This business is freaking awesome. Top notch. Top shelf. The bee's knees- all that and more. Why? What is so good about this place? Well I will tell you, but first I will explain how this came to be. I have lived full time in an RV in Flagstaff for the last 3 months. My RV has a generator that runs on propane. My heater burns propane. My refrigerator, water heater, oven etc. all use propane. So, if you're moving around on the road, finding and filling propane isn't a big deal. But stationary in an RV park, it is difficult to find a company to come out and fill an onboard tank. I had been turned down numerous times by other propane companies. Other companies will lease you a very large exterior tank, but it usually it comes with a year lease. I'm a nomad and I don't know how long I will be in the area. So the lease thing- couldn't do it. Enter Orion Energy. I was able to text the president and owner of the company (!!!!) and he had me taken care of the very next morning. He even offered to install an extra propane line so I could utilize a portable propane tank. So a tip of the hat and a grateful nod of the chin to all the good people at Orion Energy. Holly Smokes talk about customer service! I called for a fill up, a little late because I was not keeping a close eye on the levels. When they didn't make a same day delivery they offered us a very generous price on the fill up. The entire time they had excellent communication. Ryan called me, made sure I was ok for the evening and offered to go refill the truck and top me off at 6pm on his birthday if I wasn't. Mind you this was after they didn't make a SAME DAY delivery. Not even a quick 2 or 3 day turn around, same day! (with covid, high demand winter months, and all of the logistical struggles I know businesses are dealing with right now). Ryan and Kelly from Orion Propane are the best! Some years back I was in a jam with a rental property in Flagstaff. I called Ryan to see if he could help me out and he was there that day with a tank and propane. Certainly is NOT the service you would get from the bigger propane companies. I have dealt with Ryan for years and I highly recommend his services. He is always helpful and ALWAYS friendly. After moving to Flagstaff I searched high and low for a decent Gas company. I heard about Orion Energy and I'm glad I did. They go above and beyond customer service (they know me by name!). Due to my own stupidity, I did not check the level of my gas tank, I was completely empty. I gave Orion Energy a call and they GLADLY came out to fill my tank. Any other company would say it would take days and they would charge astronomical fees, not Orion Energy, they did it without any issue. Amazing Service, Amazing Staff. What more could you ask for?! Orion's energy is the best! He doesn't charge all the extra fees that all the other companies do and his tank fee is more than reasonable.
