I think I've only seen this shop once before, so it doesn't generally fall on my radar. It was good…read moreto stumble upon it again at the Fashion Outlets and take a look around. The store is not very large at all but it was very clean and well organized. A lot of it is baby stuff, but I did find a few cute pieces for my toddler to make an adorable Valentine's Day outfit. I also got a pair of pants that were really cute and well priced (I think I paid $15; the tag said they were originally around $45). The shop employee was helpful. This was the first time I've been to the Fashion Outlets and I probably wouldn't come here solely for this since I'm not much of a mall person, but if and when I do make it to the Fashion Outlets again I will check in here to see what I might find.

They have a different variety of products including pants, shorts, blouse, shirt, jacket, dress, polo and many more for kids. I must say that they have a high quality fabric where it becomes a little bit pricey. I bought a pair of shirts and pants for my son and a dress for my daughter since they will attend a mini party for their cousin. I also bought a present for the celebrant. I chose to buy her a dress since she's a girl. Luckily, I found what I bought easily. I have no hassle choosing clothes since some staff assisted me. They are always free when I need anything. They will also recommend what I should buy. It's a good thing that they have good service. I highly recommend this place.

I visited for the first time today in order to look for some cold weather clothing for my daughter…read moresince we're expecting our first really cold days and probably snow. The stars aligned because I got some great gear and fantastic prices. One piece I picked up was a Patagonia snow bib and I can't believe my luck because my daughter, who's been in the 90%+ percentile since she was a couple weeks old, fit it perfectly even though it was a size 3. It was $60 at Gabriel's, and the same or a similar snow bib was $100 more at the Patagonia store. I also got a pair of nice mittens, and a great coat for my babe... really great finds. They have more than just clothing. There are toys, I saw some babywearing baby holders, shoes, books, and so on. They carry things by season I think, so definitely worth visiting every few months at least! They also post their items online, so you can purchase and arrange for local pickup or ship. I think the employee said that for orders over $75 shipping is free, otherwise it's $9. If you order for pickup, they ask that you do so within seven days. It's super helpful that they have a small gated area with some kids toys, which kept my daughter busy whilst we were here (kept her attention so well that I struggled to get her to try on a few things). The one thing that I wish they did have was some sort of dressing room. I don't like having to return things, so I want to make sure they fit on the spot! Also, since their return policy is 7 days for store credit only, making sure things fit properly is even more important to me. If the shop has any dedicated parking, I don't know where it is. Luckily, we were able to find some street parking right on Prospect around the corner from the store. It's also located in Uptown, so there's a good deal of free 3-hour parking in the area by the library and the other shops down the block.

I'm giving it 1 star because I am Not allowed to give it "0"…read moreotherwise I would. I had a very disappointing experience at Build-A-Bear at the Chicago Premium Outlets. The customer service was absolutely horrible. It honestly felt like the employees did not want to be there at all. One employee was more focused on scrolling through her phone than helping customers, while the other--who was assisting us--had a very rude, rushed, and dismissive attitude. This visit was supposed to be special. My son wanted to gift his niece her very first teddy bear for her first birthday, complete with a voice recording. Instead of making it fun or memorable, the process felt rushed and uncomfortable. The employee assisting us (named Genesis) barely spoke to my son at all while filling the bear. When she handed him the teddy to feel how soft it was, he pressed the paw to hear the recording. She abruptly stopped him and said, "We are checking for softness right now, not the voice." That completely took the joy out of the moment. To make matters worse: * My son was not allowed to dress the bear himself, which is a huge part of the Build-A-Bear experience. * At checkout, I was not offered a bag or a box--I had to ask. * When I asked for the box, I was charged $1.05 and told I could only pay with a card because they "didn't have change." * The box should have been offered during the initial transaction instead of being handled so abruptly afterward. * As soon as the transaction was done, the employee went right back to scrolling on her phone. I am paying for an experience--not just a stuffed animal--and this location completely failed to deliver that. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially at a store that's meant to create special memories for children. I also just realized that didn't even give us a birth certificate for the Teddy- I'm so disappointed. I would not recommend this location unless management seriously addresses staff attitude, engagement, and basic customer service expectations.

Brad made the whole experience so lovely and didn't rush us and even opened the shop a tiny bit early to service us. Parking is convenient and easy to access, though some spots can feel a bit tight. What stood out most was the quality and variety of stores. I loved seeing favorites like Calvin Klein, American Eagle, and Bath & Body Works, along with many luxury retailers. It truly feels like there's something for everyone, no matter your style or budget. Overall, this mall offers a wide range of shopping experiences and does a great job catering to different tastes so I'd definitely come back.

So let me get this straight: Not only are you now charging $13 for parking that was free for years,…read morebut you've outsourced the 'experience' to a tech company that tracks my every move. It's transparently greedy. We all know you're too cheap to install actual kiosk boxes, so you've offloaded the work onto the customers. You think it's 'convenient' because we don't have to download an app and can just 'text to pay,' but that's just a clever way to link my phone number and credit card to your invasive computer vision surveillance. Standing in a drafty garage, scanning QR codes, and handing over my personal data just to spend money at your stores is not 'innovation'--it's a data-mining chore. Between the constant plate-scanning and the 'AI' tracking my vehicle, you've turned a simple shopping trip into a privacy nightmare. I'll be taking the 'convenient' route of shopping online or driving to a suburban mall that still understands what 'free parking' means and doesn't treat its patrons like test subjects in a tech lab.
