The Face Shop is the best place to get excellent quality Korean skin care, cosmetics, perfumes and body lotions! The friendly owner Kyung is very nice and is always helpful to make sure you select the right items for your type skin. They have a huge variety of great skincare lines to fit all skin types! The product is potent so you don't need a lot. Most products pump the exact right amount you'll need so there is no guess work! Most are all natural and smell amazingly clean! I've been coming here for the last 15 years and every product I ever purchased always improved my changing skin and kept it blemish free. My skin feels soft not dry and moisturized nicely! I'm fair skinned and burn easily in the sun. I love the Yehwahdam bb cushion SPF 50. It goes on smooth, excellent coverage, doesn't clog your pores and looks natural. Your face will never burn even with direct sun all day! The perfumes are very nice too. They are actual perfume a d have long lasting wear! They change scents all the time and I love that they are little bottles and great for traveling. I can't say enough good things about this shop and Kyung! Great store, product, purchase rewards and service with a smile!! read more

Small but perfect store with lots of great Korean beauty and face loving products here. I bought some brightening serum, brightening night cream and some firming and brightening face mask. The woman here was helpful and pleasant and was great about explaining what every product does and is best used for, she also recommended the best brands with the highest efficacy. She tried several on my hand to let me feel the emulsions, serums and creams before buying any of them. I am looking forward to using the products purchased as well as the moisturizing cream wash too. read more

My moisturizer, toner, and cleansing oil are all from The Face Shop brand, so when I saw that this store was inside of the H Mart I was so excited! They have a great selection of products from both The Face Shop and a few other brands. I really wish there was a store like this close to where I live so that I didn't have to order everything online. I only wound up buying a few sheet masks because I'm not currently in need of any other products, but it was sooo tempting. The cashier was super friendly and knowledgeable, greeted us when we came in and was ready to answer questions. She also threw in a free sample with my small purchase, which I thought was super cool. I wish I could visit again! read more

The Face Shop - Love these moisturizing masks I picked up at The Face Shop. And they threw in a free sample of a product I've been dying to try too! - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Niles, Illinois

Cute little shop in the HMART mall. Products are top notch and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It may feel a little off putting to some but I really appreciate the no nonsense approach to actually helping me with skincare. Products can be found cheaper online, but I like to test and ask questions. read more

went a little before closing on march 14 and the lady working the store followed my friends around extremely closely and then told me not to scrape the edges of the tester (which i was doing to get the excess off) , and i didn't understand what she meant at first so she proceeded to take it out of my hands swirl it around the edge (that obviously had even more excess on it clearly from others doing the same) tapped it on my hand and put it back. i was overall extremely uncomfortable, irked and just overall humiliated. it seemed like of the 4 of my friends (including me) she singled me out. it was solidified when i moved away from the testers and towards the back to see what my friend had been looking at and noticed she was still watching me. read more

I stopped by this store for the first time today because I ended up preparing for some gifts at the last minute with no time for ordering online. The woman asked me, "How can I help you?" So, I responded, "I am just looking around." Within less than another 3 minutes, she asked me the same question again in a very stern voice as she was watching at every move of mine at the store. By then, it made me feel very uncomfortable, and just looking around the store didn't seem to be allowed in this store. Or she was watching as if I wasn't stealing anything in the store. As I was pressed for time for having to get small gifts quickly, I ended up purchasing two small cleansing creams and paying for them in a hurry and left. They had a decent collection in their small store, but if they don't make customers feel comfortable with looking around the store, I am not sure if their displays are any good. After this unpleasant experience, I shall not make another visit to this store. Either order online or go to the cosmetics store next to this store. read more

Be sure to check into Yelp for your free face mask! Also, sign up for their rewards card. You get a $5 gift certificate on your birthday and cash back after you spend a certain amount of money. I'd give this place a solid 3.5 stars. The Face Shop is a South Korean beauty store located inside of HMart (near the check out registers) and has very affordable sheet face masks ranging from about $2-$15 each. I usually come here to buy their face masks and adorable hand creams (the ones that come in cute packaging & are scented). They also carry natural face & body skin care products as well as makeup and nail polish. They usually throw in several samples while you're checking out (I noticed that they usually give you more samples if you buy more products). Service can be a hit or miss. Sometimes I receive the best service (friendly, asked if I need any help, make helpful suggestions, etc) while other times it's not so great (ignored me while gossiping to a friend about a church member in Korean...yes I understand Korean). Once, there was nobody working in the store for a solid 5 minutes! I obviously risk bad service because I know what I'm there to buy (although I do like to browse and see if there is anything new worth picking up) and I'd rather not purchase it online if at all possible. read more

