    Double beds Cofy room

The location is convenient to restaurants and shops and the rooms are elevated with cozy beds and comfy sheets! I like the Tuscan vibe of the room with the wood accents and small kitchen space. The bath had a great tub if you want to have a soak! Our room came with a complimentary bottle of wine and we enjoyed our stay! The downside is $50 for parking but what can ya do about that?

We had such a great time at the Tivoli Lodge in late September! It has that cozy, family-owned vibe that makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. Everyone who works there was so friendly and helpful. The hot tub was perfect for unwinding after exploring the area, and we all slept really well--those beds were comfy! Plus, the price was more than fair and you can't beat the location for getting to Vail. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful lodge with a very attentive staff‼ Fireplace and small kitchen in the room made our stay extra-ordinary. Highly recommended by both my wife and I.

After 12 hours of travel, returning to Tivoli Lodge was like a cozy blanket (& a fire, & scenery, & an amazing staff...) This is our second time at Tivoli. We were so enchanted by our first visit, we had to come back. Not only are you steps from a ski lift, smack in beautiful Vail, but the staff and the atmosphere bring the whole experience to another level.

On the plus side, Tivoli Lodge is in a really good location, just few minutes walk to the Vail Village on one side, and to the Betty Ford Botanical Gardens on the other side. It has a nice lobby with high ceilings, fireplace, and small bar open in the evenings, and good-sized jacuzzi in the back overlooking the mountains. They also have electric bikes to check out, and most rooms have a microwave and mini-fridge. On the negative side, the Lodge definitely needs some maintenance. Long story short: (1) the air conditioning in our room didn't work, despite having maintenance (Tony) come up twice, once time w/ Claudia from the front desk; (2) the jacuzzi didn't work - and that was one of the major selling points for us in selecting this hotel. It wasn't warm; they said it would be heated within 3 hours, but when we came back 3 hours later, it had a cover on it an "out of service" sign; (3) they charge both a "resort fee" of $20-40 and valet parking fee of $45, which really add up; and (4) when I was booking, their system switched the dates on me from the date I intended to book, to the date I booked it, so they claimed I was a "no-show" when I didn't show up that night, and charged me in full for that stay. They refused to refund the charge, even after I explained this to the manager (Oscar) and re-booked for my intended date. Definitely would not stay here again based on our experience.

Convenient location, easily walkable to vail village; Rica lift is located directly behind- so you can avoid the morning crowds of Eagle bahn and G One. The older valet guy is a Vail treasure- However the bell service did misplace $500 in cigars upon delivery of the luggage. Breakfast was mediocre. They do have daily access to DryLand which is a great perk.

Full walk in "angel head" shower! Beautiful tiled bathroom.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Tivoli on a cross country move pre-covid! We arrived late at night and the the front desk was extremely accommodating, helping my injured mother in the door, allowing us up front valet parking, and valeting our vehicle full of items we were moving. A large ornate wooden door greeted us as we entered our room. Room was a suite style with full kitchenette, small bar, balcony, and fireplace. We had the double room with two queen beds that were like sleeping on a cloud! It was just a quick 5 minute jaunt to Vail village where we grabbed dinner. A beautiful view of the mountain greeted us in the morning and our balcony was just over the small pool/jacuzzi. I wish I had more time at the hotel to check out amenities, but the hotel itself is just beautiful! I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the winter. Add this hotel to your bucket list!

Yes, it's always nice to have heated towels!

Sadly I didn't get a chance to use all the amenities, but I will say the staff and property are awesome. My experience was very nice and again, the staff from the point of the valet to the front desk to the bar was above and beyond. As for the room, I was in room 215 and it was very comfortable. You could not hear the rooms that neighbor on the side or above so silence was golden. The bed was comfortable and of course you have robes and plenty of space and lighting. Short walk to all of the hip places you can eat and drink, or if you just want to take a nice walk in the woods.

Awesome hotel. Definitely would stay here again. Great staff and friendly atmosphere. The room is clean and everything is in order. Bed is comfy, lots of towels to use. The heater is quite which I like a lot, it doesn't make noise when it comes on. The only thing is, our coffee maker makes a lot of noise but we ask for a new one. The breakfast is super good. $20.99 and they can make you omelette just like how you like it. You can also order food for kids, a la cart, less from the buffet $17.00. Overall, our experience in this hotel is awesome!! Meeting the owner of the hotel is a big plus!! Super nice older couple.

