this is a wonderful RV resort with beautiful RV campsites, which are very well maintained One issue they could use more trash cans around the premises and we had just left this here January 30, 2025 and there's ice going through the gates coming and going and nobody had put anything down!!! Vehicles were sliding all over for the past three days! but other than that - beautiful RV resort with nice little cabins you could rent and there's even some properties that were for sale but very well maintained The sites were huge the nice pull through and you could pick from standard flow through and deluxe which they were very nice! We just left Tiger Run and had a great week in one of the club rv spaces. The rv space was lovely and the grounds were beautiful. There were a lot of activities for all to get involved in like pickle ball, tennis, swimming, and a great game room. The biggest issue I had was the restroom situation. They smelled extremely musty and moldy. They seemed clean enough but that smell would take your breath away. Also the clubhouse was locked from 10pm to 8 am so you couldn't use the restrooms or do a late night load of laundry. There are so many activities in the area it makes Tiger Run a perfect place for a family get away. I might warn you to lock up your bikes. We had one bicycle stolen while we were there. read more

Seriously a joke and the staff is arrogant and RUDE! No teardrops....and they literally screen you to make sure you are qualified to stay there?! First they told me my trailer wasnt long enough. Then they disqualified us for having a teardrop. Definitely not what we are used to in Breckenridge where we usually find the nicest folks on the planet?! Maybe they could fix their website so we wouldnt have wasted our time. Good riddance...you can have to snooty country club attitude all to yourself. Looks nice... but we were not allowed to camp there because our RV is over 20 years old. Seriously. I had to send PHOTOS of our RV, and after they were reviewed, it was decided that we don't meet their "standards." I confirmed with the representative that we aren't allowed to camp there because aesthetically, our camper doesn't look new enough. While not new, our camper is in great shape. Let's just say it's not a great feeling to be told we're not rich or fancy enough to camp here. read more

This place is GORGEOUS!!! We drove here to Breckinridge with no plan of where we were staying.(that's how we roll sometimes) We came across this place not knowing what to except when we booked it the day of and WOW, is it amazing!! From mountain views,rivers, dog friendly and 5 min from Main Street it is by far the nicest place we've stayed. It's so clean and has all of the amenities, even a hot tub! You don't always have to have a plan to go, just go. Highly recommend. read more

Nice, clean RV park with loads of amenities. Like that each site has its own covered sitting area with rolling shades. Long and wide paved spaces provide tons of room. Views are absolutely gorgeous! Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that we paid extra for a site that backs the river, but really what we have is a site that backs a busy highway and a river over a berm--that was definitely misleading. Could use more dumpsters as there's not anything close and kind of a pain to haul. Would stay here again though! read more

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I booked a reservation on 2/21/24 for June 1 for 29 nights for $1479.32. I was speaking to their representative over the phone when I booked. I then received a CONFIRMATION that stated APPROVED on it the same evening. The next day, I received a call from someone that stated "there was a glitch in their system and my rate is now over $5000 if I wanted to keep the reservation. I called back today and spoke to a very rude individual who again stated that they would not honor my reservation. Stated that it still needed to be approved and they had a glitch with a new site and would not honor it. I explained that if you post the wrong price in advertisement, that is your problem not mine. He even stated that he would have the owner "block" those dates so that it's now not available for my reservation per their Rules/Regulations. In reading those same R&R's, it states that specific sites are not guaranteed but you would be moved to a different "like" level of RV site. I stated that I had spoken to an attorney friend of mine who stated that I was in the right. The person on the phone then stated that I was banned from Tiger Run since I was threatening a lawsuit. That is not what I said. Mistakes happen, but if you are in business, you have to be responsible for your mistakes not the customer. Not sure if this is bait and switch but be very careful in dealing with this RV park. read more

