I am extremely disappointed with this towing company. My vehicle was involved in an accident, and the police department dispatched this company to tow it -- I did not choose or hire them myself. Although my vehicle already had accident-related damage, I noticed significantly more damage after it was towed. My vehicle flip over and their way to turn it into its normal position was by dragging it across the street . I am aware there is a special equipment to flip a vehicle to its normal position. However this company didn't care about damaging the rest of my vehicle. As of now my vehicle was declared total damage ( accident related PLUS the severe damage from dragging it across the street) My vehicle was a 2025 model. While it did sustain damage from the accident, I observed substantially more damage after it was towed. The damage resulting from how my vehicle was handled was extensive and appeared beyond repair. The entire side of the vehicle had its moldings broken and was scraped from bumper to bumper. Notably, this was not the side impacted in the accident. The damage was clearly distinct from the original collision. I have video evidence showing the drivers improperly handling my vehicle during the tow. The way my car was treated appeared careless and unprofessional. While they were towing it in my presence, we saw the driver struggling and next thing you know a second man showed up in personal car to assist( assuming it was the owner ) . my husband attempted to stop them . The driver dismissively told him to "let him do his job," rather than communicating respectfully or reassuring us. When I went to their office to address the additional damage, the receptionist. was rude and dismissive. Instead of showing concern or offering assistance, she told me to "just go ahead and dispute it with my insurance and that she has to leave already , than she preceded to walk into her cubicle office and literally let me standing . That response demonstrated a clear lack of accountability. I also submitted a formal written letter outlining my concerns. It has now been five months, and I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and follow-up speaks volumes. Since this company is partnered with the police department and was dispatched through them, I expected professionalism and responsibility. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. This Tow company is very careless . Not mention their fees was over $500 for one night . When I suggested the driver to tow the vehicle to my home and he mentions it would be cheaper to the towing yard . I strongly recommend documenting your vehicle thoroughly before and after any tow. Trash towing place. Got into an accident nearby and Downey PD called them to tow my vehicle, wish I would've waited for my own tow service from my insurance. Mind you my car was a BRAND NEW 2025 before it was crashed perfect condition besides from the collision in the front. When I went to go sign my paperwork there was scratches on the back and a dent that wasn't there before the accident. Shady ass place make sure to have pictures before and after as evidence. If I could give 5 NEGATIVE STARS I would. I was assigned this tow company through my Mercury roadside assistance. I received information on estimated turnaround time and called Titan Toe just to confirm that - they said it's the 90 minute window indeed and had my request and would come as soon as they could so I respectfully waited. Once it got to the 90 minute mark I texted to check on status (Mercury's said they were "on scene") and the guy I spoke to responded with this: "Our truck is down not taking any calls.. your calls been canceled" No notification through them or Mercury was sent to me so there I was sitting a fool and over 90 minutes later no tow truck or reschedule in sight. It gets better - I reschedule another tow with Mercury and they assigned me to Titan Tow AGAIN but this time I got a 45 minute window. NOPE. Fool me once... shame on you... fool me twice shame on me. I told them to never assign me to that tow company again and they shouldn't be either if they want to keep their customers around. Now I need to leave a terrible review for Mercury because that's a whole other fiasco in itself. And to think I only needed to get towed to a destination 5mi away... ridiculous. read more

