My husband and I stayed at this Indigo hotel when skiing in Copper, and we loved it. Our King room was very spacious, and I liked the attention to details in the design, with interesting furniture, floors, art. I also enjoyed the Nespresso machine. It's so nice to be in a room that doesn't look like most of the corporate ones, bland and soulless. The free parking across the street is convenient, and the smores each day from 5pm to 7pm are a lovely touch. There is a restaurant on site, Kucu Bistro, which offers Southwestern cuisine. The atmosphere is pleasant, and if we didn't stay there for dinner, we enjoyed our drinks the bar. This boutique hotel is a great option for us when skiing in the area, and we plan on going back next time! read more

We're here as part of a tour. I should give them 1 star, for the room being too dark, you can see your own shadow, and you can't find what you're looking for inside your luggage. All the lights are 'cozy' and 'romantic', but we're here as tourists, and being married 51 years, we're probably as romantic, and sexier, as with LIGHTS. I should give 1 star negative, for the hand-help shower not working at all! Bonus for water, like we have in Oregon, for I didn't need conditioner on my hair, nor bottled water. (Testing how the Colorado water handles my hair. It past the test). Bonus for no drafts in our bedroom. Bonus for location in Italian restaurant, just across the street. I am subtracting 1 star, for NO MICROWAVE and NO FRIDGE in the room. Our breakfast comes with three choices of pancakes breakfast, bacon and egg breakfast and biscuit and gravy breakfast. (Same on the 2nd day). And a slice of fruit (watermelon). (They forgot the fruit on the 2nd day). They also have you wear a lanyard, to indicate you're a member of the hotel, which is OK and leave it when you leave. There are NO COFFEE available in the room. Tea yes. NO LUGGAGE racks! We're on the floor, facing the outdoor pit fire. There's a S'mores between 5 to 7pm. I keep hearing drum beating sound, like it's coming from next door, outside, or part of ringing in my ears. The manager Kathrine Goodman is a complete liar. Look at the footprints on the door--they are deep and clear. How can she call violent kicking 'knocking on the wrong door'? She twisted the truth by labeling a victim--who was defending his rights under Colorado Revised Statutes § 18-1-704.5 and demanding to call the police--as an 'aggressor,' while shamelessly describing the hoodie-wearing trespassers as 'victim teenager guests.' This is a total fabrication. She bullied real customer as a foreigner who didn't know local laws. After proactively offering IHG points as compensation, she later refused confirmed guests' second stay at check-in, and even called the police as a form of harassment, which severely disrupted travel plans. read more

Hugely disappointed in this hotel!! The photos looked great which is why we booked for a weekend, paying $1200 for 2 nights for the breakfast package. There are 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) but we were told the breakfast package only covers 2 people lol. The pool heater is broken, the restaurant floor was filthy, the silverware in the restaurant has dried chunks of food on them, I asked the server if there were gluten free options on the breakfast menu and there were and then she brings my breakfast with something on the plate that is not gluten free, I needed to ask the front desk something and waited and waited but they were all busy socializing in the back and I ended up giving up and leaving. The list of problems and frustrations is endless. Zero customer focus here. I will never come back to this hotel and I would never recommend it. It's a joke and outrageously expensive. read more

We are currently staying at Hotel Indigo in Silverthorne in a two-bedroom executive suite. We checked in on July 1 and were informed at check-in that our key cards would not work, so any time we want to access our room, we have to wait for a front desk staff member to escort us. When we asked about breakfast, we were told there was an issue and that breakfast would not be available at all. Once we got to our room, we discovered that the mechanical blackout blinds in the living room are stuck down, completely blocking the mountain view we paid extra for, while the blinds in the bedroom are stuck up and will not close. Additionally, the air conditioning is locked. We were told by the front desk that engineering would handle it, but instead, we were informed that if we want to adjust the temperature, we have to call the front desk every single time. I requested a call from the manager, but it has now been 48 hours and we have yet to hear anything. When it's 70 degrees outside, the room is unbearably hot, and when it drops to the 40s at night, it's freezing inside. As Diamond Hilton members, we had originally booked the Hampton Inn but switched to Hotel Indigo when this suite became available, thinking it would be a special stay for our family to enjoy time together. Unfortunately, this has turned out to be the biggest mistake we could have made. The lack of concern and care from both Hotel Indigo and IHG is truly disappointing. read more

This is my go to when traveling up the mountain. Always later check in for this trip after 5 That's a 14 hour day for me. I woke up to no bath towels at all at 5:15 am, so I went down to the desk and was there for about 20 minutes and no one to be found. I was not happy with all this delay. The gentleman at the desk got my towel very quickly. We had a fantastic experience. Stayed here for a girls trip I was out on. We arrived in town around 1 pm. Stopped and got lunch. But still had an hour to kill before check in. I called to see if it might be possible to check in early. The front desk guy checked and he said yes that would be fine. Google took us to the back side of the hotel, the entrance was on a side street across from the parking garage. Front desk was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. He gave suggestions for hikes and also chatted with us about cross country skiing which we were planning on doing. This location had a great location. Close to lots of stuff. There is not free breakfast. They were offering smores from i think 5-7 pm. It was not something we were interested in but thought that was a cool and unique thing they were doing. There was a restaurant down in the lobby area. They give you a tag to put in your car to park in the parking garage. There is not an extra charge for that. Rooms were modern with cozy beds. They had cozy looking robes available for use in the shower/bathroom. There was a TV in the room though we did not use it so not sure what was available to watch. There was also a small fridge. Front desk was again very helpful on our way out. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were in the area again. read more