Have now stayed here for a week in September for the past two years. Will be booking again for 2023. Both times we stayed in an RV site with a class A motor home. As far as location goes you cannot beat this place. 4 minutes to downtown Breckinridge and 6 minutes to historic downtown Frisco. And directly on the bike path to both. Sites are extremely large and remarkably private for an RV resort. Electric, water and sewer hookups are first class and in the perfect spot at each site. Landscaping is lush and well manicured. Front desk is extremely nice and easy to deal with when booking or needing to change your reservation. So, why the 4 instead of a five? The higher priced spots "on the river" are actually on the road and there is considerable road noise. Don't pay extra for those. Get one street over and you will be pleased. Also, there is not trash pick up. It can be a long way to the dumpster depending on where you are located. I know not a huge deal, but at this price point trash pickup should be included. And the last negative is the Wi-Fi. Again, not the worst but can be spotty. One other item. They have cabins for rent as well. There are a few RV spots scattered in with the cabins. We found those spots not as nice as the spots that are all rv dedicated. read more

We have been coming to Tiger Run since 2015. We really love this place. Nice staff, but over the past year a lot of these sites are really getting run down and not being maintained. Very noticeable throughout the resort. Before you wouldn't see older models of rv's, but now there are quite a few OLD rv's , trailers, fifth wheels throughout the park. Older than their 10 year policy. Also, this past Labor Day trip our spot was so overgrown with sucker shoots, it blocked the number and the grass was half dirt. That's a lot of money per night to have a spot in that kind of shape. Come on Tiger Run, keep up with maintaining these owner owned sites who pay fees every month for their sites to be maintained! read more

I'll get the major downside out of the way. WARNING: THEY ARE OK WITH RACIAL SLURS NEING PLAYED SUPER LOUD VIA MUSIC. If you're ok with that, DON'T COME HERE. Those of us that pay a lot of money for nice, quiet, CLASSY place, come here to avoid that exact thing. We mentioned something to them and they got quieter for about 20 minutes. When I called to complain, the maintenance guy (some guy working Sunday 9/3) says there is nothing he can do until 10pm, I have issue with that. I in NO way am unaware of the quiet hours in an RV park. People should have fun! But if you're going to blast music for hours, perhaps don't play music with the N word. RVs two lanes over and four down could hear them, I'm not exaggerating. The LEAST I asked for was for the maintenance guy to do a quick roll by, hear it for himself. I even offered to hold my phone to save him a trip. Nope, he refused. So don't bother complaining before 10pm, even if it is about listening to rap music with racial slurs and crass words about the female persuasion. Something tells me the owners of the spots wouldn't appreciate losing business because Tiger Run is ok with racist rap being blasted. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Heck, play Lynard Skynard, CCR, or even at a normal level so your site can enjoy for all I care. But not everyone else wants to hear it. In no way should it be ok for Notorious BIG, Dr. Dre, or songs like "F the Police" etc. to be played around little kids. But hey, there's nothing Tiger Run will do before 10. It was unfortunate that about 8 other RVs had campers driven inside to avoid them. At any other resort, I wouldn't even have called, but I expected a higher quality of service and lack of tolerance for the N word being played around toddlers. Here's the thing, there are people staying here for weeks, months even to have a beautiful and relaxing area and vacation. If you are looking for a place to blast super loud music, get wasted and scream while playing corn hole... this is NOT the place for you. To each his own, just don't ruin it for the people who aren't into it and being "that guy" here because that clearly isn't who they are marketing to, I thought. These are the reasons I would've given them five stars until the crass guests showed and it wasn't dealt with: it WAS super quiet, relaxing, classy and yes (a little snobby) which I am fine with. I expected it because we did our research and saw the strict rules about who gets let in. The pull-through sites were simpler but of ample size. We have a 37 1/2 class A and had a trailer for our motorcycle and just barely fit. There was a shed and picnic table, which for us was just fine. Plenty of trees and shade and space for our slide outs and awning. Now I'll tell you! Those side spots... wowza! They are something special. HUGE areas next to them for each site. Some had massive BBQ areas with bars, fire places (not a fire pit) a fire place! Yes, some had pits and all were beautifully paved. Plenty of room for a truck, SUV, or any other vehicle you may have. Keep in mind, each space is individually owned so not all are identical. If you are OK with highway noice but want a river spot with the best sites I've ever seen, pick those. If you are OK with a smaller spot that is a bit simpler, the pull throughs will be beautiful too! Also, a bit quieter from the road. I didn't see the showers, pool or play area but from what we saw walking by, it looks pretty nice! The tennis courts are also in fantastic shape. It's like the Four Seasons of RV resorts. You're going to spend a lot, but you do get a lot. But beware, pray you aren't next to the screaming neighbors blasting racist music until 10. Quick P.S. the rules on RVs that aren't let in are clearly stated on their site and are set by the county ordinance so make sure you fit the standard. If I paid six figures to own a spot here, I would expect the same. read more

