During my last visit I had a really disappointing experience. While I was in the store, I overheard…read morean employee (or possibly a customer) telling someone to "be quiet" in a very dismissive and rude attitude. It wasn't said in a friendly or joking way--it came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in a retail environment where customer service should feel welcoming. Even if the comment wasn't directed at me, it made the atmosphere uncomfortable. When you're shopping, you expect kindness and professionalism, not negativity. Old Navy is usually known for being family-friendly and approachable, but moments like this really affect the overall shopping experience. I hope the store management takes this seriously and reminds staff (if it was an employee) that tone and attitude matter. A simple word said the wrong way can make customers feel unwelcome, and that's not what anyone wants when they come in to shop.

We kindly asked the cashier agent (nice) if we can check our bags to avoid any issue. She kindly took the bags with pleasure. I shopped and checked out, and waited (outside-it was cold inside) for my cousin to finish her shop and purchase over $200 worth of Old navy gear. I did not collect the other bags behind the counter due the fact that my cousin was still shopping and rather her handle the bags due to my disability. I suppose the lead agent/managaer was not comfortable in keeping the bags behind the counter and came "outside" the store to tell me collect the bags because they do want to be responsible in a "professional rude" manner (embarrasing). I am sure you all store have cameras everywhere, not sure why he was so concerned, instead of advising the cashier " next time advise customers, we do not check or take bags; they are more than welcome to carry them in the store." Every demographic and business handles those situations due to theft. It should have been handle better if he was the leader/management. Thank you.

It is a rare fully indoor, two-level outlet mall, making it the best option during Chicago's winter or rainy days. * Top Brands: Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Versace, Saint Laurent, and Bloomingdale's The Outlet Store. Also don't forget the amazing Lindt store. We also love the kids stores like Janie and Jack.

We all know you're too cheap to install actual kiosk boxes, so you've offloaded the work onto the customers. You think it's 'convenient' because we don't have to download an app and can just 'text to pay,' but that's just a clever way to link my phone number and credit card to your invasive computer vision surveillance. Standing in a drafty garage, scanning QR codes, and handing over my personal data just to spend money at your stores is not 'innovation'--it's a data-mining chore. Between the constant plate-scanning and the 'AI' tracking my vehicle, you've turned a simple shopping trip into a privacy nightmare. I'll be taking the 'convenient' route of shopping online or driving to a suburban mall that still understands what 'free parking' means and doesn't treat its patrons like test subjects in a tech lab.
