But little did I know that he had something else up his sleeve in regards to my gift card. So we walk the mall and we finally get to the Nordstrom Rack store... ahh, the fine things I can find in there. We start to look at the shoes and he starts to pick out shoes for me... and turns to me and says that we aren't leaving the store until I use my gift card money. G-A-S-P! The audacity! My husband telling me that I need to spend money on myself! LOL!! As I clutched my imaginary pearls - all of a sudden I'm southern and in shock! - I started looking around for things that I wanted! How dare I, right?! We finally get to the register... with 4 pairs of shoes and a pair of sunglasses in tow... the wonderful Haley B was the person that we had the opportunity to ring out with. As my items were being rung up, I noticed that my gift card wasn't going to cover the whole amount of the purchase. So I make a comment to the hubby that I'm gonna have to leave something behind since I wouldn't have enough to cover the total... Haley jumps in and asks me the amount on the gift card and after I tell her, she advises me that she will add a coupon to my amount so that I wouldn't be over! OMG!!! Now that's what I call customer service!!! I was over the moon walking out of the store with everything that I wanted because of one employees looking out for a customer! Unfortunately, this was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've had with T-Mobile. When I walked in, there were three employees in the store and another who appeared to be on break looking at phone cases. I was not greeted, acknowledged, or offered any help for about 15 minutes. Eventually, an employee approached me. I explained my situation, and she told me she could not help me and that I had to go online to file the claim myself. When I later called T-Mobile directly, I was told that store representatives are in fact able to help customers file claims. That means this employee chose not to assist me, which is extremely disappointing. I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 9 years (and before that a Sprint customer). I expect at least basic courtesy and accurate information when I visit a store. This location failed at both. Customer service is about helping the customer, not making them feel like they are a burden. No one was willing to do their job to assist. Sadly, I will not be returning to this store and I hope management takes steps to retrain their staff!

They try to make you buy as much clothes as you can for their own profit. I have personally seen workers getting yelled and cussed at by a tall female manager. Not sure if she still works there or moved stores. Everything is way over priced. They treat workers horribly, they aren't even allowed to go to the bathroom when they need to, even breaks. The pay is horribly low for how much they have to do. The managers and employees have very inappropriate conversations. If I could give it a zero I would. When you don't buy stuff, they will talk down on you.

Anyways, he was growing impatient although I was apologizing over and over again while on the phone with customer service. My kohls card stopped working so I got on the phone with customer service and again... huffing and puffing. Customer service finally told me that my card was available for usage and all problems were resolved but somehow my card, with a balance of more than 500, was still "declining" in which the cashier was saying so loud, but it's okay, anyways he kept saying my card was declining although I had not inserted, tapped, or even enter my phone number.

After "helping" the young girl, the employee literally brushed right past me and did not even say one word to me. Nice way to treat customers, apparently they pretend we are invisible. If you want to buy band shirts, this is your place to go, but don't expect the employees to really help you. Anytime you ever ask if they have more of a size in the back, they say no because all of what they have is out on the floor... Also, most of the time, they won't even say that they can check another location for you or that they can call you when they get more in, instead, they just walk away from you. Very annoying location, but since this store caters to teenagers, teenagers usually don't give a crap about customer service.