Stayed in a chalet multiple times. Always clean, quiet and friendly. Never had any issues during out stay. Water was off for a day, but with the short summer season and the cold winters, they only have a short time to do needed repairs. I get it. No problem, they gave us plenty of notice and provide bottle water while the water was off for a few hours. As others have said, there is a free shuttle to Breck and Frisco outside the entrance. Will definitely come back. read more

This is a nice resort however if you are looking for the camping experience, this ain't it chief. They have a lot of regulations on what kind of camping vehicle you can actually bring in, so check the website to make sure you meet their criteria. Their pool/hot tubs and game room are nice. It is a safe place to stay and very clean. Be prepared to spend 2 dollars per game of pool. Bring quarters for all the games. A free shuttle comes twice an hour across the street from the resort and it brings you right to Main Street, Breckenridge. Located where a lot of cool things are, like the adventure park and alpine slide. read more

We stayed there for 3 nights over Easter weekend. It's a wonderfully charming resort. Our chalet was one of the oldest and smallest they offer. We had trouble locking the deadbolt, so we contacted the office and they sent someone over immediately to fix it. Our unit was very clean and well stocked. read more

Have stayed here a few times and it has been pretty good. It is a little pricey and it is fancy - especially for our small class c motorhome. For kids, they have a rec room that is fairly nice with an indoor pool, hot tub, pool, ping-pong, and games. They don't allow fires at the campsites so they have a community ring to build fires - a nice touch. It's a high end place that most people buy plots and put a cabin - which can be rented as well. It is not far from Breckenridge and if you had bikes I think there is a trail to get you there. read more

Stayed here this time last year and it was beautiful. Well manicured clean and a good Sam park. This year a big difference. No longer good Sam discount. It's far too expensive ( $110 plus per night) all of the grass is dead for lack of water and weeds growing everywhere. Pulled into our site and had a defective electrical pedestal. Had to move to another site. All sites were dirty as they apparently never get blown off. Every other site has a for sale sign on it. It seems to me that this resort must've changed hands or suffering some sort of financial problems. I won't go back un less they make some changes especially in the price. read more

Nice resort but do not get your hopes up on getting the site you reserved 6 months in advance. We were given a different site than our reservation that was less than ideal. The one we reserved had a nice porch swing and covered patio, the one they gave us was just a slab of concrete with an old vinyl picnic table. It also looks like someone recently weeded the plants next to us and left all the dirt on the patio. I really expected more from a "resort". PS. They do have language in their reservations that say they can move you if necessary but it still sucks. read more

Well it is big bucks to camp so you expect more. But it is run down, not maintained well, not clean. The office staff is not too great. You get 5 emails due to Covid. Who traveling in the mountains has time or cell reception for 5 emails. Just one with the key information at the top would be helpful. Sign in parking lot says check in parking. When you go in to check in they scold you for doing so. I guess I should have read 60 pages of email instead of that great novel, on my vacation. read more

Just not for everyone here. Very much in you business and there are more than a few rules that make it not a camping experience. We had a note left on our camper and in a place like this it was just weird and not appreciated. They allow dogs but will complain any way. But for 115$ a night for RV camping it was just fine. We visited here during the summer. The location is is very scenic, and the grounds are landscaped very well. They advertise having a fitness center, but it is really just a few dilapidated machines that will not let you get any sort of workout in. Prices are high as well, but this is the only park in the area. There are many permanent modular homes here, but still plenty of RV sites, It does have a high end resort feel to it. You can ride your bike up the hill to town, which we enjoyed very much. The area around here is very nice, we enjoyed Breckinridge, visited Vail, Minturn, Red Cliff and Leadville. read more