The Face Shop - Adorable hand lotion (smells like Asian candy!) - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Niles, Illinois

I have a weak spot for skincare and makeup, and now that my motherland's skincare products compete on the international stage for value, quality and innovation I am slowly making the switch. This is a store within H-Mart so you can stock up on groceries, walk over and buy socks with K-pop star's faces, and then browse The Face Shop for your skincare needs. I bought a discounted gift set that had the serum and eye cream recommended for me. The lovely young lady with perfect skin noted that the products weren't full size so she was generous with samples of those items. She also noted my husband was patiently waiting for me and included several samples for him. He looked at the samples and asked, "What is toner?" I have my work cut out, but I have gotten him to use sunscreen! She encouraged me to sign up for the free rewards program (no hard sell) and then added additional samples that made my heart leap. Seriously. I can't wait until it's time to wash my face tonight and try the serum and lotions!!! The makeup selection trends younger so I will definitely bring my 20 y.o. daughter when she's home from school because she most certainly needs hand lotions in cute containers shaped like dogs and cats, right?! I won't be giving up my VIB card at another makeup mecca, but The Face Shop is a must if you care anything about your skin. read more

Tried the mango seed skin care line. I'm in love. The young lady who helped me pick this out for my dry skin was amazing. I also love the BeBe Lip Essence, it's very hydrating. The rich hand cream soothed and softened my hands and feet. My favorite lip color is the ink lipquid in RD04, red hot color and it last for up to 12 hours. read more

Be aware if you want to use your $10 birthday coupon because it won't apply on certain products. I get this annually and had no problem using it before. I bought face masks here today and tried using this coupon, but the lady in the counter said I can't use it on face masks. I was speaking in Korean to her and I guess she assumed that I don't speak english? She said, "it clearly says it on the coupon" and when I read it out loud to her she changed her words and said "our owner said no". Then another lady came in and started explaining that the coupon applies only when you buy 1 product and convinced me to buy more product. I refused to buy more and checked out. The second lady halfassed packing and let out a very big sigh when she handed me the bag with attitude. Smh. read more

This place is actually located inside of the HMart. They have a great customer rewards plan and customer service is super friendly and helpful. My favorite thing about this place is their BB cream (Blemish Balm) that I usually have to order from my friend in Korea. Now, I can get it here in Illinois! They have a good selection and prices are very reasonable, as well. I even picked up a new nail polish last time since it was on sale and it's very comparable to OPI in terms of lasting long and shine. Last time I was in here, the owner threw in at least 3-4 samples that came in cute little travel sized bottles that were very helpful on my last trip. read more

I went in as a Kindergartner... Went out as a High School Freshman of Skin Care. Thanks to Professor Jun or June? I decided to come to the store earlier for more help. I knew coming in I was going to need a lot of help haha. Jun or June? Was really helpful in answering all my possible questions that day. I probably asked her over 30 questions alone during the hour I occupied the store. It was awkward at first, but we ended up having a lot of laughs near the end. Not everyday do you have a man come in shopping for himself, but needing that much help. I really appreciated her putting BB Cream on my face to show me how it was done. She taught me how to use every single product I purchased and taught me which products I didn't need. I really appreciated her honest in only showing me products I needed. I came in with $100 and spent about $85 for products that I actually needed. I am writing this review after two weeks since my visit and my skin has improved a lot in such a short time. Only the White Jewel Peeling Cream was a flop. CC Cream, Oil Cleanser, and Foam Cleanser have helped so much with my skin's health. Jun or June? Even gave me free samples to practice CC Cream application! I was very happy with how I was helped during my visit. Granted I was the only person in the store at the time, I appreciated Jun or June teaching me for that extended amount of time. I learned a lot more than I could have browsing Youtube videos and searching Google. I really would like to visit again on a day when the Professor is in to show my results. I will be back once I am out of product for sure! read more