The owner of the company is so rude!!! My husband's car got towed, and we paid the fee at the window. It took forever to get the car!!! It took more than 1hour to get our car outside. And they charge us for jump start the car because our car's batteries died. We asked for if my car get in there and have a jump start the batteries, but they refused(The owner also called my husband "FUCKING DICKHEAD" when my husband asked them for any help. BEWARE!!!!!! Titan Transportation/Titan Roadside/Titan Tow I never write bad reviews, but the term "intolerable" as a euphemism for this company is an understatement. They are unethical and a bunch of scammers. The only reason why they are still in business is because of foolish recommendations that our credit card or insurance companies refer us to. I called my credit card company to use my $50 credit benefits for roadside assistance. I needed my car towed from Pasadena to El Monte, which is about 10 miles. When the driver came and picked up the car, the manager called me and ask me to pay $230 for the tow and that's with the $50 credit. I asked why it cost so much for the tow and he gave me a bunch of nonsense. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I paid him and asked to email me the breakdown so I can have a better understanding of these charges. When I checked my email and only noticed the charges, he didn't even bother sending me the breakdown. I called back and asked for the breakdown and he said I needed to get the receipt from the driver. I asked if the driver can take a picture and send me the receipt and he said it's against company policy to send receipts over the phone. THAT'S WHEN IT HIT ME, THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. Originally, I was not going to pick up the receipt but lucky I did. When the driver was unloading the car, I took the receipt that he left on the truck and WOW, I was incredibly shocked on what he wrote on the receipt. He wrote that he drove 106 miles from Pasadena to El Monte, charged me $130 for special equipment and charged me $50 for labor. On top of that they forged my signature on the receipt. I confronted the driver and asked why he mark down 106 miles for towing. He's response, "I only did what I was told." He had the audacity to tell me that his boss told him to make up numbers to justify the charges. I called his boss and complained, and he told me that his driver is new and he doesn't know what he is doing. Anyways, we kept going back and forth about the charges and they decided to write me a new receipt. The new receipt had the SAME CHARGES, but different reasons for the charges. These guys are full of sh*t, I would give them -1000 stars if I could. I looked them up after and what do you know, I am NOT the only one that they did this to. Apparently, that's how they do business and that's how they make money. This company obviously doesn't care what people write about them on Yelp or BBB, because at the end of the day they know that credit card and insurance companies will still send them business. If you can avoid this place at all costs please do. My 19 year old niece had her car towed in a vehicle accident. Her and my mom tried calling to get further information on the towing costs in Spanish. My mom needed her glasses to be able to see the vin number, and passed the phone to me so I can provide the information. At this point the lady has made it extremely clear that only the registered owner would be able to proceed further in any decision making with the vehicle. I informed her that she made that clear already and that we were trying to get information on the costs. For being a business, they are incredibly unprofessional, she started talking over and yelling and ended up hanging up on me. Unfortunately, I too share the negative feelings towards Titan Transportation's rudeness. I experienced a mishap with my car around 4am on new year's day and had the misfortune of having to patron Titan. After I got my car pushed out of the I-5 by CHP, I would subsequently confront the horror that is Stephanie, the rude and condescending rep from Titan. Not only was I extremely unhappy with paying the arbitrary price of having my car towed by Titan to my house, but Stephanie made the error of entering my physical home address when charging my credit card without verifying my billing address, which was different from the physical one. In short, she placed a $350+ charge to my card multiple times since it wasn't clearing due to the wrong billing zip code entered. This ended up reducing my available credit, which in turn took away my only option of paying for the service since I didn't have enough cash at the time. Had to call the bank to free up the funds, but bank stated that the onus was on the vendor to contact the processor to free up the funds. I went back and forth, and politely asked Stephanie to assist me in resolving my dilemma, but I was instead given a ultimatum to find an alternative means of payment in 5 minutes otherwise she would tow my car to the pound. I literally dashed to my house, woke up my roommates to borrow cash. She resorts to yelling, lacks listening skills, and is unintelligible. It's clear that Stephanie didn't have a happy childhood, but her abuse of authority and disregard for basic courtesy is an abomination. Please avoid using Titan if at all possible. read more

He never got back to me. I called a second time to follow up on the recorded calls and they never returned my voice mail. I called a third time when again was sent to voice mail. I opened a service request for a tow through Mercury Insurance. The truck showed up within an hour, and the driver jump started my battery. He said my battery and alternator were both fine, which I knew already because they were both replaced a week prior. I informed him of that, and told him I am still going to tow it to my local mechanic to get to the root of the issue. I ran inside for literally one minute to check on my kids, and when I went back outside he was gone. I called the driver, knowing he was less than a block away and he told me the service ticket was closed already since he jump started my battery. As a result, i had to open a new ticket through Mercury and wait an additional hour to get another tow truck, when Titan was less than a block away. Unbelievable. If your insurance company assigns them to your service ticket, request another company! read more

I put in my service call, they call State Farm and claim I am not answering their calls or that they weren't able to locate my vehicle. BS. The worst place ever. My car got towed to this place it cost $260 to get it out I have cash trying to take it out and they say it's not drivable. It is drivable and he said no I can't so I called a tow and 30 mins later he tells me the tow has to have a body carrier license. My insurance tow guy said he doesn't have it and he was already here they didn't let us take it out so I had to call my insurance again and have them send someone with a license. Steer clear and run away from Titan Towing. In a recent tow, they damaged my vehicle and failed to take responsibility for it. The owner (Omar C.) is flat out rude, and asks you to take him (and the company) to small claims, and threatens counter-suits if you decide to take him to court. Its a BAD business decision that the city of downey contracts with this company and not AMPM towing located down the street.