We loved this place. Brought our RV, check in easy, and the site was beautiful. Full hook ups were great. Didn't use the pool or really much of the facilities, but toured the entire development and witnessed things in very nice condition. Perfectly positioned between Frisco and Breckenridge, both fun towns to spend the day (or two, three, etc.). The only disappointment I had was that we only spent 4 nights there. Loved the area, local businesses and where we stayed. It was a disappointment to leave such a nice place and go to the next place in Manitou Springs! Hope to return soon. read more

My little family is road tripping all the way from SD through many states. This is our first time staying in breckenridge and at this resort. The cons are getting a river front site . We decided when we first arrived that the resort felt like an HOA campsite. It's manicured and theres a lot lot of weird vibes going on that you don't usually get at campgrounds . We stayed 4 of July weekend and the day after is when everyone is grumpy , rude and unfriendly . The laundry room is full of crackling old ladies complaining about their entitlements since they are owners here and basically we won't be returning . We have stayed at numerous campsites -this ones kinda like a beautiful women only she has Botox , boob job and on Prozac . Another con is the free bus stop across the street to ride into town . Stayed in October. Very nice, pull-through site. Not long enough to stay hooked up, but we stayed a week so that was ok. Paved site with table and grass area. Trees and nice separation between sites. Nice, fenced dog park. Right by the highway but nice and quiet. The park was pretty empty because of the colder weather. It snowed during the week. Big park, well maintained. Strong WiFi (Tengo) for most of the time but slowed down closer to the weekend, probably from more people using it. read more

The part that is problematic is the office - an office usually is to help run the facility - to help us who have come here to have the best experience - after all we are PAYING for it. We are here renting a "chalet" for a few months. But not ever again. My experience is that instead of helping with an issue the office staff prefers is to make an argument in support of the problem. . .yes, unappealing, not helpful nor user friendly = frustration. The place is quaint . . but outdated. Internet is awful if there are many people on the site. If you want rest get it at night because they start early in the morning on with the leaf blowers & motorized lawn mowers. Today the water if off AGAIN. At least once a week it happens where we are without water. We had no advance notice because there is no courtesy for renters here. They do permit dogs - that is the best thing. read more

Was disappointed with our stay here. Our RV doesn't have a functioning shower due to the cold, so I was looking forward to taking a hot shower at the Lodge. Upon entering the moldy smell was very off putting. Once I started the shower the water only barely dribbled out enough water to wash my face. I tried all three shower stalls and the same low water pressure was everywhere. A typical 5 minute shower turned into a 30 minute ordeal trying to get soap off and maintaining the delicate balance of getting scalded or frostbite. There is a water boil advisory. Enough said there. Hot tub is nice, but crowded. Need at least two (functioning) for a camp this size. To top things off there are maintenance vehicles that absolutely fly around the grounds on slippery roads. It a only a matter of time before somebody gets hit. read more

Well, after a full weekend here, i had to write an update and drop a star. The highway noise became pretty unbearable, particularly when all the motorcycle groups went whizzing by (which is pretty frequent on a gorgeous sunny weekend). In addition, after multiple walks with the dogs, i had to say that their many anti-dog policies got a little heavy-handed. We all know to pick up after our dogs. But there were just too many places where dogs weren't allowed at all, which limited our enjoyment of the place. It's camping, folks, not dining with the queen!!! read more

Tiger Run is in a great location. The rental cabin we stayed in for the weekend was right of the stream. Which was perfect for our dogs in the summer heat. The cabins are very close to one another. The major disappointment from the weekend was the hot tubs. Both out of order. One sat with rust stains with a hose in it. The other stagnate filthy clorerine water. It was too broken and wouldn't turn on. Pool was a good temp, but didn't dare get in just looking at the state the fucility was in. read more
