your in Park Ridge on a Saturday morning. Good Luck keeping customers. That's why small business thrive, neighborhood business and referrals. Forget about it Camp Willow, and I will tell everybody I know to go to Hot Mamma in Glenview or Evanston instead of there. Salespeople are more professional and appreciative of potential business. I had a negative experience at Camp Willow. I found this store online, it was listed on one of my favorite brand's website as carrying their items, so I decided to check it out. I picked something out and tried it on, but unfortunately it was too large, although the salesperson tried to convince me that it was just fine. When I finally said I was not buying the item, she turned her back to me and acted very annoyed when I tried to ask her a question. I understand that small businesses are being squeezed by the competition with online retailers, but it's not my fault as a customer, and I don't need this kind of passive aggressive attitude. I am so disappointed with Camp Willow. Shop at big name stores because the stand behind their merchandise! I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years. I have never returned anything or complained in any way. The owner knows me by face if not by name. Last month I bought a casual cotton dress for full price. It was not on sale nor did I use a coupon. It was the same material as all of the popular camis. After only wearing it twice it began to pill and the fabric looked rough. I brought it back with the receipt. The owner was out of town so I was asked to leave it for a week. I thought this was odd that the owner would go out of town and not leave someone in charge. A week and a half later still no phone call so I stopped by. The owner was still gone so they called her and without even seeing it she said that my purse must have caused the pilling and that the best she would offer me was 50% in a credit because it was worn. Well of course it was worn, that is how I knew it was not wearing like you would expect anything of nice quality to wear. It appears to be the same material as camisoles that you find everywhere and these camis, even from Target and Old Navy, do not pill. First, I don't carry a purse and second good material should not pill after 2 wearings. Principle of the matter I should not lose 50%. She portrays her store as high end merchandise, but high end stores stand behind their products. I am done with this "boutique." I know if I buy a dress at Nordstrom and it does not hold up they will offer a full refund. This dress is still in Camp Willow's window. It is still full price. Beware of the cami dress. You will be disappointed, but they won't care. read more

This is a fantastic local boutique! I shop here regularly because there's always new merchandise arriving and they have terrific sales people who know the meaning of good customer service. They know the brands I like and the sizes I wear and have helped me put together numerous outfits for vacations and work. I usually wear a size small but they carry labels and brands to fit women of all sizes. When I get something here I know I won't see it on everyone else. Fantastic selection for everyday or awesome dresses for dressy events or evenings out too! I'll take the unique pieces and friendly service found in this small shop over the big mall stores any day.
