the lady at front counter, Celeste i believe her name was was absolutely horrendous and exceptionally not a pleasant cashier, extremely rude and unkind, could even bother to take a second and take the sensory tag off my blanket i paid good money for, my blanket is useless and ruined now thanks to the lazy cashier. As if she couldn't be more of a bother, not only could she not even pay attention to try and hand my change directly to me, (dropping it on the counter). She then proceeded to spend less than two seconds looking for the price tag on my socks, grabbed a RANDOM pair of other socks and tried upcharging me for something i was NOT purchasing. Store was pretty bare. They had good Nike shirts for toddler boys. I came for bath bombs and there were none in the store. There weren't many baby clothes on the clearance rack. No cute Valentine's Day decorations. I love how they are LGBTQ+ friendly. read more

When I usually come here. This is a very nice place to shop. On this occasion. I was trying on a jacket. Before I could place it back. A store attendant grabbed it. Without asking me did I want it. I thought that was very rude of her. The attendants were very loud and ignorant as well. Maybe they were having a bad day. read more

I came here the other day looking for a few things. Yes I'm a clearance Shopper so that's directly where I headed. Usually if it has a red tag on it it means it's on clearing it have a yellow tag on it it means it's extremely on clearance and deeply discounted. My favorite clear inspection to check out is always the makeup cosmetics hair stuff and girly things. You can always seem to find a good deal here and they always have the same brands of makeup that you'll find at Sephora or Ultra. You just got to be able to dig around and look hard enough. My second favorite selection in the store has to be the Home Goods they always have the neatest trendiest and hippest decorations for the home a great selection of comforters throws and rugs and a pretty good selection of kitchen items and Storage. As much as I love clothes I really hate going through the clothes here everything seems all mismatched and discombobulated the lines are tremendously long and they specifically Place fattening amazing chocolatey goodness of candies by the register so you buy them and for that I resent them for that. I went to this TJ Maxx for the first time in a few years. I was pretty impressed. It was still messy but it was cleaner than I remember. I bought some Anastasia Beverly Hills makeup here and there were about 8 palettes. I got the only one that did not look like it was touched or destroyed in anyway. I obviously don't blame the workers. It's the people that go there! Come on people! There is no need to touch and open every little thing! But overall, I found some other cute stuff there too. The line to checkout took a little long to get through but that's what happens when they're carefully wrapping the customer's glass items which I appreciate! read more

I actually like this TJ maxx maybe cause I was lucky and found a lot of cute stuff. Even my mom, aunt, and cousin was able to find things too. Everything I got fit me and was on sale. I must hit the jackpot the day I went. I bought a blue v-neck max dress and comfy heeled sandals by Dr. Scholls. My mom found a really nice black strech midi skirt and heeled flip flops. Went in for a black sweater and a duffle bag. Didn't end up finding a duffle that would work. Found a black sweater. Would have preferred it in a shorter length. When I asked if there were more somewhere shorter they said I don't know it would be out there. I didn't have a ton of time to look around. Usually T.J. Maxx is my favorite store at any location. However, I recently purchased face cream at this location that was grossly (almost) empty when I got home. So that they would know, and because I spent money on an empty product, I went to return it today. The associates said I couldn't return it empty (not my fault they sold an empty product!) and suggested that I open products to check them before purchasing. What? Shouldn't they check products before placing them on the shelves? This was a while ago, but I also purchased individually-wrapped health bars in a box that contained less than the number listed on the box. I did not return them, just figured someone was hungry while shopping. I'm purchasing unsealed products at T.J. Maxx again! I plan to drive to the other location from now on, too. read more

Bought a language from there ,after a week wanted to return it, Deborah who is coordinator there, claimed that it was used and did not take it back. She was very rude and abnoxious and displayed unprofessional behavior. She was getting louder and louder till I felt so uncomfortable and had to leave the store. I have shopped at the TJMAXX for years and have not seen such a disturbed act. I went to the other location and they returned the item for me. Deborah is showcasing hostility and should not be in direct contact with customers. She has not shown any compassion and customer service etiquette. She claimed that she is the manager when I asked for one. I will never go to that location again. read more

I was shopping and found an adorable dress. It was the last size large. I noticed a women (white female) following me around, another customer. She legit was stalking me! She told me to give her the dress if I decided against it. I headed to the fitting room, which she followed me there too! As I was trying on my dress I over heard her talking to the fitting room attendant (who was a black female). The customer said "I want that dress!" "Is she pregnant?" "That dress won't even look good on her!" As I walked out of the room she had nerve to ask me if ai was keeping the dress! I told her I was most definitely keeping it and that I wasn't pregnant! How rude! I'm not even a big girl! The store associate was rude too, as she was laughing and engaging in the conversation too. Even if the dress didn't fit me, I was gonna buy it anyway. You can always return it. I was not going to let that rude a** b*tch have it! The nerve of some people! Smh. read more
