Cuuuute little town!! Loved the hotel great view of the mountains (: will be back !!!!

Wonderful experience staying here! The location was easy to locate and conveniently located across the street from a surgical center/hospital. Check in was a breeze as the team reached out ahead of our arrival to confirm when we'd get there. With their app I could even store my room key for a digital entry (sans physical key card). How good! The exterior parking lot is small tho they do offer underground parking. The fee to park per night was $15 - which was a non negotiable since I was there with someone for their surgery. The room was spacious and very clean. Restroom/shower were also easily accessible. We had a small kitchenette with everything we needed to enjoy a snack or little meal prepared in the room. The fridge was spacious and we were able to stock up on fresh and nutritious bites at the nearby city market. Breakfast buffet was awesome and available for a few hours. While I usually opted for the oatmeal and fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs they offered so much more. DIY breakfast burritos with sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese and various salsas. Not to mention toast, bagels, cereals, yogurt, coffee, juice, tea, etc. With your key card/digital access card you can enjoy their gym. Sparkling and clean with various cardio and weight equipment. I went down very early in the morning and someone was already there getting their sweat on. The hotel also has wheel chairs for use on site. Super helpful to get someone in the elevator and back up to the room after surgery. Overall great stay & interactions with staff who went above and beyond to make sure we're were comfortable and had everything we needed. Homewood Suites welcomed my mother in law for one day. They were very accommodating as she was insisting to be on the first floor. The Suite was modern, clean and functional kitchenette . She also enjoyed a copious free breakfast. You can all enjoy access to the Hilton's benefits such as Digital Check-In and Digital Key, using Points, exclusive discounts and free Wi-Fi. Overall great customer service, killer views, and great location! I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms are big and beautiful. It was very clean. I love that they have a parking garage for guests. The breakfast in the am was alright. Only tip I would give is ask for extra pillows, the ones provided are very very flat. read more

My family of four came here for four nights. I ended up booking two rooms as they only had king size beds available when I booked a few months earlier. The front desk staff is excellent. I used the digital check-in the night before and found two rooms on the fourth floor that looked large without an upgrade charge. It has been very quiet and peaceful in our rooms at night after a day of skiing. The free breakfast has long hours of 6 am-10 am and even had make your own breakfast burritos which I have never seen anywhere. I have used the fitness center and only one other person was there around 6 am. I also went to the hot tub with my son which had a pretty view. The parking is $15 unless you are Hilton Diamond, so that is the one drawback I want to mention since we did not have Diamond status this year. They do have indoor parking but you need to get a pass and physical room key to enter. So I guess if it snowy, it would save you time cleaning your car. There is a warning sign of a $250 fine if you don't have a parking pass, so I would get one first thing when you check-in. I also would encourage them to upgrade their pillows which are soft and deflate. The front desk did send two more firmer pillows when I asked. I would definitely come back with the family! read more

Nice stay at this place. Shoutout to Debbie at front desk for being super kind, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. All that plus a very pleasant personality!! Rooms are nice & spacious and well appointed. Nice pool, good breakfast, good laundry facilities. Overall, very good facility. It's just that the town of Keystone/Dillon is a bit overrun with population. Yikes!!! Way too many ppl everywhere you go. Reminds me of Vegas - especially with the price gouging of tourists! read more

Stayed here one night and the hotel is very nice. It must be new. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The free breakfast was good but it was packed when we went. The ladies at the front desk were hilarious and fun to talk to while checking in. I don't get upgraded for being a diamond member but the place was booked solid. The views from the rooftop were very nice and the windows open to let in a little fresh mountain air. Definitely would stay here again. read more

We stayed here with a family of 5 and our pup for a little fall getaway. We were able to check in early and enjoy the indoor pool until the weekday afternoon social/happy hour. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It is close to Lake dillion and amphitheater. We were able to walk down the the lake and park for the kids to play. Breakfast was included every morning with the normal hotel continental breakfasts. Waffle station, breads, oatmeal, cereal and some sort of egg, meat and potato dishes. The food was fresh and hot and the dining area was very clean. It is about a 20 min drive to breckenridge so it's perfect for a nice day trip. We'll definitely be back to stay. read more

Just returned from a two day stay for a little R&R. There were a few things that really got under my skin, but it doesn't take away from the fact that they are still at least 4 to 5 stars. Hotel is just about two years old so everything is brand new. Took lots of pictures so you really get the feel. Let's start with the good. Rooms are awesome! Even the studio is super spacious (we got the one bedroom). TVs are huge with lots of selections. The basic free WIFI works just fine. The free breakfast is well above average and it starts at 6:30am! Nice! Now for a few caveats. Parking! This one is my fault, but you pay $15 a day regardless if you park in the heated parking garage or the outside lot. I didn't read the fine print, so park in the heated garage as you will pay anyway. Hot tub and swimming pool, they sure like to clean it, so closed one out of my two-day visit. I did finally get to enjoy my red solo cup cocktail in the hot tub on day two. Okay, this one is kind of one off, but the toilet paper is the worst! Sandpaper!! LOL. Yes, I went to the City Market across the street for some Charmin and a few other staple items. Lastly, if you do stay for more than one night and want maid service, it will be late in the day. Like 4pm, as they service the rooms for the that departed guests first. Frustrating, but makes sense though. Other than that, excellent hotel, awesome staff, extremely clean and fantastic breakfast. I would say, hands down the best hotel in Dillon. read more

