The stars aligned because I got some great gear and fantastic prices. One piece I picked up was a Patagonia snow bib and I can't believe my luck because my daughter, who's been in the 90%+ percentile since she was a couple weeks old, fit it perfectly even though it was a size 3. It was $60 at Gabriel's, and the same or a similar snow bib was $100 more at the Patagonia store. I also got a pair of nice mittens, and a great coat for my babe... really great finds. They have more than just clothing. There are toys, I saw some babywearing baby holders, shoes, books, and so on. They carry things by season I think, so definitely worth visiting every few months at least! They also post their items online, so you can purchase and arrange for local pickup or ship. I think the employee said that for orders over $75 shipping is free, otherwise it's $9. If you order for pickup, they ask that you do so within seven days. It's super helpful that they have a small gated area with some kids toys, which kept my daughter busy whilst we were here (kept her attention so well that I struggled to get her to try on a few things). The one thing that I wish they did have was some sort of dressing room. I don't like having to return things, so I want to make sure they fit on the spot! Also, since their return policy is 7 days for store credit only, making sure things fit properly is even more important to me. If the shop has any dedicated parking, I don't know where it is. Luckily, we were able to find some street parking right on Prospect around the corner from the store. It's also located in Uptown, so there's a good deal of free 3-hour parking in the area by the library and the other shops down the block.

It made it so much easier for me to make this order, especially with a kid who's potty training (so I wanted to be as efficient as possible with the trip). I don't have the app or a login but they were gracious enough to help me anyway and indeed were very helpful. The clothes I picked up are super cute and fit kinda well now but will fit very well in a couple months. Lots of parking since it's in the middle of the Village Crossing shopping center. It's on the side near Michaels and Jewel. If you use curbside, they have a couple of dedicated parking spots for you.

So this is a review from a first time shopper at carters and first time buying baby/kids clothes.Very wide variety of clothes for boys and girls!!! Wish they had more space to hold more sizes.Good assortment of clothing, but you get a sticker shock because all clothing labeled with a very high price. Price does come down with all their discounts and you can check online for additional discounts. Excellent quality clothing for good prizes, there shoe collection is very nice as well, also if you sign up for rewards for every 100$ spent you get a 10$ reward and can be used at osh kosh to I got a lot of help from Lynn who was courteous and patient with me since I was buying gifts for 3 different age babies. The stuff here is completely amazing, Susie was amazing she remembered us from our last trip in and was an amazing help. My daughter has an amazing personal shopper. I would shop at this store again. Would definitely recommend it.

The store is not very large at all but it was very clean and well organized. A lot of it is baby stuff, but I did find a few cute pieces for my toddler to make an adorable Valentine's Day outfit. I also got a pair of pants that were really cute and well priced (I think I paid $15; the tag said they were originally around $45). The shop employee was helpful. This was the first time I've been to the Fashion Outlets and I probably wouldn't come here solely for this since I'm not much of a mall person, but if and when I do make it to the Fashion Outlets again I will check in here to see what I might find.

They have a different variety of products including pants, shorts, blouse, shirt, jacket, dress, polo and many more for kids. I must say that they have a high quality fabric where it becomes a little bit pricey. I bought a pair of shirts and pants for my son and a dress for my daughter since they will attend a mini party for their cousin. I also bought a present for the celebrant. I chose to buy her a dress since she's a girl. Luckily, I found what I bought easily. I have no hassle choosing clothes since some staff assisted me. They are always free when I need anything. They will also recommend what I should buy. It's a good thing that they have good service. I highly recommend this place.

While I was in the store, I overheard…read morean employee (or possibly a customer) telling someone to "be quiet" in a very dismissive and rude attitude. It wasn't said in a friendly or joking way--it came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in a retail environment where customer service should feel welcoming. Even if the comment wasn't directed at me, it made the atmosphere uncomfortable. When you're shopping, you expect kindness and professionalism, not negativity. Old Navy is usually known for being family-friendly and approachable, but moments like this really affect the overall shopping experience. I hope the store management takes this seriously and reminds staff (if it was an employee) that tone and attitude matter. A simple word said the wrong way can make customers feel unwelcome, and that's not what anyone wants when they come in to shop.

We kindly asked the cashier agent (nice) if we can check our bags to avoid any issue. She kindly took the bags with pleasure. I shopped and checked out, and waited (outside-it was cold inside) for my cousin to finish her shop and purchase over $200 worth of Old navy gear. I did not collect the other bags behind the counter due the fact that my cousin was still shopping and rather her handle the bags due to my disability. I suppose the lead agent/managaer was not comfortable in keeping the bags behind the counter and came "outside" the store to tell me collect the bags because they do want to be responsible in a "professional rude" manner (embarrasing). I am sure you all store have cameras everywhere, not sure why he was so concerned, instead of advising the cashier " next time advise customers, we do not check or take bags; they are more than welcome to carry them in the store." Every demographic and business handles those situations due to theft. It should have been handle better if he was the leader/management. Thank you.
