I found Rebecca Chadwick as an insecure, begging for attention "pretty face" who probably wouldn't even qualify to flip burgers at the local burger joint, but the store rating of 2.5 stars clearly explains how she "manages" the store.

They said they had a waiting list for their "regular" customers. Not only did they fill my neighbor's tank instead of mine, Graves Propane charged my neighbor for their wrong doing and offered a "discount" on my next propane fill. I didn't even get my tank filled to the proper amount I paid for. Do yourself a favor and find a different propane company. I will say, the only quality employee at the company seems to be TJ.