Love this place! The Face Shop is a great place to stock up on paper masks and other beauty goodies without going broke. The store is well lit so you can really see the products so need to second guess a shade. Their employees are more than happy to assist and explain their products. My favorite products are their paper masks, chia seed serum and konjac sponges. The paper masks come in a variety of prices, types and brands. Try their lemon one....amazing! The face masks here stay moist for quite a while. Left one on for an entire Law & Order marathon and it didn't dry up! Their konjac sponges are way cheaper and higher quality here than anywhere else I've seen. If you haven't tried a konjac sponge...you need to!! Your skin will thank me later for the tip! The products at the Face Shop are great quality for a very reasonable price. Remember to sign up for that membership card! It is free and allows you to earn points. Great thing is that they give you a bunch of samples with each purchase. I am a sucker for free samples! In addition, check in on Yelp and get a free mask. read more

7/20/2016 I posted a review up three months ago on such a great experience I had. But today 7/20/2016 it was simply horrible if I can post negative stars I would. I simply asked to get assistance and the lady which was rude! Said just but that one. I then wanted to have her show me other products but she was already by the resister on the computer. Btw nobody was in the store. I asked again can you help me. She said well what do you want. I told her I drove all the way from oak brook to get a new cleanser. If anything she was so rude and seemed she can care less I needed help or how far I drove to buy products. I asked well do you have a sample of a cleanser before I purchase it. She said we never have samples!!!! I said that's incorrect. She then stated we get our stuff from Korea. Duh!!!! I know that I even bought face shop products when I was in Korea. Then I asked if she's the owner and she replied I'm the manager. With that said I told her I'll be informing the manager on a horrible job she's doing. I even told her I was going to buy several products even the moisturizer I ordered two months ago that I was picking up. What a waste of time and gas! I hope the owner changes his management. She's defiantly not fit to be in retail. Customer service is key and she has now. Experience 3 months ago I was introduced to face shop by my friend Joy. I've been using the products off and on for the past two years or so. And I must say I wish I stuck with my routine. Let's just say I'm a junking when it comes to masks and anti aging products I have products from various lines and purchased it at Sephora to Niemans. And I have to STOP! I stopped by Face Shop hoping to get my hands on an anti aging moisturizer my friend has been preaching about. As I got there they were out of it. Found out my friend bought all of them lol. But thanks to June she took down my info and will be contacting me when it comes in. I told her not to sell anymore to my friend. Haha jk jk June was so nice and knowledgable with the products and providing me w what works best for my skin. I must add her skin is flawless and you know I asked what she uses. I just need to stick w a line and stick w the routine. Btw get the escargot 24k gel. I purchased mine in Korea (duty free) and I swear on it you will be amazed what a jar of snails can do to your skin. Can I say golden . Be sure to get all your skin products here. It's about 45 mins to an hour for me but it's worth it. The store is well lit, clean, vibrant and beautifully displayed products. Thanks again June for your help with purchasing my masks (buy 7 get one free) and the samples. My face is radiant thanks to you and face shop products. read more

I'm from Wisconsin, but go to H Mart just because I love The Face Shop and the service is super friendly. Last year I won a $300 gift certificate in a social media contest and picked up a lot of goodies. Throughout the entire time, the woman behind the counter was really helpful and wanted me to have a great experience there. In fact, the reason I keep going back is because of the young woman behind the counter. Instead of throwing a bunch of samples in a bag like other places, she picks out samples to best match your skin type and complexion - it's so thoughtful. They have nails, makeup, skin care, accessories, mens's section, and more. With the help of the young woman behind the counter, my new favorites are their sebum control sun screen and their rice water cleanser. I've never found a sunscreen as excellent as the Face Shop SPF 40 sebum control (blue box) that the woman at Face Shop recommended. I will definitely continue to buy this. The other thing I learned when I was last there is that they take orders over the phone! You can call and they will ship your order to you! Unfortunately you don't get the experience of shopping there and testing things out, but if you have a couple tried and true products you really need, I think that ordering on the phone is an awesome service to offer. Lastly, don't forget to sign-up for their rewards program. It's a free membership/points card that they also track by address, so if you forget your card, they can still look up your info. read more

