I am so happy I stopped in here! I was looking for some possible work clothes, and the staff here went above and beyond. They listened to what I was looking for without judgment (make it business but as comfy as possible), and brought me multiple selections in my size. There was no attitude if I didn't want to try something on, and no fakeness when I came out of the dressing room. I tried on things I never would have looked at, and left with two tops that I love (a cute linen short sleeve number, and an oversized blue pinstripe shirt). The range of styles here is perfect, and there is truly something for everyone. For me this was the personal shopper experience I always wished I had. I'm so happy I found this gem, and cannot wait to go back! read more

Great boutique on Madison in west loop. Cute selection and good website to show you previews of what's in store. Lovely service, the team helped pull and style 2 adorable outfits for me on separate occasions. read more

I've been in this store and purchased several times. Disappointed in the customer service.

This is such a fun and great boutique! The owners dog was there, Otis. He is such a sweetheart. They have a great selection of clothes including a solid clearance rack. The owners/women working were so sweet and will gladly start a fitting room for you while you shop. 10/10 would recommend this store! read more

My last visit to this store led to the purchase of some adorable dresses for my summer wardrobe, and I still enjoy the outfits I purchased at that time. My sister had only recently recommended this shop to me, and she had accompanied me on my previous visit. And I'm glad I paid attention to her advice at that time since I had a great experience shopping here! The prices on this boutique are quite reasonable! The prices, on the other hand, are quite variable. However, they are absolutely worth the money and work you put into traveling here because all of their products are really adorable. A huge range of sale things is also available. Moreover, the staff is quite accommodating and nice. They ask you as to what you need and are constantly on hand in case you have encountered any problem. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back here again next time. read more

Fantastic selection of quality clothing. They have something for everyone! The ladies running the shop were helpful and pleasant. The clothes were priced well and matched their quality. read more

My friends and I came here with the intention of purchasing some adorable dresses and outfits. We have been invited to a party, which is the reason why we are in desperate need of new outfits. It was just recommended to me by one of my friends, and when she had me try on one of the dresses that she bought from this store, my other friend and I chose to make our purchase here. The beautiful outfits that are being presented are immediately apparent to us upon first glance. Because of this, I am very happy that we listened to the recommendation that our friend gave us at that time because I had a wonderful time shopping here! The pricing on this boutique is pretty fair! Because all of their wares are so delightfully cute, your time and effort spent getting here will have been more than justified by the value of these things. Additionally, the staffs are really pleasant and helpful to deal with. They will inquire as to what we need and will be available at all times that we have run into any issues. Strongly suggested, and the next time I am in town, you can count on finding me right back here. read more

I super like this shop. They have a wide variety of what I would consider to be fashionable dresses in their inventory. The dresses that were on display are all so cute, and if it's possible, I would love to try on each and every one of them. When I was looking for some dresses to wear on my date, the store's owner was very kind and helpful to me as I browsed the store. I walked out of the store with three different dresses, any one of which could work for me. Additionally, the selection of jewelry is very impressive looking. If I come back here again soon, I might give one of those precious pieces of jewelry a shot and see if I can buy it. By the way, the store had a wide selection of really adorable dresses, coats, tops, purses, and other accessories, all of which were priced reasonably. It comes highly recommended, and I do intend to make another visit in the near future. read more

I happened to come across this shop on my way to a hair appointment! Found lots of fun summer pieces! I ended up buying two cute rompers and a dress (will post pictures later). The items here are reasonably priced! However, the prices definitely range. Some pieces are more expensive than others. The two girls who were working were great and very helpful! One of them was suggesting possible pieces to wear my items with. For example, "you can wear this in the fall with a leather jacket and boots". Awesome customer service. They even steamed my items before I left. She even spent time helping me find a perfect pair of earrings that would go perfect with the color of my rompers and dress. Even though I did not purchase a pair of earrings today, I will definitely come back for some! They also have a large selection of sale items and I loved that they were organized by sizes! I am so excited to wear my summer rompers and dress! I will definitely return! read more

