Pretty big tjmaxx, two stories and I noticed a lot of items are on "clearance". It's located in the plaza where parking is also available underground. So you can take time to walk around and get much needed errands done here. I was looking for specific items and I didn't see many staff on the 2nd floodlit but there were plenty of staff on the first level and I was able to ask them. One was very nice and pointed out that I might be able to find what I'm looking for upstairs. But unfortunately, I couldn't find it and another staff organizing the items said whatever they have out is what they have. Overall, I think selection of items are comparable with other tjmaxx stores, I do like that it's next to Ross so if I want to compare prices of similar items, I can! read more

If you want to ship for Cool clothes at drop dead prices! Be sure to shop at TJ max their prices are no match for other stores! I like it that when you shop there, you are safe and secure as all loss prevention officers are equipped with body amd and vests and they make sure to strategically check every bag you are coming out with which is a good addition. Visited this location the first time today. Cramped parking lot. Store is 2 levels. The escalator down is still broken. This is being used as a stairs and is a legal liability as that's dangerous. Long lines, multiple employees behind the counter including someone who looks like she's "running things" but they are no help to getting this line shorter. I have walked out of this store more times than I can count because of this exact reason. The line will literally back all the way through the women's clothing section making it hard to shop because there are people waiting in line taking up room. Only one cashier on duty, always, but 4 cash registers stations. The line is only 8 people long if you get there when they open. Sometimes wait time is 10 - 15 minutes. Fun to browse and check out the new items they have. If you have the time and patience, I would recommend this place. read more

It is a large store. There are several cash registers. You will see 4 or 5 lighted up cash registers, which supposed to mean they are all open; however, they had ONLY 2 registers available with clerks. I think they are intentionally misleading customers. I don't shop here very often, but when I do, I always find something interesting to buy at a discounted price which is ALWAYS a good thing. Shopped through their women's active wear and saw quite a bit of leggings and some tops which were low in price. Upstairs on the 2nd level you can find many goodies to eat which are also discounted. This location has a lot of great finds. It's a two-level TJ Maxx that has a Rent the Runway section. I found so many great skin care items during my shopping trip today; more options here than the locations closer to my City. I wasn't able to make it to the upper level (which has kids and mens clothes, toys, lingerie and home items) but I'm sure I would've found more things to add to my cart if I went up there. I found some items to try on. The fitting rooms are split between womens on one side and mens on the other side. I'm not a fan of the fitting rooms.. even though the genders are split and only women are on one side, there's a gap between the door that's almost an inch wide. Someone can just stop and peek into the fitting room while someone is changing. If all stores are like this, I won't be trying on clothes in store anymore because I don't feel comfortable or safe. I have been giving this location many chances... but honestly this is the worst TJ Maxx location. The lines are always unbelievably long with only 2 employees working. One of the best TJ Maxx I've ever been to coming from San Francisco. I never knew that TJ Maxx even carried designer brands like Gucci Prada, and so much more.. the lines do get a bit long so the best time to go right when they open. They have a great variety of jewelry All the pieces are trendy and up-to-date. They also have great markdowns so if you're looking for an outfit for special event, this is the one stop shop. The line is insanely long not just because of understaffing but more poor management and low efficiency. The staff know the line is long yet still taking time to chat, sort things slowly and stuff. I always go in for a few items and end up finding some great deals, recently found a natural spf which I saw at wholefood for much more, and shampoo for a such a great deal, they have a great show collection, the only con is the lines tend to be very long during peak busy hours but still worth shopping around. read more

This is by far the slowest and inefficiently managed TJ Maxx I've been to. I've come here twice and it's been extremely slow (checkout line) each time. The workers are slow and seem disinterested in working efficiently while also not considering the customer's time and experience. They are so pathetic many of the customers just leave the line. Fortunately I have time to wait so I can get my money back in a return item. When the Armenian customers started complaining to the worker who wasn't helping, the worker then walked off and started talking to a customer she knew. This is a decent location. I generally enjoy walking around TJ Maxx stores given the sheer volume of products they have on display. However, this location doesn't appear to offer as many options as other locations I've visited before. The product quality appears to be a bit hit-or-miss as well, but prices are relatively cheap so perhaps you get what you pay for. I see others have had poor customer service experiences here, but I shopped on the upper level and found the cashier up there to be really friendly. As for parking, you will have no problem finding a spot in the large lot situated in front of the store. read more