Dear Face Shop, You've done it again! I can't tell you how much I love coming here. I live in the city, so I always have to plan my trip out here just to visit this shop. Let me tell you, it's always worth it! June is amazing, and she's always super helpful. A couple of months ago, I came to the Face Shop and learned that the serum I used to use was discontinued. Luckily, June was there and recommended another serum that was just as effective. A few months later, June actually remembered who I was and gave me a handful of samples of the serum that was discontinued. I was super surprised that she actually remembered who I was and remembered that I was searching for the same exact serum. How awesome is that? She's so thoughtful! I stopped by the Face Shop a few weeks ago in preparation for my wedding. June helped me find a cleanser, toner and lotion based on my skin type. I've only been using the products for a few weeks, and I can definitely say that my skin looks so much better! Thank you June for all of your recommendations! I highly recommend this shop to everyone! It's located right inside H-mart, so if come by, have lunch, go grocery shopping and stop by the face shop on your way out! read more

Before entering or even having any knowledge of The Face Shop, I use to buy all my skin care products at Sephora or occasionally at Nordstrom. Now, I don't even step foot into Sephora I cannot stress how sweet the ladies are here! I have been coming here for a while now and I just love their masks (a super wide variety) ! They are always open to answer your questions and will make recommendations on products depending on what your getting. But if you don't end up taking their recommendation, they will give you a trial sample(one application only) so that you can just take a feel for it! {I recently went back in because June gave me a sample of the face shop's rice bright cleansing oil and I just had to go back and get it! Its super amazing! Highly recommend!} They are also willing to show you how to put on certain items properly. Sure the stuff is a little pricery but it is so worth it! I bought their 24k gold escargot essence mask and its just amazing!! They also have smaller sizes of most items incase your a little skeptical about trying out certain products and if they don't have a smaller size sample to purchase they are more than happy to give you a small trial sample. Also, if you join their membership you get so many samples!! And on your birthday you get a lovely 10$ gift certificate! I always go in saying Im just going to buy one thing and walk out with a bag worth of 100$+ I love this store and I am never going back to Sephora or any other place for my skincare items! read more

My boyfriend and I walked into the store all excited to see the products, but when we walked in the lady literally followed and watched us the ENTIRE TIME! It felt sooo uncomfortable! So I've coming to this Face Shop location since they've opened and if you haven't tried natural Korean skincare products, you are missing out on something special. Such a range of products from: skin care, body care, cleansing products, aromatherapy, lotions, facial packs, cosmetic and even nail polish, this location packs it all in. I've received nothing but top notch customer service here, all the ladies are super informative, friendly bilingual and are not pushy towards making sales. They genuinely want to find the best product for your skin type. Oh, and I love their samples too! Easy enough to find, just enter the huge HMart and go to the far left side of the building (away from the food court and right next to the HMart grocery registers)..it's a stop you will not want to miss out on. read more

I just had a really awful customer service experience. Came in on Saturday to purchase a BB cushion, and the lovely lady helped me pick one out, but she said it might be too light for my skin, so she gave me a free sample of it to try when I purchased the actual cushion: "use this first to make sure you like it." She also sent me home with some skincare samples as well. Very pleasant Saturday afternoon. I tried the BB sample, and she was right; it was too light. I just came back in with the receipt and the package for the compact, unopened. I hadn't taken out the free samples yet, because I hadn't thought about it and well, they were free. When I came in to return the compact, unopened, receipt in hand, the salesgirl snatched the entire bag away from me. "Excuse me?" I said. "you paid for everything." The compact was the only purchase on the card. "I know; that's everything." I tried to take the bag back. "Even the samples. You'll return these." "Um, they're free?" "YOU GIVE BACK THE SAMPLES." Whatever, lady. If you're that hard up for tiny vials of moisturizer, fine. But it was a rude and unnecessary exchange that has solidified my decision never to come back here. I'll be heading to any of the other beauty places that are anywhere in this area. Thanks for embarrassing me in front of all the other store patrons. read more

I had tried The Face Shop for the first time when I was visiting a friend in Seoul and instantly became addicted! Needless to say, I was thrilled to find out there was one close by. Emily and June are so friendly and always help me find exactly what I need! My favorite products include: Chia Seed makeup removing wipes - I have very sensitive eyes and I have found that these are the only wipes that don't irritate my eyes when I remove my makeup at the end of the day. Mango seed silk moisturizing facial butter - last winter I went into the store looking for something to help with my extremely dry skin...Emily suggested this to me and I have been obsessed ever since! Masks - I usually pick up a face mask of some sort every time I stop in and they have all been great! I highly recommend this place to all of my friends! read more