This summer it has been so hard to find cute summer dresses for some reason. I remembered I kept passing this place at night time when I'm in the area and vowed to come back to check it out when there open. I stopped in yesterday during my lunch time and I'm glad I did!!! Some of the items are a little pricey (I'll never pay $100+ for a shirt), but they also had quite a few affordable items and sale items. I ended up finding several cute outfits to try on and ended up purchasing two really cute sale items. I'm 5'9 and found a simple black maxi dress that hit all the right spots. (Picture to come :)) I also bought this multi-color short summer dress. I can't wait to wear them both! Have to mention I'll be back to fish through their accessories. The earrings I saw were sooo cute. Yay I found a new store to shop at!!! :) read more

Tribeca - Did a photoshoot in this dress I got on sale. Love! - Women's Clothing Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

This shop is my go-to for gifting for the ladies in my life (truly everyone from my mom to my coworkers). Super trendy accessories and clothing. Incredibly reasonable pricing for west loop boutiques. Ive found some of my favorite pieces at this store and the owner is so helpful and sweet! Love it. read more

Lovely boutique with some very unique pieces that you don't see everywhere. Very affordable pieces as well. The owner and salesperson were lovely- very helpful and friendly and helped me to choose a few great pieces for my fall wardrobe. I would definitely stop back the next time I'm in town and will be sure to share my great experience with all my Chicago friends. read more

I don't really get this place. Both the selection and the owner are a bit schizophrenic and inconsistent. While Tribeca carries some cute BCBG, Laundry and Susanna Monaco dresses and premium denim, they are hanging next to a table of clutches and handbags that look like they are straight out of Forever 21. Just as inconsistent as the selection is the owner. She apparently wears her emotions on her sleeve--my experiences with her are about 50% positive/welcoming and 50% rude/indifferent. I have also noted that the two times I have come in with male friends who had asked me to help them pick out an item for their respective lady friends, she was incredibly friendly to the guys and ignored me. Interesting, because I was dictating the sale in those situations. Either way they have some cute items and I do love the jewelry. But the owner herself is what makes me hesitate every time I consider walking in. And in "these economic times" a business owner's attitude can truly make or break them. So shape up! read more

I first noticed the great sweater poncho in the window, so I stopped in before my hair appointment. I didn't have much time, so I did a bit of browsing and said I would be back later. The woman behind the counters seemed fairly friendly- mentioning how the owner had just gotten a ton of fall items in (they were still in boxes). When I came back 2 hours later the 'friendliness' completely stopped. I wasn't greeted, and the lady working never left her seat behind the counter. I had mentioned the first time I stopped in that I was interested in jeans, so I had hoped when she saw me stacking piles of jeans in my arms, she would get off her keyster and help me start a fitting room. Nope, she didn't even look up. I finally asked if I could use the fitting room- her response was pointing and saying 'Knock yourself out.' When I asked her they had any other sizes with a certain jean, she was kind of snippy and snooty with 'Whatever is out there is what we have' and went back to whatever the hell she was doing. When I finally found two items I really liked, I went up to the register and asked if they accepted discover. Which is a yes or no question, right? Wrong. She looked at me and then said 'Well, we prefer not to but if that's all you have.....' Which hold up. A business can make the decision on whether or not they want to allow discover cards. And frankly, I don't care if you are only visa/mastercard, but when you make the decision to allow certain credit cards, you don't give your customers some wishy-washy guilt-trip about how they pay. It's YES OR NO. I handed over my discover. At that point I had had it, and honestly, I shouldn't have bought those items, no matter how much I liked them. There are plenty of great boutiques in Chicago, and ones that will actually help the customers. Cute clothes can lure customers in, but good service is what will bring them back. Sadly, Tribeca will not be getting my repeat patronage. read more

I went in last week to buy a birthday gift for a friend. I was browsing through the jewelry. The employee wasn't super helpful or friendly. I asked about the length of a few necklaces...she rudely replied that she didn't know. there were a few that I was interested in...I didn't want to mess up the display and try them on. I've been in the store before where the owner was very helpful and super friendly. Its a shame that her employees don't have the same level of service. read more

