This location is huge! I always get so lucky finding things here. I love that they have a really large selection. Went to see what they have and found a few large items that will fit perfect around the house. Checked out their rock/crystal selections and found a big geode. You need to stop in and see for yourself. I am pretty sure you will find something you need, and something you never knew you needed.

Be careful they sell empty boxes!

Rushed in during my lunch to make a quick purchase, and this is what I got for 16.99, really?!!. Now I'm calling the store and their phones are not working!

    Nice selection of jewelry

Really great finds here. Very impressed with the selection they have at this T J Maxx. This place is clean and well stocked. Customer service is also great.

Nothing against the employees or this establishment as a whole. I love Tj maxx, but this particular location has very picked over items.

It is a good place to shop. I like their handbags. All the time I could buy a designer's bags at discounted price.

I love T J Maxx particularly this store because it has a lot of selections for clothes and shoes with my petite size.

I was looking more for shoes at my recent visit, but didn't find a very good variety of suitable work shoes. For some reason, this shop has a lot of athletic shoes...like almost two aisles of them. So, at least I know where to come to for sneakers. Maybe it's just the season right now, but they didn't seem to have the full variety stock of things. Wasn't too impressed this time around, maybe I'll have to come back sometime to see what's new. Hopefully there's more things to find here. Parking was easy, lots of parking up front.

This time, I went…read morein with a strategy: I focused only on tops and shopped only the XS section, working my way through one rack at a time. In about an hour, I pulled around 18 pieces to try on and found several great additions to my summer wardrobe while staying within my budget. The only frustration was that many items in the XS section were mixed with M, L, and other sizes, making it a little harder to shop efficiently. The associates at the register were friendly and professional, and they listened when I shared feedback about the loud music in the fitting rooms. Overall, I'm glad I finally found a shopping method that works for me. What used to feel intimidating now feels manageable, and I left with some wonderful pieces for my summer wardrobe.

I was genuinely surprised to see this Nordstrom location has only a 3.4-star rating on Yelp, but…read moreafter my visit, I understand why. What disappointed me most wasn't that the staff appeared busy or understaffed--it was that many employees seemed busy talking to each other instead of acknowledging customers. Throughout my visit, I walked through multiple departments without a single greeting, smile, eye contact, or offer of assistance. Twice, I observed employees standing together on their phones or handheld devices, laughing and talking about how much work they had to do while customers were nearby. Being busy is understandable. Ignoring customers while socializing and openly complaining about your workload is not. One employee even walked directly in front of me, stopped to hang merchandise on a rack, making me wait, and then walked away without a single acknowledgment or "excuse me." It was a small interaction, but it summed up the overall experience. When I finally reached the checkout counter, the cashier asked whether I needed help and whether anyone had assisted me. I told her no. She simply entered her employee number and continued the transaction without any follow-up or acknowledgment that no one had helped me. She wasn't rude, but there was little eye contact or engagement, and I left feeling as though the goal was simply to finish the transaction and move me along. It made me question why I continue to shop at Nordstrom. If the merchandise selection is becoming more limited in store and the customer service no longer stands apart, what is the reason to choose Nordstrom over countless other retailers? For decades, Nordstrom built its reputation on two things: a thoughtfully curated selection and exceptional customer service. Merchandise trends come and go, but the service was always what differentiated the brand. Unfortunately, during this visit, neither lived up to that reputation. I don't expect employees to hover over customers, and I understand retail can be demanding. However, I do expect basic acknowledgment, professionalism, and the feeling that customers matter. That was entirely absent during my visit, and it was one of the most disappointing retail experiences I've had in a long time. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the culture I experienced does not reflect the Nordstrom brand that so many customers have come to expect.

The new mix of shopping, dining, and family-oriented offerings has made it an even better destination. I'm go to the Uniqlo and Shibuya LA all the time, which are fantastic additions for anyone looking for Japanese fashion, skincare, and cosmetics. Several existing retailers have also refreshed their spaces, including Coach and Lululemon, giving the mall a more modern feel. The outdoor plaza and children's play area are wonderful additions for families. It's a great place to relax while kids burn off some energy and the pet-friendly outdoor spaces make it even more inviting. The dining scene has also improved dramatically. With restaurants like Din Tai Fung, North Italia, Kalbi Social Club (KBBQ), The Melt, and Pacific Catch all within steps of the mall. There are plenty of excellent sit-down options for before or after shopping. The addition of LA Fitness and the new apartment complex will likely make this area even more vibrant and lively. Brea Mall has done an impressive job evolving into more than just a shopping center. It's revived the mall and become a true community destination where you can shop, dine, exercise, and spend the day with family and friends.

Whoa! It's been 9 years since my last review; time for an update!…read more This is one of the few malls that's still thriving. After Sears closed, they tore it down and are now building a nice outdoor retail/dining area with some decent restaurants. I'm not sure why apartments taking over a mall parking lot are such a big deal, and not sure I would want to live that close to a major mall, but I assume they make money. The one they do is take up parking. Which is my only complaint. Parking here can be a pain. Whatever you do, never park in the parking garage next to Nordstrom's when it's busy. The cars backed up on the street can be insane, and the guys with the flags to control traffic seem to be there only to help pedestrians cross the road. The last time I tried to park there, we ended up on the very top, which was also full, and only got a spot because someone left. Parking behind the men's/houseware Macy's store used to be great, but then they locked those doors. During the holiday, parking is already bad enough, but with this expanded area, it's only going to get worse. Inside the mall, I do love the mix of stores. The food court has just enough variety to make most people happy. It's also a great mall for walking, especially if you end up parking far enough away from an entrance to earn some extra steps.