This was our second time staying here during a recent ski trip. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The fitness room is also big and has a good selection of equipment. Also love parking in the underground garage as you dont have to scrape your car off after it snowing! read more

Very clean, easy no-contact check in and check out, room was spacious and great. The bed was a little uncomfortable but I imagine it was because it was new! Heated parking around the back corner will be great for ski season folks. The VUE was great my first night but was closed the rest of the time there for private events and really was the only good food in the general location. About a ten minute drive to other places. Wish there was a way to do take out orders when closed for private events. read more

I've been so excited about the new Homewood Suites opening in Dillon CO, and my stay was exactly as expected! The property is beautiful- great views of Dillon Lake & the mountains all around. Maybe the best part is the covered heated parking garage- so nice on a single digit winter morning! Very worth the $12-15/night :) the staff was great, Mary was so welcoming & told us about the history of the property (an older woman who owns the property had a vision for a hotel with Lake Dillon views, and this is it!). It took more months to open than they anticipated (our reservation was canceled 3x because the opening date was postponed)... but we were stoked to come here this weekend & it was worth the wait :) Did I mention the wonderful hot tub outside too?! I love newer Homewood Suites because the rooms are spacious, and this one was awesome.. very well decorated & stocked with everything you need in a long stay at a hotel. The bed was kinda hard but that's expected in a new hotel. The daily breakfast was great, very utilized by the guests so they had a harder time keeping the drinks & hot food stocked! Such a great variety of options though. All in all, I'm super excited for this new property in Dillon, as it gives you great amenities when in Frisco/Dillon. Can't wait to come back in spring to bike around Lake Dillon & stay here to relax after! read more

This hotel quality has gone down significantly since it opened. Parking is a mess and costs $15 more than any other hotel in the area. Breakfast quality declined significantly. This past stay they didn't even have butter. Room are bigger but many have awkward layouts. Only plus is they have a small two burner stove. However pans provided are too big to fit properly so can only use one at a time. read more

We had a wonderful stay here. It is a top level Hilton property. The rooms were clean and had every amenity we needed. A full breakfast was included. The location is in easy walking distance to the lake, playground, and amphitheater. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub which were clean and the perfect temperatures. Finally, the restaurant, The Vue, which is on the top floor was delicious and has friendly staff. read more

This Homewood Suites location had very spacious rooms and awesome front desk staff. The breakfast was delicious but due to the influx of breakfast goers the food kept diminishing. However the breakfast staff were working extremely hard to restock so it was no fault on them at all. Overall this is your best best for a hotel near 70 and all of the recreation spots nearby! read more

Double check your charges after you stay here. I have been double charged and I have not been able to talk to anyone that is willing to help. The location is great, rooms are ok but management at this location do not seem professional and are not interested in customer service. I expect alot more from a large corporation. We stayed here from Thursday- Sunday. Very clean, friendly staff, great hot breakfast included, loved the rooftop restaurant, loved the pool and hot tub, great kitchen included in room and awesome walk to the lake, great nearby restaurants, rooms were very quite and dog friendly! One star for the Hispanic male receptionist that worked on the 17th with a Hawaiian tshirt on the most RUDE person I've EVER met in my life he was flirting with the woman before me and took over 10 mins chatting with her then his entire attitude changed when I asked him a couple questions after a 10 hour drive HE IS NOT who you want to interact with he should not work in customer service if he mistreats you based off thinking he can score with you or not. read more

We had a great stay. We were in town for a wedding and the staff was EXCELLENT. The room was perfect. We had dinner at the Vue restaurant one night and the food was very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to be staying in the area. read more

Glad we decided to stay here! Very nice, new, and clean hotel. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. They couldn't accommodate an early check-in, but did allow us to check out well past the regular 11am time since I-70 was closed. The 1-bedroom suite with 2 queen beds was large, clean, and modern. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with kids. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub are great amenities. Not a huge pool, but enough to have fun. The hot tub got busy in the evening. Breakfast was a typical Hilton buffet with some hot items (pre-made breakfast sandwiches, potatoes, oatmeal, and DIY waffles), continental items (cereal, bagels, and breads), coffee and juice. The breakfast area was packed when we ate at 8:30 am and we had to wait for a table to open up to sit down. The hotel also offers a heated parking garage that costs $15 per night. We did not try the hotel restaurant (the VUE). The hotel location is in a good location, close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend. read more

I was very glad to have booked this place! Rooms are great and location was perfect, but the best was the customer service. Hands down the most friendly and helpful people I have met. They made you feel welcome. I had a total of four rooms for family. Check in was easy and actually fun. We had one dog whining complaint which was handled beautifully by front desk( we weren't made to feel like villains). One lost key- security measures taken appropriately before they released another one. I have to thank Mary, Erin, Jebbi, ( and I apologize- don't have name) another gal who checked us in on first night ( you know who you are) for a great stay!! Hilton needs to keep you.
