How good! The exterior parking lot is small tho they do offer underground parking. The fee to park per night was $15 - which was a non negotiable since I was there with someone for their surgery. The room was spacious and very clean. Restroom/shower were also easily accessible. We had a small kitchenette with everything we needed to enjoy a snack or little meal prepared in the room. The fridge was spacious and we were able to stock up on fresh and nutritious bites at the nearby city market. Breakfast buffet was awesome and available for a few hours. While I usually opted for the oatmeal and fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs they offered so much more. DIY breakfast burritos with sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese and various salsas. Not to mention toast, bagels, cereals, yogurt, coffee, juice, tea, etc. With your key card/digital access card you can enjoy their gym. Sparkling and clean with various cardio and weight equipment. I went down very early in the morning and someone was already there getting their sweat on. The hotel also has wheel chairs for use on site. Super helpful to get someone in the elevator and back up to the room after surgery. Overall great stay & interactions with staff who went above and beyond to make sure we're were comfortable and had everything we needed. Look forward to staying again and trying out their restaurant.

This is a nice Hilton hotel...and our room looked stellar (can't believe I didn't take pictures of the room!). It was very modern, and possibly twice the size of a typical Courtyard Marriott room...very spacious! Also, the view from our room was awesome. We had direct view of the mountain and the ski lifts...and my husband simply had to walk across the street to ski each day (I don't ski). That said, there were MANY things that were just off. For starters, the room temperature was rather hot...so much so that I had a hard time sleeping! Their thermostat wouldn't go lower than 68, for one. You'd think that in a snowy winter, the rooms would be cool...but not really. It was warm...especially at nights. Also, the showerhead was very weak, and there was no coffee machine...but instead, an espresso machine. Otherwise, the room and bath amenities were really good. Maid service was terrible! On the day we took off the "Do Not Disturb " sign (meaning, YES we want service!), it was so difficult to get service at the right time. The room attendants knocked on the door 2 times in the morning...even AFTER I told them to come clean the room after 11:30 am! Then, when we returned to the room at around 4 pm, the room wasn't even cleaned. I had to request room service then AGAIN...and had to wait out in their lobby area. When I returned to the room, there were scattered mess (pieces of paper??) on the floor that they didn't pick up! Their complimentary shuttle service was totally unreliable! When I was out and about in Breckenridge, I gave up on waiting on their shuttle. Just did NOT arrive every 20 minutes as indicated! I basically gave up on their shuttle service after Day 1. On Wednesday night (2/11th), we had a dinner reservation at 5:45 pm...so we came down to wait for the shuttle 30 minutes prior. The driver didn't show up until 6 pm!! Then the driver went inside the hotel (bathroom break?!?) for another 10 minutes! We nearly missed our dinner...luckily, we called and they agreed to wait for us. Also, hate to say it, but this bus driver had a horrible BO. Topping all this off, he dropped us off at the wrong stop...seemingly purposefully. OMFG!!! Even their valet service was unreliable. On the day we were headed to Vail, one of the valet attendant forgot to put my husband's ski gear in our rented car...so we had to drive back to get it. It costed us at least 1 hour of our day in Vail. We were furious!!! Then the added fees-charges. They charge you $50 per day for valet parking (no regular parking)! We found this very offputting. Then, on top of this, they charged you $60 resort fee per day!! As nice as this hotel was, there were just way too many things wrong! I'm still thinking about calling the Manager to get a partial refund (at the very least) for our overpriced valet/resort fees...given how unhospital their services were! In short, I do NOT recommend this place! Surely, there are better hotels/resorts with more reliable services in Breckenridge.

Having to go downstairs to the one shared microwave for the whole building is a bit of a hassle. Also my TV doesn't work very well. When I first turned it on it was super glitchy. Then it worked for a bit, and now the screen is just black. The room lighting could be better. It's really hard to see in the closet at night because there's no light over there. I really like the outdoor hot tubs though! There's ample parking but it's not free. Also no free coffee or breakfast in the lobby, but there's coffee in the room. Great access to Copper Mountain is the main draw

However, I want to update my review after finally staying at the property this past weekend--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I want to give a special shoutout to Adriana at the front desk, who went above and beyond when I wasn't feeling well due to the altitude. She calmed me down and explained what I was experiencing, gave me helpful suggestions on where I could get oxygen nearby, and most importantly I felt like she genuinely cared. The next day, she even followed up with me to see how I was feeling. That level of kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference. The hotel itself was very clean, and while there were a few minor cosmetic issues in the room (just normal wear and tear), nothing affected the quality of my stay or would keep me from coming back. It's clear that things have improved significantly since my original interaction. I really appreciate that, and I'm happy to give this hotel the 5 stars it now deserves.