A day before I checked out ,around 3 pm , me and my husband asked if we could have a late checkout at 1 pm which FD said it was fine. On my check out day at 12pm housekeeping came to kick us out saying they had our room for a different guest and was not notified about our late checkout.housekeeping was not very nice and asked us to leave an hour before our late checkout saying we need it to leave no matter what or that she was gonna called front desk about this "issue". First off not my problem. They guaranteed the late checkout. I AM staying till my late checkout. I am very upset. As a person that also works as a FD at a different hotel this is very unprofessional. Not letting housekeeping know about who's getting late checkout and just threat their guests like that? Very unprofessional and unacceptable. First and last time staying here. read more

Dur to 1-70 being closed down we needed to stop in Silver Thorne for the night. Googled places to stay and this place popped up. Very glad it did. The $130 fee was reasonable and we were pleased with the "Boutique" Hotel. Very clean and quiet. The furnishings were very unique and refreshing. Parking was convenient. The only bad thing was that they didn't serve a breakfast of any kind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat as we make the trip from SW Utah to Denver and beyond to Nebraska several times a year. read more

The entrance was a little hard to find. It's actually behind the main road, so you need to turn onto a side street and then that back road it's on. It's right across from the parking garage and I got a really close spot. No issues leaving my car in their entry circle while I brought my luggage to the room. March 2022 - STAY AWAY. We are not difficult or demanding people. I never leave reviews, and a laundry list of complaints on social media isn't my style, but I can't find anyone at corporate to hear my concerns. This hotel is awful. If you want to step into the lobby and snap some shots for The 'Gram, have at it. Do that and then walk out. If you want to stay at a hotel with an expectation of a luggage cart upon check in for all your ski gear, housekeeping more than once in 6 days or the most basic of amenities (daily coffee with sugar/cream, fresh towels, non-freezing pool), then steer clear. Staff was friendly enough when you could find them. We saw many staff simply standing around and chatting. There was a sign that said "request housekeeping." Upon check in, I did just that; I requested daily housekeeping. Everyday thereafter, I requested housekeeping. I had to do so from my cell phone, since the in room phone was decorative only. Our room was serviced once in six days - and only because my husband ran into someone in the hallway. We had to go to the pool and grab some pool towels to use. On the last day, housekeeping entered our room without a knock and got a fantastic view of my 11 year old's post-shower towel-off. Good thing she's cute, I guess. Other issues - no TV/cable service; no ability to charge a coffee purchased at the attached restaurant to the room; strange lighting - glaring in some places, non existent in others. I hate to be so negative, but this place was a disaster at every turn. read more

TL;DR: Great hotel with excellent amenities and walkable eating options My son and I stayed at the Hotel Indigo over Spring Break in March. Despite being at 80% occupancy, it was extremely quiet and well kept. I was concerned about the reviews I'd seen when the place just opened, but all seemed in order for us. There was one charge pending for the room due to booking.com and IHG's systems not talking (the reservation was paid, but IHG held a charge on us until checkout). The desk staff was very understanding and walked through it patiently with me until I was satisfied. Furnishings and amenities were very clean, very new. While there were only four Nespresso pods in the room, we were able to get more at the desk. The staff was working hard (and long hours for some) but with great attitudes. The Kucu Bar and Grill is accessible from the lobby and is a great bar. They open early, so you can get coffee from them and stay open late. The Bluebird Market is right next door and offers several great (and cheap for Silverthorne!) options for food. Great space with an arcade upstairs for the kids and a bar and espresso bar (depending on time of day) in the center of the main room. Overall, great stay! We'll come back to stay here as it's close to Keystone, easy on/off I-70 to get to Breck/Vail and with plenty around it to make walking easy. Plus parking in the garage next door is free with stay! read more

Feb 2022 - This is a brand new hotel. I didn't find many photos or info online at all but took a chance. Myself and a girlfriend booked a last minute snowboarding trip and almost everything was booked up. We had the option of paying $1,000/night at a fancy place or $200 at a basic hole in the wall not even close to the resorts. $500/night is steep but height of the season and Friday and Saturday night it is what it is. Overall we were very impressed with the accommodations and they should really post more photos cuz it's really cute. The beds are super comfy, soft sheets, lots of fluffy pillows, beautiful bathroom with a Delta rain shower head and lots of towels. The decor is super cute and perfect for the area. Aveda bath products. The parking garage elevator wasn't working so we parked on the 2nd floor and had to lug our snowboards down the stairs. There's a tiny refreshment area for purchase down stairs which is convenient but also a liquor store across the street. There is NO jacuzzi on the property which is really too bad, maybe it's in the plans. Guests were super loud on Saturday night which sucked cuz we had to wake up early to ride the next day before catching our flight. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room but no sugar or cream and only 2 coffee pods. House cleaning did not come. I guess you have to ask for it. We didn't need it, just mentioning. Overall I give a four cuz it's cute with potential and close to the resorts. Pricey for no jacuzzi, no sugar for my coffee and loud neighbors. read more

This will be a nice place to stay, just not yet. The hotel is beautiful, has a large parking garage, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. However, after checking in I discovered the hotel did not have local or cable television. Only Roku TV was available. This may be okay for a night, but not a week. Hotel Indigo in Silverthorne was absolutely beautiful. The design and attention to detail of the decor is immaculate. My boyfriend and I had a 8 hour drive and this was such a nice refresher and slice of heaven to arrive at. The place was incredibly clean and very affordable. The staff, Ashley, in particular was very kind and friendly. The restaurant /bar attached to the hotel is very convenient and serves a delicious breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here any time! read more