This TJ is located in a plaza with Ross, Nordstrom Rack, and a few other stores which makes it convenient to knock out a couple stores at once. Sadly, that is where the positives stop. The parking lot is larger, though the spaces are small and best if you have a compact car only, which is not usually the case. Second, they do not know how to properly staff. On almost every occasion I've visited, the line to checkout is always 10+ deep, and they will only have 2, maybe 3 registers open, regardless of the time of day, or a weekend. Third, the store is 2 stories, but still carries a much more limited selection of items than a typical TJ store. If you want a quick, pleasant shopping experience, this is not the place for you. read more

Just had the worst experience there. I bought an expensive leather purse backpack there 6 days ago, and the handle of the bag already broke. Obviously it was a defective bag. So I go to the store with the bag AND receipt and they REFUSE to return it because they cannot find it in their system! Sounds like a their problem to me, and that they need to be more organized on their sales, but they wouldn't do anything about it and refused to return or exchange the bag. I have NEVER had an experience like this before, especially when you make sure you go back with the receipt (which I hadn't thrown away yet luckily!) and that they just refused to return the 6 days old $100 already broken purse. Will never go to TJ maxx again nor will recommend it. read more

Great selection, nice high end brands like Johnny Was, Joie, Haute Hippie (those are just brands I like--they have everything tho!) and tried & true fav's like Free People, Hudson Jeans, etc. Depending on location, their Beauty section can be a winner. Lashes, makeup... I've picked up a bunch of clutch finds here. Shoe section can be hit or miss, but the nicer jewelry section is a treasure trove. I've found incredible pieces--and there is always just one of the piece you find--so you feel like you've found a diamond in the rough. Prices are exceptional. Service is blah, but what do you expect for these prices?! read more

They are enforcing the number of people in the store to promote social distancing but I didn't see any employees doing anything when customers weren't wearing masks. I understand you can't entirely control what people in the store do, but I think they should try. They have added plexiglass for the clerks at the registers. It seemed that they have fully stocked shelves right now, but I usually end up with fewer finds here in general when compared to their other stores. read more

Ok variety of stuff, it's a hit or miss in terms of finding nice stuff. Customer service is terrible, especially if you're Mexican or not a certain race like most of the employees who work there. I understand their language enough to know the two women at the jewelry counter were telling each other to help the Armenian customers. When I told the lady I was waiting long before then she just said "yeah, ok, someone will help you in a minute" and proceeded to help the other people. They also add fraudulent charges to your credit card and I say that because they don't ask if you want to donate to their cause, they added $3, $5 $7 to my total on 3 separate occasions. I only noticed because I saw in on my most recent receipt and I went to check some old receipts I had from there and saw they added the extra charge to those as well. Absolutely unprofessional and illegal. They can't just add amounts of donations that they feel like without asking for consent. I guess the fraud is normal for them and they want whatever incentive they get from collecting donations from customers. I won't be coming here again due to the customer service here. read more

They treat you as if your from the streets or like we have no type of money to spend I went in to browse as I usually do with my sister and as we were smelling the perfumes the lady that works there told us under her breath that we can't spray the perfumes on or anywhere and I stayed there shocked looked at my sister and thought well how are we going to purchase a perfume if we can't smell it and I told that to her and she kept walking back and making remarks to me and my sister and said "well we don't have testers" in the most rudest way, you would think as a retail worker you wouldn't talk back to any customer, the service she provided us was not only rude but very unprofessional. TJ Maxx- You Should Go! I really like this store! I used to think this it was like Ross but worse, until I went to the store. They sell high end products! If anything, TJ Maxx isn't really cheap. But you can get high end products for a better deal. Products: They have a wide range of products, from baby clothes, toys, shoes, and they even sell chocolates and organic snacks! I love their purse section, although it does suck that some of the purses are damaged. *Shouldn't they discount these bags even more? I recently saw a bag that I fell in love with but it was $299 original price $400 even though it had a lot of scratches on it. Not worth it in my opinion. Their shoes section is also amazing!! Sometimes they don't have any cute shoes but other times they have the best boots/pumps, etc. And the prices are usually reasonable. Customer Service: The workers here are generally friendly! The cashiers are helpful and nice. I've never experienced an issue with customer service at TJ Maxx. I've also never had to wait in line for more than 10minutes, I guess it depends on what day you go and what time. If you like to save and you're fond of great deals, TJ Maxx is the store for you! read more
