They became completely angry at the fact that we removed the hangers from the clothes, because they kept falling off anyway, but also expected us to go back and get them. I have never seen employees at a retail store get angry at the fact that the hangers were missing. Obviously it was a hassle, to them, to have to do their job. And to top it off when we were in line, a customer behind us was plain disrespectful towards us because the Cashiers were holding up the line because one register was open and the second employee was "helping" the cashier fold the clothes, and instead of mentioning something to the customer to please be patient they gave us a dirty look as if we were the cause of their problems. This review is based off of an online purchase…read more I ordered a set of the carry on luggage/cosmetic case combo and was thrilled when it arrived well ahead of the 3 week turn around time posted on the website. When I first opened the box, I was in awe. The bags were absolutely GORGEOUS. As I looked at them more carefully, however, I noticed a number of nicks and scuffs on the exterior finish. I immediately reached out to the shop to request a replacement. I was told that the scuffs were as a result of the manufacturing process but that the bag was "defect-free". I was offered a refund, but when I inquired about a replacement I was told that because of the aforementioned manufacturing process, all of the bags had the same blemishes on the finish. I'm not sure what they consider a defect, but scuffs and imperfections in the finish of a brand new bag certainly count as defects in my book. For what this set of bags cost, there needs to be some kind of warning or disclaimer on the website to let customers know what to expect. Or, even better, get your supplier to address and rectify the manufacturing challenges that contributing to the production of damaged products. In addition to the issues with the finish, both the exterior and interior zippers get stuck often, making the bag challenging to close. I think they get caught in the flap of fabric that covers the zipper track. These kinds of issues are readily apparent and should be addressed before these items are made available to customers. Makes you wonder if they perform any kind of quality review on their products before selling them.