I really like this spot. I have always been able to find cute, different, dare I say trendy (not quite me all the time) clothing. The staff is always friendly to me. I even bought a pair of earrings recently and one part fell off. I brought it back to the store and they are working to get it fixed for me. I always like a place that stands behind their products and services!!! read more

this friendly little boutique opened in my neighborhood and i happpened to stumble upon it quickly one afternoon and it was a pleasant surpise! It seemed like a shop that would be more better suited on division street, so im very happy to see it taking the chance in my neighborhood! I only had a little bit of time, but managed to buy a new, fabulous winter coat in the span of about 10 minutes. A brand new winter coat, with tax for $70. not too shabby. the owner was very sweet and friendly and was offering a discount of 20% on all coats and dresses, how could one resist? Anyway, the shop was filled with really cute dresses, purses, coats, tops, etc - all for pretty fair pricing...it IS a boutique, without the snobby boutique workers or boutique prices. I havent had a chance to go back and fine tooth comb the place, but i do plan on going back soon! read more

GREAT selection!! Lots of one of a kind but very trendy dresses. Lots of variety in style so you can definitely find something you like. The prices did not make a lot of sense...some were an absolute steal and very reasonable, others were inexplicably pricy. If you've got the time to shift though and find the right dress for you, you will love this place. I got a gorgeous maxi dress for about 50 but got priced out (150?!!!!) for a different one. read more

3.5+-4.0+ I enjoyed my last minute trip here an hour before a party. I scored a belt and dress that was perfect. My pal got a lovely belt as well. The store is cute and lil pricey but def has some cool items you can be very happy with. The owner was very helpful and the store had great pieces and accessories. I will definitely come back and check out her pieces again. read more

When I'm in need of a cute accent piece or a nice gift, I head to Tribeca. Tribeca has a nice selection of dresses for both work and a night out on the town. I also love their tops. I have not really looked into their jeans selection, but that's mainly because I'm short and there are only a few places that can cater to my short legs. My favorite part of Tribeca is right next to the register. The necklaces, earrings, and rings are divine. They offer the right accent to any outfit you purchase from the store or have at home. If you're looking for something to wear, whether it's for a lunch date or a night with the girls, Tribeca is sure to have just what you need. read more

I live in the area and my fiance has bought me a gift certificate there twice now. I always find something to take home, even though I am not stick thin, which is a huge deal in my book. The owner and employees have always been over the top helpful, which is important to me because I work in sales. The owner is blunt and honest and not pushy at all, which I really appreciate. My biggest issue is the prices. There are some local designers with small runs of clothing, so I get those prices. However, there is some stuff that seems overpriced just because it's in a boutique in a trendy neighborhood. That being said, I don't mind paying a bit extra for the expertise and good service I get when I go in there. Besides, Macy's just isn't doing it for me and Marshalls isn't what it used to be. Go especially when they have sales and you'll get some great deals! read more

Strict return policy. You'd think a small boutique like this would be more customer friendly, but they aren't. They lost my business today. They're clothes are for old ladies anyway. read more

I was surprised by Carlyn A.'s unpeasant expereince. I've been to Tribeca several times and received helpful service. I've referred it to many friends that love to shop there now. I've been there when the owner has stayed open late just to let me shop because I got there kinda late. I love the trendy mix of clothes...they're a great price and some can take me from the office to cocktails after work. In fact, the owner has called me when new shipments arrived that she thought I would like. The cocktail dresses are great - very hard to choose between all the cute styles! Tribeca is a great addition to the neighborhood!!!! read more

Placing the mirror outside of the dressing room is basically the modern form of public shaming.

This store just opened up down the street from my apt. I've walked by a few times, really happy that a new boutique was opening in the neighborhood, but was very very disappointed. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to check it out. There was a woman in there who I assume is the owner (or maybe an employee?) She was walking around the store after talking to another customer. When we passed each other, she looked at me, gave me a fake half smile and walked away. Are you serious??? You're a new business. At least say "Hello, welcome to our new boutique." Seriously, if you're going to be snooty, at least have products that are somewhat on the luxury end. Snooty for BCBG?? I don't think so. Clothes are typical trendy wear made of cheap materials that are not meant to last. To the owner - learn how to treat customers, especially since you are new. I live less than three blocks away and have already told many people about my negative experience. read more

