When I sought a refund, the membership desk staff insisted I should have stored the foul-smelling, rotten meat in my freezer and transported it back in my personal vehicle to prove the claim. When I questioned the hygiene and health risks of this request, the staff became dismissive and confrontational. While I eventually secured a refund, the process was unnecessarily difficult and like pulling teeth for a loyal customer over a $40 item. Forcing members to handle biohazardous waste to satisfy a return policy is a significant health protocol oversight. I hope management addresses the lack of professional judgment at this location. I am happy to update this review once management contacts me to discuss a better path forward.

Or, if you're like my mom, refuse to use self check out and go through a line with a person instead. Parking is good and it's in a shopping center with restaurants and a few other places. My only complaint is making a left out of here is impossible especially during rush hour or any busy time for that matter. I do miss Hollywood Market, but appreciate the smaller, less insane Meijer for basic items, especially if the weather's poor, or I'm in a rush.

There's a lot to love about them and it tends to make the prices not sting so much. For starters, the staff here is great. My mom joins me a lot, and she's quite the fussy discriminating shopper and can be hard to please at times. She wants quality (like us all) but doesn't like to blow the bank on it either. (Who does?) When she came with me to this location several months ago, she hadn't really shopped here before because there was no need. I convinced her after telling her how great thier products were. You do get waited on here by the staff, and they aren't teenagers which is good. My mom loves it and so do I. They do follow you around the store, but if I'm spending what they charge, I guess it's nice to have someone hold my clothes and reserve a dressing room. Secondly, since i signed up for the rewards program, I get regular emails about sales, coupons and discounts. Today, I got a $10 off anything in the store coupon and purchased a new raincoat that's 100% waterproof. My mom also has purchased me boots from here, she got two new coats, and I've gotten other odds and ends from them. The store is well stocked, and not to big. You can also order online, and return things online to the store if you do not like it. They also stand behind their products, so if you ever have a problem, you can bring it back. I will return in the future and I'm glad that I don't have to go to a huge mall, deal with parking and walking half a mile to get to a store like this. You can literally park out front, and if a spot isn't available, you park in front of Carsons.

This mall has a handful of solid bigger stores. Hobby Lobby, Dick's, Old Navy and Kohl's. Food options are good with a few pretzel places (Love Auntie Anne's!), Cinnabon and a new Chinese take out restaurant. There's even chairs and tables so you can sit and relax. For your skincare needs there is also a larger Ulta and Bath and Body Works. For men there's Dick's and Foot Locker. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is an American Eagle. There used to be one here years ago and it's sadly gone. I have dreams that they'll open one where the the Forever 21 used to be. The inside mall is very clean. I always see workers cleaning up and taking care of messes. The outside mall, however, needs some work. The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. No clear direction. Parking spots that aren't well painted. Overall a great place to spend an hour or two.
