Ugh the customer service here is HORRIBLE. I came here this afternoon for some office attire when I found Michael Kors slacks that had an MK tag listed as $10 and the TJ Maxx tag listing it as $34.99. My mom asked the nearest employee (Carmen P.) about the price discrepancy to which she drones on about "10 years in the biz and they always use the highest price"...whatever. We asked to speak with a manager and Randall M. whispers with Carmen P. and never even acknowledges the customers inquiring about the pants. We weren't the only ones that noticed. Carmen continues to pull every single MK tag off of the merchandise. I asked her if that was what she was doing to which she replies, "Yeah, that's what it looks like. Doesn't it?" RUDE B. She then starts pushing all their hangers around so I can't look through the shirts. I will never waste my time or money at another TJ Maxx. I'd rather pay regular price than deal with that trash. read more

It looks like a smaller version of Kohl's department store. They have more clothes than décor but the pricing is as good as kohl's. Sometimes it seems like they are messy but that's probably after they get busy and had a lot of sales. I walked in one time and couldn't believe how many shoppers there were. read more

I love the deals at TJ Maxx. I typically look forward to finding high end makeup items. The problem is that some customers are gross and open/ touch the make up. I have no clue where their hands have been and it is incredibly disgusting that someone would open and touch makeup and then just put it back on he shelf. This location is a little better than Marshall's down the street though. This TJ Maxx is good about securing high end cosmetics in the secure container so people ant open it. (But some products have been opened by rude customers.) I was able to find a Marc Jacobs eyeshadow palette for only $20 the other day! read more

I had never been to a TJ Maxx before and oh my goodness!! I am in love with this. I came because I was on the hunt for Michael Kors purse to match my boots and watch I had gotten for Christmas. Walked out with a purse, wallet and active wear on clearance from Calvin Klein made with down feathers yo keep you warm, Love it. They have a great selection of home decorations and even got my Coco a place mat for his bowls and doggie bags and hot the hubby something too. Their parking is big enough and there are plenty of stores near by, Nordstrom Rack across the street!!! And a Trader Joe's. Love here. Great bargains. read more

Someone has finally made a yelp page for this TJ Maxx! I like it here because it's decently big-- it is a clean place to shop, which I like because I hate it when things are scattered all over the place. It makes me not want to shop there as much. They have a good variety of things that come into stock, but the only problem that I have is that they don't have enough shoes in the shoe section for size 5.5-6 people like me. I always see the same shoes there and I am there quite frequently. I love the clothes that they have because it's trendy and on the cheaper side. You'll occasionally find designer items there which makes me really happy. They have everything from home stuff to lingerie and bags. I like that they have a decently sized jewelry section because not a lot of places have these but they also have betsey johnson items and bulova and movado too! I would definitely come here to get some cheap things that I need for my closet. It's a safe bet and most, MOST of the workers here are nice. There are some that say hi but don't really ask you if you need help which bothers me a little. read more

It is very hit or miss with this location. One month they have so much great stuff you kinda go nuts. The next month it is terrible. But I can say the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Cracking jokes and making you feel welcome. I would recommend this location. read more

I love this store! So many options and everything is a great price. I bought work out clothes and a vase and vase fillers and my total was under $20. Really nice staff too. The girl at the counter spent a lot of time carefully wrapping my vase to be sure it wouldn't break on the way home. Love this place! read more

Worst customer service!!!! I just left the store and had to return because the lady at the cash register forgot to bag several of my items.... she then proceeded to blame me, telling me I only took one of my bags from the top of the counter. I told her to review the video footage to show that she was wrong. She was extremely rude, she did not apologize, and she was just a nasty woman. No compensation no nothing for having to drive 35 minutes back to pick up my items that she did not give me. Not to mention when I went back my item still were not in a bag and they were on the floor. So much for having a happy shopping holiday experience today. Thanks for ruining that and making me run late. read more

The staff is always so helpful and willing to do whatever to make sure you're a happy costumer. One of my favorite locations

Don't bother shopping at this branch, the selection is far past last season, most of their skin care products have been opened then "resealed for security" and many of the shoes they sell are damaged in some way. The only reason I even shopped here was because my friend works there. Last week I had taken my sister-in-law, who just moved here from Argentina, to check out some dresses. As we made our way into the fitting rooms an elderly light haired woman eyed her suspiciously and gave us our numbers, I got 3 and she got 6 even though she only had 5 dresses. We didn't make anything of it because it seemed like an honest mistake. (or possibly a senior moment). I came out first and went to grab a larger size. When I returned to the fitting room area I saw my sister-in-law behind 2 other women returning their undesired clothes, they both handed their clothes and numbers in with with no further inquiry from the attendant. As she waited she placed 3 items in the cart and handed the other two to the elderly fitting room attendant along with her number. The woman took the clothes and the number and then yelled "excuse me, where is the rest of the clothes?" my sister-in-law pointed at the cart and the woman rudely shoved her aside to count the dresses, she counted three and looked at the other two in her hand, then turned to my sister-in-law and said "there's one missing." she tried to explain to the older woman that she only brought in 5 dresses and she had given her the wrong number. At this point there were about 10 other women in line watching my sister-in-law being humiliated so I intervened. I told the woman my sister-in-law is telling the truth but the woman didn't believe us. She kept looking at my sister-in-law with disgust, so I grabbed the cart and walked away followed by my sister-in-law. We paid for our stuff and left in shock.I have never expected anyone to be treated this way. I was completely embarrassed trying to explain to my mortified sister-in-law that this is not how most Americans are and apologizing for taking her to this store. I honestly don't know how this woman was hired when she clearly had some issues and maybe even racist views. I normally try not to judge people but the service from This woman was appalling and unacceptable and we will not be returning to this location. In the end my sister was treated like a theif and a criminal, in front of many onlookers, by none other than an indignant old woman on a power trip working a minimum wage retail job! read more

Nothing against the employees or this establishment as a whole. I love Tj maxx, but this particular location has very picked over items.

It is a good place to shop. I like their handbags. All the time I could buy a designer's bags at discounted price.

I love T J Maxx particularly this store because it has a lot of selections for clothes and shoes with my petite size. I bought 1 pair of shoes, dress pants and 2 tops for less than $100. Really happy with their selections. Definitely would come back here. read more

Went in Monday and was looking for gift for my boyfriend I had my niece with me. A sales lady name was putting something away when I asked her if she had a infant outfit that I love by I didn't see it in the size I needed . she was very rude and needs to change her attitude. She's like we don't have anything back there and there's no way to find out if another store has it. And walks away. Later I found out that she was the assistant manager wow she needs to be fired. I was help by other the same girl from jewelry she's always very helpful and always has a smile. She's amazing I hate that I forgot her name. She went to check the back room for me because they just got a shipment in, they didn't have any so she offered to call other store for me and she found it at the Anaheim hills. This is the kind of person that should be a manager not Marilyn. read more

Their is no great deals at to max. You can find purses and wallets cheaper at Macy's with a coupon. Every time I walk in, I end up walking out empty handed. The clothes are terrible selection. read more
