This review is based off of an online purchase. I ordered a set of the carry on luggage/cosmetic case combo and was thrilled when it arrived well ahead of the 3 week turn around time posted on the website. When I first opened the box, I was in awe. The bags were absolutely GORGEOUS. As I looked at them more carefully, however, I noticed a number of nicks and scuffs on the exterior finish. I immediately reached out to the shop to request a replacement. I was told that the scuffs were as a result of the manufacturing process but that the bag was "defect-free". I was offered a refund, but when I inquired about a replacement I was told that because of the aforementioned manufacturing process, all of the bags had the same blemishes on the finish. I'm not sure what they consider a defect, but scuffs and imperfections in the finish of a brand new bag certainly count as defects in my book. For what this set of bags cost, there needs to be some kind of warning or disclaimer on the website to let customers know what to expect. Or, even better, get your supplier to address and rectify the manufacturing challenges that contributing to the production of damaged products. In addition to the issues with the finish, both the exterior and interior zippers get stuck often, making the bag challenging to close. I think they get caught in the flap of fabric that covers the zipper track. These kinds of issues are readily apparent and should be addressed before these items are made available to customers. Makes you wonder if they perform any kind of quality review on their products before selling them. read more

The array of products from Keychain to Accessories, clothing and luggage gives the shopper plenty of selections. The price ranges from middle of the road to a tad bit pricey. This is my favorite Greek letter organization vendor. My husband and I have purchased gifts for a few different people. I have also purchased items for myself as well. My favorite items are my noise-canceling Bluetooth headphones and my umbrella which has a button to open and close it. My only suggestion is to have more women's t-shirts instead of unisex and/or v-neck t-shirts. Maybe a unique item every once in a while for all the sororities but specifically for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. I look forward to my next purchase. read more

The location was easy to find, and the store has a variety of Sorority Paraphernalia. The lady that helps me was extremely helpful and many of the items she can make for you as well. The prices were reasonable and the quality is top notch. This is definitely a store I would order and reorder from. Additionally, they ship as well, so that is a huge plus. I can't believe I'm the first person to review! The store carries items from the D9 sororities. I have purchased numerous items from this vendor for my sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. All of them have been delivered very quickly and are of very good quality. The store has great customer service- I've been able to contact the owner with questions and she has always responded pretty quickly. I had purchased a tea set from this place in the past and I liked it. I thought it arrived in a timely fashion. However, I placed an order and paid for priority express shipping for some items that I needed that week. After 8 days I decided to call the store because I didn't receive the items. I was explaining what I just typed, the woman to who I initially explained the situation to passed the phone to the owner who identified herself as "Shawn." I explained the situation again to Shawn, and she says, "first can I get your order number?" I said, "Sure." Before I could even get the first number out of my mouth, she abruptly says, "I'm listening." I ignored that and proceeded to read the order number. As soon as I finished she said, "first let me clarify something, priority express don't mean it's shipping right out. I have to get the items and pack them into the box"... I interrupted and said, "your website doesn't say that." She tactlessly says, that's common sense." I said that's rude and as the customer, I don't think I am always right, but you certainly shouldn't be insinuating that I am an idiot or something, it's not common sense." The owner then interrupts to say I didn't say you were an idiot." I requested a refund, and she said, "I already did that." Can you say RUDE?!?! Great customer service is EVERYTHING, the lack of it is why I am rating this business low, not even the fact that I paid for expedited shipping and 8 days later I had not received my order... read more

My review is solely based off an online purchase and experience. I don't think the owner is capable nor interested in maintaining an online store. I placed an order the end of May and noticed the website says processing takes up to 10 business days. Sure, fine. However, after two and a half weeks, I received no updates. I called and emailed the information on the site. The voicemail was full and no response to my email. I waited two more days and proceeded to call continuously; at which point, I was told one of the items was out of stock. It took 3 weeks to find out an item from my order was out of stock and that was due to my follow up, not the store's. I was told the item was due any day now, and that they would follow up with me by the end of the week as I was trying to get this to a friend's crossing party in time. Needless to say, end of the week comes and goes - no call from the store. I follow up again, at which point, the young lady who answered was unsure if the item was in stock. She took my information and said the owner would call on Tuesday. Tuesday comes, after several hours after the store opens, I call. The owner answers and is unapologetic, no ownership or accountability. I asked about overnighting the order for free as the item had finally arrived, and I needed it by the next day. But she reasoned, since it was going to Michigan it should get there by tomorrow. It would have, had she actually shipped it that day. Long story short, it's reasons like this that make it difficult to want to support Black businesses. I would not recommend anyone shopping online for this store. Given the number of positive reviews, I imagine shopping in person is a very different experience. But based off this, I wouldn't be a repeat customer. read more
