Cause this Target is awesome…read more First of all I love the fact that they have the covered parking and that there is plenty of parking spaces. Once you get inside, you will see a HUGE retail store! I mean they have everything in this store. It is well stocked and organized and clean, so so clean! And the staff is just lovely. The times I have been there, I can't tell how many people walk up to ask if I need help with something, which I don't but thanks for asking. The wine section is great and the prices are very good, definitely worth making a trip over there. I love that it has a million check-out lanes but only a few are open when I have been there. Not a problem as it never seems to be crowded and I have not had to wait in line for very long. This particular location works for me versus the locations at Wilson/Broadway and Loyola.

Customer service with the cashier, great. Nice guy…read more Cost of items, pretty good. Organized. The staff was stocking and trying to keep out of the customer way. The complaint I have is when you check out at the register. The system no longer shows you the items they scan and the cost. And when you go to put your credit card in, there's no total, and I had to ask the cashier. He said the management just changed the systems today and they told the staff the change is to make the lines go faster, knowing it'll back up customer service desks with people instead of the cashier. I get it, but I feel that there should be transparency in what I buy and being able to see when my items scan. I can't tell you how many times I find errors at the grocery store and Walmart is no different. I felt a little pissed.

It's not as well stocked as some other Targets, but it's a really convenient spot for everyday things. That said, some of the staff can have real attitude. Recently I had a few in-store non-stackable coupons, so I split my items into separate purchases. I used one coupon, paid, and then started scanning my next items for a new transaction. The woman at self checkout who needed to scan the coupon told me, "you can't split up your transaction," and refused to scan the second coupon. I asked her why not since I had already paid and was starting a new purchase, and she just huffed and walked away without helping. I still shop here because overall it's a great store, but interactions like that are frustrating and unnecessary.

When I entered there was an area they made to the right for pickup orders and in that section was some upright coolers with the cold items in them. That was cool and good to know if I need that at some point. Staff were friendly. They took my Similac coupon even though one of the employees thought they weren't taking coupons.

First I went to Marshall's and found a nice Samsonite bag, a carry on size for $99.99. My wife said it was probably less @ Ross Dress for Less. We went to Ross on Tuesday where I found the exact same Samsonite bag for $79.99, Cool Deal. In addition Ross has a 10% discount for Seniors on Tuesday so I took another $8 off of the purchase price. Can't argue w/saving an additional $28. Long story short I bought the bag @ Ross & returned the other bag to Marshall's. ADDENDUM: In addition I found a carryon Samsonite bag for $55.99. Between the initial $28 I saved another $24 off. So all told we were able to get the Samsonite carry on for $44 dollars less than the initial price.

I had an Amazon return which I brought to Kohl's; next time I may just pay for the box and whatever I need so I can return it at a UPS store. The item I had was very awkwardly shaped and somewhat heavy, and I used auto opening door to get in. There are two sets of doors before you're in the store and though the button outside the store that opens the doors worked, the one between the two sets of doors did not. It wasn't even one of those stupid doors that requires the door behind you to shut before you can open the next one, because I did that and it didn't open. Luckily there was a group of carts just inside the store. I got in line at the register where it said checkout and returns. Of course once I get to the cashier I'm told I have to go upstairs, because that's where Amazon returns go. Perhaps update your sign? I was pointed to the elevator in the corner, and headed over. It was almost as far away from the west entrance to the store as one could get, which isn't a problem for me but as I passed the north entrance of the store, I saw its marked emergency exit only with a couple cones in front of it. So to recap: Disabled folks may not be able to get into the west entrance (unless the door was just being moody when I was trying to use it) and they also can't use the north entrance that's steps away from the elevator because that entrance is an emergency only exit? Kohl's is actively discouraging disabled folks from visiting their store. I was in here for 10 minutes and couldn't wait to get out.

Not only did he look like a real Santa Claus (with a real beard) he was a complete pro with screaming children! He knew all the tricks to get a good pic. He was warm, kind, friendly and went above and beyond for our group. Security did not haze us, when we took pictures on the side. We got video as well without any hassle. Despite the fact they sell these items and could be quite strict if they wanted. The mall itself is really empty. Post Covid has seen the closing of almost all the headliner shops. So I can't give 5 stars for the mall itself. Please remember this is for the Santa Booth at Christmas The line was not long. We registered online in advance. It was simple and took less than 5 minutes. But even for people who showed up without a reservation did not have a very long line. Santa's helpers were a little bit slow with processing. Once the pictures are printed and then they show them to you and try to upsell you (that takes time.) If they could improve the efficiency of that, it would be the only thing that I would have to say needed work. Despite being a little slow, I have to say they were friendly and cheerful. A lost art among young people working retail these days. IMHO. Everyone was nice and polite. It was refreshing. It's probably the best place to take your kid for a picture with Santa in the area. Parking is abundant. Don't get your hopes too high for the food court. It's slim Pickens. And there is not a single coffee shop in the entire mall. Things are generally well stocked, and the staff will glady check to see if there's anything in the back in case the staff haven't had a chance to restock a particular shelf yet. Only real caveats are that the pharmacy doesn't adertise what they only carry behind the counter (diabetic supplies) so you have to ask, and the in-store Pizza Hut is a ghost-station (as always). I do wish the Starbucks would re-open the area they closed down during the pandemic, but that modification seems like it's permanent, for now at least.

I haven't been inside, but I have used the Drive-Up option a few times when something I wanted wasn't available at the Target that's a bit closer. But they are sooooooo slowwwww. I've marked the app to let them know I'm on my way when I was 5-10 minutes out and still have to wait 5-10 minutes when I get there. So that's a little annoying, but oh well. They're right by the Edens and you can drive directly from the parking lot of this shopping center to the freeway.