Though the store is a little pricey, the Face Shop has a really nice selection and variety of products. Service was very friendly and I was given several samples with my purchase. The welcome package of samples mentioned in a review back in March is no longer availble, but they offer 1 free $2 sheet mask for 'checking in' on yelp. Make sure to price check items before purchase - I didn't, and was dissopointed to see one of the products is $10 cheaper online (w/ free shipping). Regardless, I will definitely be coming back here in the future ! read more

I came in the store only looking to purchase face masks but thanks to the recommendation and advice of the sales associate, I left with a new skincare routine set. I explained the conditions of my skin to the sales associate and she recommended the Blemish Zero skincare line and I have to say I enjoy it. The reason why she sold me on it was because she had been using this line herself and I was able to ask her experience about it and what she thought. She was very willing and patient in answering my questions and was not at all pushy in an annoying way. I also liked that she pointed out the beneficial components in the skincare line that would help my skin in specific ways. It's a bummer that they are further out in the suburbs but I'll be sure to stop by whenever I make a trip to Niles. I believe korean skincare is more advanced and suited for asian skin so I'm more open to introducing new products in my routine. I'll be back, Face Shop. read more

I've been using The Face Shop products for over three years now and am extremely satisfied with the results!Due to allergies and a bad case of eczema, I've struggled with terrible skin since for years, but after using their products, I am happy to say my skin is as soft and radiant as ever! The "Chia Seed" line is excellent for those with really dry, sensitive skin - it also smells refreshingly wonderful! They also have excellent products for those with acne! I have recently fallen victim to the terrors of acne (yes, it can even happen to a 21-year-old..), but The Face Shop's "Calming Seed" line has been a major asset in my fight against it! It took some time for results, but I can attest that it helped clear up my skin and reduce redness in affected areas! Some other great products I recommend are the "Jeju Aloe" gel, the "Rich Hand" hand/cuticle lotion and their "Sebum Control Sunscreen!" This store has so many other products as well for people of all age groups and genders! Whether you're looking to revitalize your skin, add some pizazz to your hairdo, beautify your complexion or simply moisturize after a long day of work, The Face Shop has a multitude of products that will cater to your every cosmetic need! I am so glad I discovered this store and hope it does even better in the coming future! read more

WOW! The Face Shop is amazing. My girlfriend has been coming here for years and swears by it. I came in here for the first time with her today and was blown away by the customer service. A sweet lady named June helped us out. You can tell her extensive knowledge of product comes from years of experience and love for this work. The products speak for themselves as they are all natural and designed to have something for all skin types. If you have no idea about beauty cosmetics, June will take care of you. We were on a budget shopping for the holidays and she made it easy for us. Thank you June & Merry Christmas! Recommended Purchased Items my girlfriend raves about: 1) Pore Tightening Cover Cream (intended to dilate pores) 2) Mango Seed Silk Moisturizing Lotion (intense hydration for face) 3) Any of their clay & face masks The store doesn't discriminate against men either. They gave me a free sample of anti-aging eye cream which apparently I needed. There are several other beauty stores inside H-Mart but The Face Shop is by far the best. I've been going to The Face Shop for several years now. Their products are probably lower end in Korea, but compared to American cosmetics and skin care, their products I would say are more medium shelf. I use their skincare products more than their cosmetics and I used to have acne problems, but using many of their products, Shiseido and other Korean cosmetics, I no longer suffer from it. And a lot of credit goes to The Face Shop because of their friendly service. Especially if you are new to Korean skincare, they can walk you through it and explain how to take care of your skin and whatever issues you may want to target (acne, uneven skin tone, wrinkles...). Their face masks are also best if you're the type that likes to use them daily. Plus Korean service is the best! Regardless if they have a promotion going or not, you can always expect to get some samples from the friendly ladys working there. I'm just so sad I lost my birthday coupon from last May. What a waste!! Still, it doesn't stop a girl from going and splurging there though. read more

I love this place! Ask for Jun / June! She is patient and works with you to find which products will work best for your skin! The more information you can tell her the better the fit she can find! I originally started coming here just for the sheet masks, which you can get on a wonderful promotion, often buy 10 get 5 free! I have removed all harsh drugstore skincare products from my routine because my skin has taken so well to the gentler and much more effective products at The Face Shop, and I struggle with problematic acne-pron, combination, semi-sensitive skin! I have even been able to find solutions for my large pores and have virtually pore-less skin with the use of the right products! Also they like to give you free samples with every purchase so it's even easier to find the products that work best with your skin! read more

