This family dollar is the worst. It's always filthy. Isles cluttered with box's, garbage and stock items. The shelves are empty of high demand items all the time, way before Covid 19. The staff on all shifts are ratchet, rude and disrespectful. On 9/28/20 Manager telling her vulgar explicit sex story to the cashier on this occasion when I was in line. A week before that a male cashier was playing nasty vulgar cursing rap music at the register. With the N word and cursing. Unbelievable. Also on 9/28 the obnoxious manager let us folks in line know "she didn't give a F who didn't like how she was talking" the customer service here is non existent. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. The employees running this store are horribly unprofessional. As I was writing this review a friend of mines called me. I told her what I was doing and she said she complained to the (1-844-636-7687) corporate number and no one has responded to her concern. I did a survey and called. (I bet I won't get a response either) I'll never set foot in another family dollar. I work to hard for my money to patronize a business that doesn't care or respect their customers. read more