This is one of those stores where the 3 cute things in the store are displayed in the window. I was running down Madison today and saw some cute dresses in the window and a SALE sign. I went back a couple hours later to do some serious shopping and I was seriously disappointed. I walked in and apparently today I am invisible because the people working there did not even glance in my direction. For some reason that annoys me. Is saying hello hard? Forget them, I was there for the clothes, and I was really suprised at the high prices and low quality of the clothing. I thought it was funny when I ran across a dress with the same print I wore for my college graduation five years ago. That was such an old and dated print, yet the dress still cost near $200. If I'm going to spend that much money I'm going to hit up Nordstroms, not some snooty hole. The only good thing about my trip to Tribeca is that there was already 43 minutes in the meter. Turns out I only needed 6 of those minutes. read more

Like a few other reviewers, I have gone in this place, walked around for 10-15 minutes, looking at sub-par selection without being greeting or asked if I needed any help. Ironically, there could be a person just next to me or coming in behind me and the owner goes out of her way to greet them. I had deliberately walked directly in front of her and excused myself just to see if she will speak and even then she doesn't. I don't know what her problem is but after my 3rd visit that went the same way, I quit. I won't purchase a thing from there and won't refer any friends to this place. read more

I walked in here yesterday in search of the perfect outfit for my bachelorette party last night. I walked around for 5 minutes with no greeting or anything. From reading the other reviews, it appears I am not alone in thinking that the service here sucks. I walked out and didn't feel like supporting this local west loop store. I went to 2 Sisters and found my perfect dress with awesome service. Too bad I won't be visiting Tribeca again. read more

Tribeca just opened in the west loop, and it is wonderful There are great pieces from local designers as well as BCBG, Susan Monaco, and others. I have walked past this boutique hundreds of times. I FINALLY walked in on Sunday after my husband noticed a dress from the sidewalk into the window. Also, the jewelry selection looks awesome! Definitely a repeat customer! read more

Sad to hear that they do not do any refunds, you can only get a store credit after seven days. So if something doesn't fit or you don't really like it return it right away! It's a bummer because I live in the neighborhood and I don't think I will shop there because I never know if I'm going to get anything that I may need to exchange or take back in time. Was a little awkward going in there to try to do a return. read more

Wow what a difference a few years makes. I was strolling by here today and saw a 50% off sale sign so I went in. I couldn't have been treated better. I told, who I think is the owner, that I basically was looking for anything and everything as I need to majorly update my closet. She was SO helpful in picking stuff out and bringing stuff to me in the dressing room. I still hate that you have to come out to look in the mirror but since it wasn't busy I wasn't that bothered by it tonight. I walked out with 2 super cute shirts, both that she picked out for me. It was like a personal shopping experience. I'll definitely be back here more often. read more

I stop by Tribeca every week or two, and am always finding something that catches my eye. I was surprised to see some reviewers with negative comments on the owner, as she has always been very sweet and helpful to me when I pop in. She has even asked what lines I would like to see in the store because she is always looking to carry new items. How fun is that? The store has a variety of styles and the price points vary from low to high....so there is something for every budget. I like that they focus on moving merchandise and will mark items down if they have been out for a couple weeks, so the store is constantly changing. I think it is worth a stop if you are ever in the neighborhood :) read more

I wander into Tribeca every now and then and have bought some cute staple items that were on sale. I agree that it is mostly overpriced but wait till there is a sale. There is always new stuff so I encourage everyone to keep going to browsing. As for the owner - I've always found her friendly, even when the store was in LP. It's nice to have such a cute and some-what-affordable shop in the West Loop. read more

Yesterday, I was walking by Tribeca on my way to my hair appt, and it was raining. I stopped in to see if they sold umbrellas. They don't, but the owner offered me her personal umbrella with the promise that I would return it later in the day. I thought that was really kind of her. She was super upbeat and nice. I've shopped here a few times. They have have "pieces" - special tops or dresses that you probably won't see too many other people wearing. I like the selection here quite a bit. Prices vary for items, which is good, b/c I can get a top for $35 or I can pay more for a higher-end dress. Last time I shopped here, someone else helped me, and she was awesome, too. read more

I stopped by Tribeca after a Sunday brunch and was pleasantly surprised with what I found inside! This is a smallish boutique but the clothing inside is quite diverse. There are casual as well as dressier items and a variety of items for both younger and older women. The sale rack was terrific. All sale items were 50% off of the sale price. The owner was there and was appropriately helpful. She wasn't overbearing but did add an opinion here or there when asked. I am so happy to have Tribeca in the neighborhood and I will certainly be back. read more
