Great little hotel at a great price, clean and quaint, perfect after a long day on the slopes. We will definitely use them again.

Tasteful decor and clear signage welcome you to relax, enjoy their afternoon wine and tapas or schedule a massage. It's very clean and appointed nicely. Touted as the ONLY Inn within the United States which roasts its own imported coffee beans, I can attest to the deliciousness of these beans. My favorite was the Brazilian Light Roast as it was smooth and rich. One can grab a mug and have hot coffee or tea or any of their multiple beverage selections for a small fee. As it's currently winter, the indoor spaces have warm fireplaces and cozy chairs and tables to relax by. One can borrow a DVD for their room or exercise in the basement activity room. Our room was extraordinarily cozy with an amazing and comfortable king size bed with fresh bedding as well as a little electric fireplace and lots of lighting options. A white noise machine was made available as were fans and robes and bathroom amenities. I really enjoyed not having to carry around a key in my pocket or even a rfid card as the rooms have codes on the electronic locks. Very intelligent design. The kitchen offers a plethora of delicious items included with our reservation as well as food for purchase and every morning one can choose a hot meal prepared however you like as well as hot oatmeal, various cereals and yogurts and fresh fruits. It's quite delightful and convenient. The owner Bruce and his staff are always available to satisfy your every need and make sure you're comfortable. I give high praise for this elegant and well run facility and would love to one day own and run a place just like this!

Customer Service The front desk ladies were the highlight of the stay. They were extremely helpful and professional; when I reported an issue with my first room, they handled a room change immediately. The service here is truly top-tier. Cleanliness This was the most disappointing part of the stay. My first room had hair from a previous guest (both head and body hair) all over the shower floor. Plus, the microwave area on the third floor was dirty with food debris on the counters and floor. For a hotel at this price point, I expected a much higher standard of hygiene. The Mountain View from the hotel is absolutely stunning and definitely a major perk. If you love the outdoors, this is a great hub. Hiking: There are plenty of great trails nearby. Proximity: The town is only a 2-3 minute drive away, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Amenities: The hotel has a nice outdoor fire pit and hot tub to enjoy the mountain air. Oh and they have an oxygen bar. Microwaves: The 3rd-floor microwave did not heat at all. I had to use the one on the 2nd floor, which worked perfectly. Parking: It is $10/day, and you must place the physical pass in your car after checking in. Fees/Food: There is a $60 incidental deposit (refundable). Note that breakfast is not included, so you'll want to bring your own food or head into town. Environment: There was a strange smell in the hallway near the elevators. Overall While the views are breathtaking and the staff is great, the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms and common areas was a major letdown for me.

What an INCREDIBLE little bed and breakfast!!!…read more I have been to every inn (hotel) on Main Street, and Frisco lodge is by far the best Pleasant courtyard- beautifully landscaped, cool train track, fireplace, hot tub!, rock water fountain, fairy lights.. very very relaxing and fun ambiance Awesome room (17) Ample parking On Main Street- concert outside in august and you walk right out and are there. Central location to all things Main Street and buses for getting around. AMAZING breakfast!! A private bathroom in the room and a small kitchenette. We asked about the rooms when we got there. The site was confusing. We thought it was a shared bathroom for everyone. That's not the case. Most rooms have their own bathroom. The staff is very personable and helpful for local tips. The breakfast was very good. They cook a hot breakfast to order. Our first morning there, we had a hiccup and I think we were forgotten about after we ordered food. We waited an hour and finally left. We were so late getting on the mountain. We didn't get our first run til 11. Other than that one issue, everything has been great and the breakfast the following two mornings came out within mins. I think it was an honest mistake but we all just brushed it off. Thank you, Claire for your hospitality. You made our home away from home very comfortable. I had to write a review. This was so worth it. I looked at the reviews before we came to see how the beds are. The mattress is comfortable in the room we had. I didn't wake up feeling like I was hit by a bus. They have an entire dvd collection that we put to good use. The town is very cute and great food locally. There is a bus that will shuttle you to copper and breck. The hot tub fits about 6 in there. Very nice to have after a day of boarding. Thank you Frisco Lodge. We will definitely be bs

Which felt comfortable at first, but was not ideal at providing good back support for me. Plenty of outlets for the nightstands. The lobby was a nice shared space. The parking is absolutely necessary because the City of Frisco doesn't allow parking on the street between certain hours. The Free Summit County Bus stop is just a couple blocks away and will get you to Breckenridge & Silverthorne. There are lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping within blocks of the Hotel Frisco. I love that you can book the specific room you will be staying in. There aren't generic photos and descriptions of a room you "may" get. You're looking at the pics of the exact room you will be in. And, you get a code in advance to access the outer door and your room. So, you can have a truly contactless check in and check out experience if you so desire. The rooms are exactly what you'd expect from a historic hotel. Our tub/toilet was separate from the bedroom. The vanity/sink were in the bedroom. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. And, there were heating and air conditioning devices. Our king room had a sliding glass door leading to a shared patio space. Our bed was a bit too soft for us and had a sag in the middle, like maybe the slats needed to be adjusted. The lobby is super cool, like a ski lodge. There are tables and seating on two levels, one lofted over the main lobby. Coffee and snacks are available in the lobby 24hrs a day. There is a happy hour in the afternoon that includes a free drink for those staying at the hotel.

That would just be lame and a waste of time. The Grand Hotel is great for the price. The bathroom in our unit was extremely clean and spotless. The bed was alright. It definitely doesn't scream Marriott by any means but it was decent. The only negative was our view just happened to be a back parking lot so throughout the night we would hear cars come and go. Otherwise our stay was decent. The front desk let me borrow a USB charger that I returned the next morning. They were welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Super polite and down to earth. Unfortunately, a hotel of this price category will attract some unwanted guests too so prepare yourself for kids running and screaming down the hall. haha. I'd give it a go. its certainly worth it.
