I am a social shopper and enjoy building relationships with the individuals I shop with...I walked into Ella Louvi a few weeks ago and was greeted by Grace - the owner herself. Not only did she recommend pieces and bring them to me in the fitting room, but she went into detail on what and how I can wear each piece for different styles and looks. Since that first experience, I have been back to her store every other day picking up items one piece at a time because her items are chic and unique, high quality, and very affordable. I got a smoking hot red jumpsuit for under 100 dollars, unreal! After my next couple visits, I had an email in my inbox from Grace thanking me for shopping with her and that she really enjoys talking to me while I shop, and now we talk almost every day! She keeps me up to date with what she has coming in and when, sends me pictures so I know what I want to try on during my visits ahead of time, and is always willing to put items aside/hold them until I have a chance to come in. Shopping at Ella Louvi with Grace and her wonderful coworker Ania guarantees you will walk out with a one of a kind piece that fits you flawlessly and doesn't burn a hole in your pocket at the same time. Customer for life (unless I move!).

The last several times I've shopped there I've had great service, so I really can't complain! Everyone is very helpful and very insightful on current style as well as classic or basic styles. I've definitely had a lot of success finding cute new outfits and items here! If you do stop in, head straight to their jewelry counter! They have a lot of really nice pieces... a bit expensive but worth it!

I went back to shop and picked out a few things and applied the gift card to it and found out that someone else already used it. The owner was there and she is the one I dealt with and treated me like I did something wrong. I wanted to go file a police report with the name of the person that used the card and she said that is a customer and has nothing to do with it. She was horrible to me and she knew that they screwed up by giving me this empty gift card and gave the credit to this person that shopped after me. I was very disappointed how they handled this. Enaz is not a reputable business and will never shop there again.

To my surprise, I finally found one closer to O'Hare or in this case Chicago Municipal Airport. In the way back of Palwaukee Plaza on Milwaukee Avenue there is a small but full store dedicated to Western wear, Mexican Western wear. They had shirts, jackets, jeans, boots, hats, belts and buckles in adult men and children sizes. I found alligator, ostrich, snake, and various other styles of boots and belts but the reason for our visit was to find a hat. My son picked out a cute off-white one for $15. While browsing through the shirts I found child size Mariachi outfits. I was so tempted to buy a couple but I have no idea where the kids would wear them. I know I'll be going back later with my daughter. Once she finds out they have pink belts they'll be no living with her until she gets one.

First, the collection is not even close to say "nice", second the sales lady "Roopa" is very uninviting with sharp and rude tone. How she tries to sell the items is most shocking. If you are a Muslim, she will tell you how bad it is to deal with girls that hail from her country or town and if you are a customer from her religion or city/town, she uses muslims as the bait and told us that they are the worse shoppers and have no manners and the list goes on. If you are buying anything make sure you demand a receipt, if you decide to exchange, she will lie and reduce the rate of the product and argues that 's how much we paid, and you end up selecting something for less than what you paid for that item. I went with a friend to help her with convincing on returning an item she bought for $300, no receipt, and she started, arguing, no, fighting, with filthy language, that we only paid $200, and that she never met anyone who lies like we do. And, that is still ok, until she started comparing us with other religions and also bad talking about the others. I will complaint about her to whoever it takes to get her out of there. She lives among and with the other religions in a country like this and all she learnt is this. For all this the store may be good, the owners may be nice, a sales women like her will ruin the reputations with out a doubt.
