I'm very surprised with the negative reviews because I had an amazing experience at Alo Brea Mall. I came in on a weekday this week not expecting to purchase anything. I was a bit intimidated, and wasn't sure if my size would be available. I was greeted upon entry and started browsing. After a few minutes, Palmi came up to me and asked me if I needed any help. I was expecting standard customer service but to my surprise, Palmi went above and beyond with helping me find the right pieces and recommended items that were her personal favorites and as well as items that would work best with my fitness goals. She had a few girls help me as well with grabbing items. They arranged the fitting room for me and it honestly felt like a personalized styling appointment! She even grabbed me a pair of shoes and socks to try on to complete the look and get a feel for the clothes when I'd wear it. While I was in the fitting room, different sales associates came in to hand me new items to try on. Although there were a lot of different things pulled for me, I felt comfortable the entire time and didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy. Since gaining a lot of weight, I've been intimidated to go into clothing stores (especially ones fitness focused). However, Palmi and her team made me feel welcomed, and honestly was a great interaction in starting my fitness journey again. She made a great impact to my day and I truly had a wonderful experience. And even if it was naked why couldn't they put something else on anyway? Horrible how they can't do anything there. So she took my name and number and clipped to the jacket so the manager Ji would call me the next day. The next day came and I still hadn't received a call so I drove the 10 miles to the mall and told her I was there for the jacket. She already knew my name, so why hadn't she called me yet?? I told her that I've never been declined a sale, ever. It's like don't they want to sell clothes? Because of his friendly approach, I felt comfortable trying on items I normally wouldn't have considered. With Keith's help, I ended up building a beautiful summer vacation capsule wardrobe.
