The friendly owner Kyung is very nice and is always helpful to make sure you select the right items for your type skin. They have a huge variety of great skincare lines to fit all skin types! I've been coming here for the last 15 years and every product I ever purchased always improved my changing skin and kept it blemish free. My skin feels soft not dry and moisturized nicely! I'm fair skinned and burn easily in the sun. I love the Yehwahdam bb cushion SPF 50. It goes on smooth, excellent coverage, doesn't clog your pores and looks natural. Your face will never burn even with direct sun all day! The perfumes are very nice too. They are actual perfume a d have long lasting wear! The woman here was helpful and pleasant and was great about explaining what every product does and is best used for, she also recommended the best brands with the highest efficacy. I am looking forward to using the products purchased as well as the moisturizing cream wash too.

I always come in looking for a refill on one specific item and I always walk out $100+ poorer. Anytime I've come in with questions not only have they been so nice about answering and helping, but they always offer to let me try products. I always ask for their recommendation for a blush or lip color they think would look good, etc. They have helped me pick a shampoo and conditioner I now love. I went in once needing a new curling tool for my hair and the girl that helped me not only showed me all my options but she sat me down in a salon chair and showed me exactly how to use the tool I was purchasing. Even if they don't have what I'm looking for, which they usually do, someone always helps me find something that will work just as good or even better! They also have a great return policy- buy it, try it, hate it, return it. Which I appreciate. I really can't say enough good things about Ulta, particularly this location.

The employee acted super annoyed to have to retrieve one for me and brought back a box with a bent edge and makeup stains on it. He practically ran it to the front of the store and dropped it behind the cashier without saying a word so I had no real choice but to stand in line and then explain, once it was my turn, that it was my dryer. The cashier was sweet as can be but I suspect she was new as she needed manager overrides multiple times. This led to the checkout process taking a very long time which didn't bother me but again, for such a luxury item, the service all left much to be desired. I will most definitely shop at other Ulta stores again but not this one. They didn't deserve the sale on the Dyson.

I like that she talks through what she's doing since I really enjoy learning about the treatments and ingredients and the reasoning behind them. I've learned a lot about how skin functions biologically and how I can keep taking care of it at home. I also like that she's got a lot of experience and training working with different skin types AND medical needs/restrictions, and customizes each skin treatment every single time. The results are definitely superior to other spas, where they give you a peel just because you scheduled a peel, nevermind what your skin actually needs. If you have been considering getting professional skin treatments, definitely get them done at Fix Your Face! I've been going here since the beginning of 2019, when my pregnancy wreaked havoc on my skin. Ellie is very knowledgeable about how to manage skin going through a lot of hormone changes, as well as tailoring treatments to be pregnancy-safe. I got that pregnancy glow instead of a face full of breakouts after the first session but went every month to keep up with the rapid hormonal changes and to maintain that glow. I've kept it up through other big hormonal changes in my life since then--postpartum, breastfeeding, getting on birth control, getting off birth control--and also added eyebrow shaping and tint to what I get done. My poor brows got overplucked ONCE in high school and never recovered but after a year of regular monthly sessions, they are starting to fill in a little bit and look intentionally shaped.
