And there were super helpful sales help and options. After narrowing down my options, the manager, Adam Bremer, rang me up. But it didn't end there-he gift wrapped the book, like it was a far more costly gift down to ensuring the tissue was folded decently and including a gift receipt and a dog bone for her dog. It warmed this retailer's heart and I will certainly add them to my list of stores to keep an eye on.

One of the biggest issues was how impersonal everything felt. We visited the store a total of six times, and each visit felt like we were starting from scratch. There was no sense of continuity or relationship-building--no one seemed familiar with us or our previous visits, which made the experience feel very corporate and transactional rather than special. On top of that, we received conflicting information about our warranty depending on who we spoke to. This lack of consistency was frustrating and left us feeling unsure about what was actually covered. Even during pickup, there was a lack of attention to detail--we were asked if we wanted to wear the band out instead of receiving a box and bag, despite the fact that we are not yet married. It just reinforced the feeling that our situation wasn't being thoughtfully considered. For something as meaningful as wedding bands, we were hoping for a more personalized and seamless experience. Unfortunately, the lack of consistency, communication, and overall attentiveness took away from what should have been an exciting and memorable process. I'd recommend others consider whether they're looking for a more individualized experience before choosing to go this route. We were very excited to purchase the new aluminum luggage from Monos, but in very little time we…read morelearned how mediocre the luggage is. The quality and workmanship is subpar. The telescopic handle doesn't always function. It gets stuck and doesn't go all the way up. The latches on both the carry on and medium check in jam up making it unable to open. The aluminum has dents even the carry on. I got the champagne color and the coating is starting to rub off on both pieces. We went on one trip with them which is how we became aware of the disaster we had on our hands. It was the first time we had used them. Not even 48 hours and we knew they were inferior quality. We ended up purchasing the Lufthansa Luggage to replace the Monos. The Lufthansa Luggage is fantastic! No dents or any of the other issues we had with the Monos Luggage. Sadly, Lufthansa Luggage can only be purchased in few locations. Monos customer service is abysmal!!!! There really is none!!! Was never able to physical connect with a human over the phone. We were ineligible to return the luggage!!! They never accepted blame for the failures of their luggage. I strongly recommend staying away from Monos Luggage!!! Instead purchase Lufthansa Luggage, Rimowa or Away as they all stand by their products.