My recent stay at Tivoli Lodge in Vail was unacceptable and far below the standards one expects from a property of this reputation and location. We checked in after a winter storm and were assigned room 403 on the fourth floor. The room was freezing, with a heating unit that did not function properly. After contacting the front desk, maintenance briefly attended to the issue, but the problem was not resolved. During the first night, the heat became excessive and uncontrollable. With a new and inexperienced front desk attendant on duty, and the likelihood that no maintenance staff would be available, we were forced to open the balcony door in winter conditions simply to make the room tolerable. During that same night, water began dripping/leaking from the ceiling. The following day, after returning from breakfast, the room had again become excessively hot. The thermostat still did not function. Maintenance was sent once more and noted they repaired it, but within minutes, significant water dripping leakage developed not just a minor drip, but a steady and concerning flow from the ceiling and wall framing in both the entry and bathroom areas. Our carpets were drenched our sock wet At that point, we had no choice but to demand a room change and were moved to room 405, , which was a much larger and nicer room. While the heating system there functioned properly, it still presented issues, including a broken closet handle another clear sign of poor upkeep. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. Housekeeping staff pressured us by their immediate presence to vacate quickly so the room could be reset, despite the hotel being nearly empty. This was unnecessary and inconsiderate. Shortly thereafter, a staff member returned and knocked aggressively on our door over a forgotten item. The manner was inappropriate and unprofessional. Although there were moments of professionalism particularly a mature front desk associate with a Caribbean accent who was pleasant, friendly, and helpful I would also like to recognize her more fully. She stood out as someone who was genuinely trying her best to be kind, attentive, and helpful under difficult circumstances. Her demeanor, patience, and willingness to assist were appreciated and reflected the level of service the hotel should consistently strive to provide. Unfortunately, the overall experience still reflected a lack of coordination, training, and accountability. In contrast, a late evening desk clerk was unable to provide even basic assistance in locating open dining options, citing unfamiliarity with the area. I understand that between-season periods can present operational challenges. However, if the resort is open, it should be fully prepared to serve and satisfy the guests it chooses to accommodate especially when occupancy is so low. We did not create these problems the hotel did. Yet at no point did we receive a strong or meaningful apology, nor any gesture to help ameliorate the situation. Both are not only appropriate but expected under these circumstances. As a result of these ongoing issues, we made the decision to leave on Thursday instead of Friday, as we felt it was simply not worth extending our stay to the schedule day. This only compounded our disappointment it was a choice we made based on our experience. I would also strongly suggest that management exercise better judgment when the hotel is operating at very low occupancy. In such circumstances, guests should be proactively upgraded to the best available rooms rather than being assigned rooms with known or even obvious deficiencies. This experience reflects poorly on the management of Tivoli Lodge. A property that is largely empty has no excuse for assigning a defective room, failing to resolve repeated maintenance issues, and handling guest disruptions so poorly. Tivoli Lodge is a beautiful property with a great location, but this was a sad and disappointing experience. PD ...I would also like to note a truly positive experience during our stay at The Little Diner, a Vail institution well known for its accolades in both service and quality of food, delivered an outstanding breakfast experience. Hmmm...?? the condo was ok, bath tub wouldn't hold water, and hot water took time to arrive, but ground floor meant right there by the hot tubs and early morning maintenance guys going back and forth. Privacy was not too amenable. (2) Today, days after checking out, I saw on my credit card an additional $95 from Breck Reservations. I called the resort. This was for "amenities fees". Not disclosed when room was booked or included in our full prepayment. Felt like a parlor trick. Won't be going back.

The hotel is located just outside of Vail Village with a shuttle that runs to the village every 15 minutes. It has a beautiful Pool area (one of the best Pools in Colorado - that is heated perfectly even for cold days). They also have couple of very good restaurants on site including a Michelin star Japanese restaurant. We have been to Vail a few times and stayed at several resorts but this one definitely tops most if not all of them. We will be back.

I told him I would smoke in the car and he agreed that was fine. We did just that and even walked by him on the way in, no problem.. Then in the night he tried to call the cops on us for SMELLING like weed after smoking in the car hours earlier when he saw us. Falsely claiming we were smoking in the room, even though he refused to go in the room to smell it. He tried to charge us $250 for smoke damage fees for absolutely no reason other than having the slight smell on us. Very rude and terrible staff, to say the least. Not worth the money and drama.