I had the worst experience here. Was very excited to come here from the city so take the 30 minute drive here. The lady that was working was very rude. I used to go to Sephora before. It was expensive and so I couldn't buy enough products to do makeup I wanted to. Because I am a poor student, I needed it product that works well and cheaper than Sephora. My first product was Lovely Mix make me star waterproof jel eyeliner 02 chocolatte. Pretty wrong name LOL I read review, and bought it without any testing. It worked very well. I was and am in swim team. Sometimes I got really lazy, and didn't removed my makeup. But I didn't became a panda! My eyeliner was still there. That was what I wanted to have because other products from Sephora gave me black eyes even they said "waterproof." Also I have gym everyday, but even tho my makeup stay there clearly. Overgirl stick shadow is a product that lady from the face shop introduced to me. I wanted a shadow that not too much shining. She recommended me overgirl stick shadow 06 and I am using it well. I just bought 08 color today! Ladies are very nice, and price is nice too! My mom also bought some face products from here when we last visited and she loved it! She said her face was glowing and she said her face felt hydrated! I have been going here for about 2 and a half years now, I absolutely love it! Everytime I go I am greeted with a smile and they always remember me which is nice when I have questions about my skin. Until recently I mostly stuck with the skin care, but lately I have been loving the nail polish and makeup. I cannot express how much I love this store! I am always met with great advise and help, along with nice samples that always are spot on and I end up going back to buy the full sized product. The entire store is an amazing find, and finding nice Korean skin care that is from a trustworth source is always nice. I'm in love with this store! I've been shopping here since they first opened years back. The owner and workers there are extremely helpful and nice! They know exactly what brand of a product to recommend based on your skin tone or type. I've tried a majority of their products either by purchasing them or just trying a sample, and I loved every single one of them! Several years ago I was able to create double eyelids with the help of their double eyelid tape. I used to have an interesting case where I had a monolid on one eye, and an on/off double eyelid on the other. However, after using their double eyelid tape every night for about a year, I was able to create permanent double eyelids! I thank their tape for allowing me to achieve bigger eyes! Haha! Also, I love their lip tint is my absolute favorite lip product. It comes in a thin pink tube which allows it to fit basically anywhere! I've tried both colors available, the light pink and the darker pink, and loved both! It's the perfect shade and the color stays on your lips for hours! The pricing isn't too bad either, and I carry it around with me everywhere. The light pink is perfect for a daytime shade, whereas the darker pink is perfect for a night out. I am currently using their Chia seed lotion, and let me just say, my face has never been softer. Unfortunately, I suffer from dry skin during the wintertime. However, my skin underwent a complete 180 after purchasing this product. My skin remains soft and moisturized throughout the day. The lotion doesn't leave an oily residue after applying, and it seeps into your skin within a few seconds. I love it! In addition, I own a nail polish collection that consists of 90% The Faceshop nail polishes. The color is amazing and the price isn't wallet-hurting. The nail polish can be applied so smoothly, and it's honestly the same quality as Esse or OPI (and cheaper too!) I'm obsessed with their myriad of colors, and I love when they add new colors to their collection. #thefaceshopniles The eye products are amazing as well. I have been using their light brown eye shadow for everyday use for YEARS now and it's perfect! It stays on throughout the day and doesn't smudge. The eyeliner has a great, sexy color to it and can be applied with great ease. I'm also in love with the eye brow pencil. I've never tried a better eye brow pencil! I'm obsessed! Overall, the quality of this store's products are amazing and the pricing is decent. I give this store 5 out of 5 stars because over the last few years shopping there, they haven't failed me once. Stay awesome! read more

Worst Faceshop Branch ever. Store aesthetic and display is cramped and weird, not comparable to other branches. Bad customer service especially the sales person who keeps on rearranging the product we checked on. We decided to just not get anything. No time to deal with a bad pushy grumpy sales personnel. Hope that Faceshop checks on this store as it ruins their brand reputation. read more

Went to The Face Shop for the first time, and I must say I was impressed by their selection. I'm a bit of a novice in the world of korean skincare and the associate was eager to offer advice regarding any questions I had. I was sure to stock up on sheet masks, so many choices!! Such reasonable prices, and they give you samples based on your particular skin type. If you care about the skin you're in, The Face Shop is the place for you. read more
