I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. ​The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: ​The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. ​The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. ​The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. ​When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. No pressure tactics, simply a "good morning and welcome to Alo". A simple greeting means a great deal to me. The selection of men's and women's clothing will make all shoppers happy, as you can find trendy t-shirts, sweatpants, sweatshirts, hoodies, and much more. Every single employee greeted us and was extremely friendly while we shopped. In the end, we purchased a very nice, soft pink hoodie for our daughter as we walked out of the store, happy and satisfied.

Its nice for basic everyday wear, but once in a while you can find some super cute clothes that isn't too expensive either. The sales girls were very sweet and looked everywhere but it turns out they had sold out. The only one left was on the mannequin in the window. I asked to see that last one & if it was my size I'd purchase it. The sales girl said that they weren't allowed to take off anything from the mannequins, only the manager was able to, and of course she wasn't working that night. After going through a lot of going back & forth so I don't waste my time the sales girl finally made the call to let me try it on (YAY for this sales girl! They need to be empowered with simple decision making like this!) The jacket was a Small and it fit perfectly. She said they still couldn't sell it to me because they're not allowed to leave the mannequin naked. Ok, I get that but this one was wearing a dress already. And even if it was naked why couldn't they put something else on anyway? Horrible how they can't do anything there. So she took my name and number and clipped to the jacket so the manager Ji would call me the next day. The next day came and I still hadn't received a call so I drove the 10 miles to the mall and told her I was there for the jacket. She already knew my name, so why hadn't she called me yet?? I told her that I've never been declined a sale, ever. It's like don't they want to sell clothes? Why don't they empower the actual employees at the store to make obvious decision making, especially to make a sale. Ji just said that it's the store's policy... that truly doesn't make any sense. The value of clothes is good but I'm think twice before liking something in their window display. I will be writing the corporate office as well through their website. GREAT job to the employees for keeping inventory out and available for customers. Many items were marked down, which helps make shopping here a positive experience for customers by giving them more value for their buck. It took everything in my power to avoid the MAC counter lolol I'm such a MAC girlie lol Well, in the past I was. Now I opt for makeup that has some anti-aging qualities. I got lucky and found some sales going on for the holidays. Score! Great value! Service was great. I was in and out pretty fast considering it was Christmas time.

Crew. One can see the Ulta signs (both sides) from Imperial but J. Crew is a bit harder to see (unless it's dark and it's lighted up). A friend told me this week that she's shopped here a few times, and I was surprised to hear a J. Crew Factory store had opened up here. Most of the items in the store had a discount posted near them, but the deals also got better as one walks further and further into the store - especially in the back with the clearance section. Everything is neat and tidy. There were many sizes in stock, unless they were on a special sale with only a handful of items left in that style. There were employees throughout the store, restocking and tidying up items. The fitting rooms are in the back of the store. Checkout was fast and the employees are very kind and efficient. I was able to grab a few items for myself and a family member, at great deals. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. I will most definitely be returning in the future!