We especially loved the spa and the complimentary tea service, which was such a nice touch. The front desk associate who checked us in was very kind and welcoming, and the concierge was extremely helpful and friendly, which made our arrival and stay feel very smooth and stress-free. A few small notes about the room: even though it was very cold outside, the room stayed quite warm at night and we ended up sleeping with the door cracked every evening. The vanity plug-in mirror in our room didn't work, and on the first night we placed the "no maid service" sign on the door, but housekeeping still entered and cleaned the room while we were out. Dining and service were overall great. At Bully Ranch, the hostess wasn't the friendliest, but our server was wonderful and made up for it. The staff at The King's Club were fantastic -- our waitress was from Costa Rica and was absolutely lovely. The German mulled hot wine was delicious, and her recommendation of the Tequila Mockingbird was excellent. I was hoping for a true chai latte, but the one at Trefe Café tasted more like warm milk with cinnamon rather than a traditional chai. On the positive side, the valet and room service staff were amazing, and the spa team was incredibly kind and welcoming -- they truly made the experience special. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great amenities, a perfect location, and mostly excellent service. Just a few small details to improve, but we had a very enjoyable stay.

After the massage, I sat by the fire and enjoyed the peace and quiet. I stayed until about 2pm enjoying all of the spa amenities. They provide fruit infused water and teas. There is also an oxygen bar available for an additional cost. They do allow children under the age of 16, with adult supervision. There were a few kids in the pool so it's not an adult only area which is the only downfall.

There are different types of rooms in the hotel. Some are managed by Marriott and others by property managers. We booked a two bedroom unit through booking.com. I assumed it was through Marriott but we were in a Vail Resorts managed unit. The place was nice. Plenty of space for our group of 4 to spread out. The 3 full bathrooms in the unit were nice. Good kitchen with a good ice maker. Also, great wifi. Very comfortable bed. Steam shower in the master bedroom. Cookies in the evenings in the lobby. Super nice staff! Why doesn't this place get the 5th star? Well, I think it could be a bit clearer with who manages what. When I checked in I asked to put my bonvoy number on the reservation. Nope, can't do that unless you book a Marriott room. Also, no daily housekeeping. Not a huge deal but would have been nice. Also, $50 or $55 a night, I can't remember, to park your car. That's outrageous in my opinion. Hot tubs didn't seem to be at 104.

This saved us a bunch of money from having to go out to eat all of the time with 10 people. It was large enough for us to have breakfast and dinner all together in one of the suites. Worked out perfectly. We noticed that one of the remote controls was missing batteries, so we used the one from the living room and all went well. I was a little unclear about housekeeping as they gave me a flyer which I thought said I wouldn't get housekeeping, but I actually did. The one frustrating thing was trying to add a name to the reservation. At hotels, you can just call down to the front desk and get that taken care of. Here, I had to go to an owners portal (I'm not even an owner.... Just booked it direct on the Marriott website) and fill out a bunch of information about the guest, including their email address and address. It took them a long time to process, and I wasn't sure if the second person was going to end up having issues checking in. So, make sure you have all of your names right on the reservation to begin with! The shuttle was very quick both heading to Vail and leaving Vail. I was a little confused as to where to pick up the shuttle though at the hotel. I stayed in Evergreen and they said the shuttle would pick me up in front of the building, but I didn't know exactly where that was. It turns out that the front entrance is between the third and fourth floors of the hotel.

The hotel's listing claimed "luxurious mountain retreat", "elevated experience, "recent renovations" and showed beautiful photos, but my experience was nothing like what was advertised. We booked a 5-night stay for New Year's week to celebrate my birthday, paying $10,000 during peak pricing. We chose this hotel for its location over newer and less expensive options, only to be met with a room that was outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. Room Conditions: * Stained carpets and walls * Damaged headboard and cracked bathroom tiles * Moldy, peeling wallpaper and a musty, moldy smell in the bathroom * Dirty towels, scratched lamps, toothpaste spatter on the mirror, and stained sink and counters * A broken deadbolt on the door Service: The service was equally disappointing. At check-in, I immediately reported the room's condition, but the front desk staff refused to assist, telling me to speak to a manager the next morning. Over the next two days, I spoke with several staff members, including those claiming to be managers, yet nothing was resolved. I was told no other rooms were available, and they could not do anything. I asked to check out early and cancel my remaining days of my prepaid stay. They did agree but I am still waiting for refund. One manager, Bryanna, was especially rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to help. The staff seemed inexperienced and untrained, which I later learned was due to new management. Final Thoughts: This stay has been a nightmare. I've wasted days of my trip trying to resolve these issues with the hotel and Expedia, and I am still waiting for a refund for the unused nights. On top of that, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, with no alternatives offered. This hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and far from the luxury experience it advertises. Avoid it at all costs--it's not worth the money, the frustration, or the disappointment.
